"Though the sprawling grounds evoke the aughts’ obsession with coworking spaces, this River North food hall isn’t all business. Garaje Cantina is a sunny happy hour spot with frozen cocktails, beer, and wine. To satisfy hunger, guests can pick from half a dozen stalls serving burgers, Latin-sh seafood, and gelato. The arepas at Austin import Four Brothers, and crisp tenders at Thai Bird shouldn’t be missed. Takeout orders can be placed online or in person; there are indoor and outdoor dine-in services." - Brandon Watson

Very cool little food hall with great options. Loved a couple places we tried. We will be back to eat at these places again and looking forward to trying other places.

I have come here several times and enjoyed the food. All of the restaurants are supposed to be open until 10:00. When I got here at 9:00 pm, half of them were closed. I assume the place is failing and the businesses are closing early. If this continues I won’t be coming if I can’t get served during their normal business hours.

New food hall in San Antonio! There’s a few vendor stalls in here but we settled on burgers and chicken tenders. It wasn’t too crowded on a Saturday but it can get pretty full. There’s street parking or there’s a pay to park lot across the street. The food hall is also next to some breweries. The burger was really good, it was juicy and big, the molten cookie was to die for. The chicken tenders over rice was huge and so good. Definitely check this place out.

This is a nice spot! The options provide enough variety to satisfy a group and the vibe is nice. My smoothie was amazing! The nachos el Rey at Eet Up looked delicious. I ended up ordering shrimp nachos from Pescado Bravo. They were decent. (Picture provided) I wouldn’t get it again. In any case, I’d go back to make ready!

Fun atmosphere with good eats. We enjoyed the burrito and aguachirle. Will return to try the rest of the other locations. Open seating with plenty of room. Clean environment with outdoor seating as well. Highly recommend

Very nice area that was changed over from a dealership. A great variety of shopping and food to choose from.

Food is alright, but it's too expensive. If you could get lunch and beverage for $15 or $16 total, I'd be there 2-3 days a week, but at $18-20, it doesn't provide the right price point for regular customers. Nor is the food and service good enough for a "special occasion" meal. Hospitality / Service doesn't really exist (don't send me to a "water station" or make me buy some bottled beverage after I buy a $20 lunch - who does that?). There's only one or two people working at any booth - so I'm not sure what is causing it to be absurdly priced. Atmosphere is great. Appears the best restaurant there, Pescado Bravo, is leaving? Seems like the formula here is off.

Perfect afternoon in the outdoor courtyard. Idle Brewery beer & fries from Eet Me. Come down & relax!

Yelp
I wish these were more common! I love that there's a food court outside of a mall. All the vendors have GREAT selections (yes, I've tried them all now) and you just can't go wrong. Plus, the drinks at the cantina are strong as hell. I love the custom frozen cocktails they've got going on over there. Mostly indoor seating, but a good portion of outdoor spots too! There's a parking lot across the street, which is free for the first hour (or two?) and then it's okay to park.

Yelp
I celebrated my birthday at Make Ready Market this weekend, and it was the perfect spot for a fun and relaxed gathering! The variety of food and drink options was impressive--there's truly something for everyone, no matter your cravings. The spacious layout made it easy for our big group to hang out comfortably, and the family-friendly atmosphere was a big plus. What really stood out were the entertainment options--pool tables, basketball hoops, and skee-ball games kept everyone engaged and having fun. It's such a lively spot with something for all ages to enjoy. Whether you're planning a casual hangout or a special celebration, Make Ready Market is worth checking out. I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
If you want a fun place to explore food options you must stop here! The food options are amazing literally a little bit of everything. The accessibility was great. Enough ADA parking, sidewalks, and of course ramps. The tables were also counter height with help, that I'm able to fit with my wheelchair. A great place to spend your Sunday morning.

Yelp
A very nice variety of restaurants inside and clean restrooms. There is also plenty of seating inside and outside. I would definitely try it out if you don't want to go to the Pearl.

