The product itself is fantastic! I am leaving a 3 star because of packaging! Stuff like this is generally going to be ordered as a gift- maybe use discreet boxes next time! The surprise factor was ruined because my husband is the one that gets home first and checks the mail-

I would highly recommend Make-a-ball. In all transparency I have only ever ordered custom footballs from them, but have been so impressed I have ordered them multiple years in a row. Once when we had an issue they went above and beyond to make it right and were quick and easy to work with. They have impeccable customer relations and very good communication. They are absolutely worth the cost of such an amazingly unique and tailor made gift.

The website was easy to use. The designs are very accurate on the site. When I received the physical item, it is exactly what I wanted to be. I ordered the football and rally towel and they came out very well. You can design it yourself or have an expert design it for you. They lose 1 star due to the lack of customer support. Overall, the site is easy to use for your custom designs. The ball is good for display but not for physical use.

Customer service is on point and the finished product blew me away. After ordering a custom Father's Day baseball for my Dad a few years ago, I ended up coming back for footballs and volleyballs for my nieces and nephews for Christmas gifts! An amazing service. They create custom footballs, basketballs, baseballs, etc. that you can use for whatever you want. I've used them several times to create football awards and I love that I can custom design what I want. However, they also have designs you can use or the option to have someone design for you if you're not the most creative. The final product is extremely professionally made.
