Really understated gem of a restaurant. The food was spectacular - great combinations, elegantly plated and great taste overall. Monsieur Dubois and his team of chefs are really at the top of their game. And the host was so warm and wonderful that I would go back just to be served by him again. Friendly, caring and just keen to ensure we have a great experience.

This is a small, intimate restaurant with just a handful of tables. There are two tasting menus to choose from. Incredible attention to detail with very interesting flavor combinations with excellent wine pairing suggestions. Desserts were a delight.

It was the perfect ending to a long but wonderful day of exploring Paris! I found this Haut French restaurant with a very creative chef. The flavor depth was incredible, and the fragrance of each dish was beyond description. Their service was also impeccable, as the entire team (including the chef) helped serve and present the dishes. They listened to my wine preference and recommended a wine to my taste and paired great with the dishes! It's exactly what you would expect from a Michelin-rated restaurant and then some! I highly recommend visiting this restaurant; make sure to make a reservation beforehand, as the venue is very small and intimate!

What a delightful experience and such a talented chef/team. Service was personal yet impeccable, and the inventiveness of the food was truly impressive. Presentation was beautiful and I think the chocolate dessert was the best of my life. The langoustines were also incredible. The chef couldn't have been nicer - allowing me to look at the kitchen and personally bringing out some dishes. I wish the whole team all the success they deserve, and just hope i can get a reservation when we return to Paris!

My best friend and I had a wonderful evening dining at Maison Dubois and highly recommend it. The food was incredible, and the service and staff absolutely perfect. Chef himself kindly made sure we arrived home safely that evening. Watch this one, he is going places! We will definitely return with our husbands next time we are in Paris.