Yelp
I have always loved food halls in other cities in the United States because they offer a variety of food. Finally stopped by make ready market for lunch on a Sunday. Got there a little early around 11:30. Parking was not an issue at that time. They do have street parking. Some of it is Metered and some is free. This place has inside and outside seating. Some of the outside seating is shaded. It is dog friendly on the patio. You can order from the QR code at thetables outside. They have a few restaurants with different foods. They also have a bar and a gelato place. Their store is super cute and has a lot of local foods, clothes and accessories. I decided to try Four brothers in Pescado bravo. I got a dish from each place. Food was good. They did have Sunday specials for food and drink. I liked the restaurants. They text you when your food is ready. From four Brothers, I had the loaded yucca fries. From Pescado bravo, I had the ceviche tostada. They do have water outside if you don't want to get a drink. Mila coffee and Idle beer hall are adjacent to it. Overall, a great spot to get food or just a drink.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the frozen cocktails here! I liked the bee's knees one the most and the staff working was really kind and helpful! He let me sample a couple of the frozens before I ordered. The bean and cheese dip are served cold so not sure I would get the cheese again but the chips and wings were good! Really cute and casual place to order a drink that has a lot of seating options!

Yelp
Here's the thing, I really love that SA is developing spots like this but we are SUPER late to the game. DFW and Houston continue to execute spots like this at such high quality over and over again. I took a friend here from out of town and the whole concept just felt "unfinished". I get that an unforeseen circumstance caused one of their vendors to still be under construction but the place just didn't seem like it should be open yet. The Thai chicken was mid and the gelato was like too bouji. The employees were nice but the price of an Oli Pop was SUPER marked up. I really enjoyed the aesthetic and the nearby free parking. Hoping it gets better and more fleshed out in a few more months. Doesn't compete with Legacy Hall in Plano and the Underground Hall in Houston. SA small food businesses really have to step it up.

Yelp
I stopped by this place after a long day of work. It was all new to me. The Make Ready Market had multiple different options when it came to food. I went with Pescado Bravo. I got the Garrita plate with pineapple bacon rice. The steak tacos were medium sized with plenty of meat. The tacos were very good. The pineapple bacon rice was straight up gangsta. I loved it. The pineapple bacon rice is highly recommended as your side when you eat here. The place has a good amount of seating available inside and outside. The other option in the market looked good as well. There are people outside the market selling goods if you are interested. The parking is street parking. If you have an electric vehicle you are in luck. There is a parking lot a block away from the market that has Tesla level two charging available. If you don't have a Tesla, you can buy an adapter for your electric vehicle to be able to charge your vehicle there. This is a great market to grab some good food and relax. I will be back(Piss off terminator and go back to the future).

Yelp
This place is delicious ! We ate at the mariscos place. The pirata was very good, but we didn't get a salsa for it, we just got spicy mayo which was odd. The tostada de atún was amazing!! I would def go back and try the ceviche next time. The whole place is lovely, a lot of seating space there is a cookie place where we got dessert, they have a little store, and it's a great location ! the service is normal it's seat yourself and order at the counter.

Yelp
Make ready is a new urban food hall located south of the Pearl heading towards downtown on Broadway. Don't let the parking scare you. The city has a new app that is easy to use. Make Ready has Mila coffee, Buje Bev smoothies and juices, Casa Morgana award winning gelato, EET UP burgers fries and homemade chocolate chip cookies, Four Brothers Venezuelan arepas, Pescada Bravo grilled seafood and tacos, and Thai Bird. Definitely something for everyone. There is also a really cute co-op boutique called Fair Goods where they have all different stuff to peruse. It's just a really fun place to hang out and grab a bite.

Yelp
What a cool place to explore. We went during the week, so it was pretty quiet. We visited the Thai Chicken place that was good! Nice selection of wine which I loved. The look and feel of this place is great, the service at the Thai place was solid. I recommend and will visit again.

Eric C.

Yelp
Very fun place to eat, I've been there twice. I had Venezuelan food the first time and the Thai fried chicken the second time. It's good food, a little pricey, but a great experience.

Elizabeth J.

Yelp
Stopped in this food court style place several times during my stay in SA. The four brothers Venezuelan kitchen has some of the best food hands down. I got a pulled pork bowl and the flavors were amazing. Plus the fried cheese squares were top tier. The little shop inside is a great place to wonder while waiting for food and the music and ambiance is a 10/10. 100% would recommend to people of all ages.

Yelp
This food hall is new nice and clean. The thai chicken was good. The arepas were ok. The burger looked good, my nephew had the burger and he said it was good. The worker and the thai spot wasn't as friendly and he could be but maybe he was having a bad day.
