MAISON DE BACON

In simple terms, whatever the heart of a billion wallet owner desires you can get here BUT in the first perspective neither the food quality, nor the view justifies the price upcharges. But at the end, the paddle fish we had was superb. Furthermore, it is at least half price as Monaco with a definitely better view. For a romantic walk in to impress I can recommend it. 500 bugs, 2 person, no starter some easy drinks…well, this is in consideration of surrounding, style, food quality and staff at the limit of superb close to be overpriced. Therefore, from my personal perspective, it’s a true and fair 4.5 starts. Also, please consider that here you won’t see any native normals as guests, because they just can’t afford it and are potentially working as servants. Compared to other places I have seen, still it is definitely worth a try. Please also consider the dress-code and valet parking is obligatory.

Food is fantastic. One of the best seafood restaurants in the world. I’ve been many many times but this time around they didn’t give our table much attention which was quite frustrating, especially at the price point.

Maison de Pigeon… scorpion fish was insipid because they conveniently forgot to serve the condiments (sauce etc) along and we didn’t get to witness the “table side serving” as they were parading our dish to other tables before eventually handing it to us.. Better service is expected for the 300 euros price tag on that fish alone. The bouillabaisse also arrived colder than the pathetic sorbet that was offered for the inconvenience that the staff admitted but it didn’t make up for it unfortunately. Better go to Eden Roc or Fred l’Ecailler for proper local seafood.

A little late review, but want to do it as the experience was so good. We visited Maison de Bacon last July. We had a wonderful lunch out on the terrace. Food, service, the restaurant and the location were perfect. We hope to return on a later occasion. Then we will try the famous Bouillabaisse.

Maison de Bacon in Antibes was such a delightful experience! The seafood was incredibly fresh, and the John Dory was the best I've had. Pairing it with the beautiful sea views made it even more special. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making the whole evening feel relaxed and memorable. Highly recommend for a taste of the Riviera!

Sometimes I see a restaurant like this, beautiful building, perfect location, ocean view, parking lot with valet, and think “What a tourist trap. The food must be terrible.” Not so with Maison de Bacon. The food is excellent and the staff friendly and incredibly professional. Truly a great restaurant. We splashed out on our anniversary. We were given maybe the best table in the house? and had a very memorable night there. It might seem expensive but it’s definitely not overpriced. I would recommend it and I would return.

Hands down my favourite restaurant in Antibes. Was pretty skeptical at first as most high end restaurants could be all hype and not enough flavour. But I was wrong. This restaurant brings both the style and the flavor. Absolutely one of my most memorable meals in the Antibes.

Beautiful restaurant with a beautiful view of the sea. The service was very good, everyone was friendly, and the interior was pleasant. Unfortunately, the risotto was absolutely tasteless. I still feel indigestion and bloating from it. I even wonder if there are customers who like this dish... The waiter offered to replace the dish, treated me to coffee and dessert. He showed concern for the fact that I didn't like the food. But I had already eaten delicious bread and tasty champagne, so there was no time to change the dish as I was pressed for time. I hope I just made an unlucky choice with the dish.
