Excellent, and well-deserving of its 1*
We had the 96 euro chef’s degustation, and each course was a superb expression of culinary skills. Our meal focused around local seafood and produce — oysters, white fish, tomatoes and mushroom, each expressed in what was for me, quite unique. Service was friendly and efficient, allowing for a leisurely mid-week lunch.
EDIT: Our earlier experience was so pleasant, we returned two days later and were not disappointed (always a sign of greatness)
This time, we chose à la carte, with seasonal tomato entrees and seafood main course. 🤌 Excellent!
Followed by a chocolate desert, which was totally decadently yummy. Do not miss Maison Hache
