"Following his successful time as Head Chef of Le Normandie, Arnaud Dunand Sauthier’s next venture was opening his own place. Here he welcomes you into a home designed like the Alpine chalets of the Savoie region in France, where he grew up. The French contemporary tasting menu is inspired by his alpine origins, childhood trips to Brittany and his glittering international culinary journey. Expect too an excellent wine cellar with good representation for Alsace and Savoie." - Michelin Inspector

Le petit voyage mais grande mémoire inoubliable! I celebrated the anniversary with my love with 3-4 hours of petit voyage course. Like a parade of selected french cuisine served to your table. Each selected dish is astonishing from aperitif to starter to main dishes. Pigeon is my main dish tonight, very melted in the mouth, the teste is complex so you need to take your time to cherish each bite. I selected non-alcohol drinks pairing, found out that it’s very interesting experience with the course. I personally think that the dessert is quite heavy to end the course tonight, but the presentation is impressive anyway. All staffs are nice, very helpful to recommend wines, drinks or cheese. Cheeseboard are amazing too, I enjoy a lot. We had best french cuisine experience here! Well done! 👍

It was wonderful meal and service. I went there with my mother for her birthday, and ordered Le Grand Voyage course. I didn't regret any second in that 4-hour long meal. Thank you to Chef Dunand, all other chefs, and service staffs. The food was a great experience. All dishes are wonderful journey. My favorites are the bluefin tuna and the blue lobster. It's one of the best lobster I've ever had. Le Grand Voyage took around 4 hours. As my mother prefers not to finish a meal too late at night, so we booked a lunch. It was only 2 groups in that lunch time, with only us in the second floor. Also we got a delicious birthday cake for my mom as a complimentary.

We select the full tasting menu. Overall foods are good although some are moderate. Rarely see non-alcohol drink pairing, quite impressive on this. Appetizers are impressive. Expect more for the main dish. Desserts are all perfect.

This one-star Michelin restaurant is a true all-rounder — not only for its refined cuisine, but also for its serene ambience, immaculate service, and flawless presentation. Every detail is executed with precision, making it an experience of complete perfection. Chef Dunand’s French cooking is elegant and distinctive, marked by fresh ingredients, refined technique, and creative pairings that set his dishes apart. From starters to mains, bread, desserts, and petits fours, the consistency is remarkable. At about USD 130 per person for the set lunch, it offers not just a meal but a beautifully curated dining experience — calm, memorable, and thoroughly commendable.

Maison Dunand is one of those fine dining gems that truly capture the hearts of food lovers in Bangkok. Helmed by Chef Arnaud Dunand, who brings his Alpine roots from France’s Savoie region, the restaurant delivers French cuisine that stays true to its essence — refined, soulful, and comforting. The dishes carried a beautiful richness from the use of milk and dairy — true to the spirit of Alpine cuisine. The ambience complements it perfectly, with elegant high windows framing lush greenery outside. It’s absolutely a romantic place to dine in.

☆☆☆ Food ☆☆☆☆☆ Atmosphere ☆☆☆☆ Service ☆☆☆ Value On the day of visit, chef Arnaud Dunand was away oversea with collaboration. We should have called ahead to inquire. This restaurant is beautifully decorated, good service, however we left disappointed. We ordered a la carte as we want to enjoy the premium ingredients. Perhaps high expectation, the Brittany lobster, came in a tiny portion (Thai Baht 2,800++) and was prepared with Indian Kari Gosse and chopped up Thai larb salad style. The spices being overpowering, didn’t enhance the natural flavor. However the lobster was lukewarm and not fresh to begin with. For souffle, we only tasted beaten and baked egg white, no flavoring. One bite and we had to return it. This was our second visit. For an esteemed fine dining establishment and price to match, these two unremarkable visits left an unpleasant experience.
