The intention, style, delicacy, and balance of every meal was not lost on us and very appreciated. The essence of mushroom, onion, Cornish hen, cabbage, grapefruit, chocolate, etc. was so well represented and refined. The wines selected for each dish was a perfect pairing, complementing the flavors without overpowering. Sincerest thanks to Matthew the sommelier, chef, and staff, for one of the best meals I’ve ever experienced. If they do not receive at least two Michelin stars this year then I would be very shocked.
