Asian Buffets to try in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"Over the years, sushi trends in Las Vegas have included AYCE menus and conveyer belt dining. Makino, a sushi and seafood buffet, has long offered a more traditional approach to endless rolls. Japanese seafood fans can dig into 60 different items here including maki and nigiri plus specialty dinner selections such as crab legs and shrimp." - Krista Diamond

Five Asian Buffets To Try This Weekend - Eater Vegas

"Makino scores points on quantity alone. In a city filled with AYCE sushi options, it takes a lot for a sushi buffet to stand out — and Makino offers a lot of maki rolls along with nigiri and sashimi. In addition to sushi, diners can enjoy Japanese dishes including ramen, tonkatsu, and udon." - Krista Diamond

For being just 10 minutes off the strip, this place is a great lunch spot if you're hungry for solid food and don't want to drop Strip buffet prices. The sushi is well made, the imitation krab meat is identified honestly, and during our early lunch service the sushi bar was well stocked. If you love salmon, there's plenty. I particularly liked the seared salmon skin nigiri. It's just a little fattier and fishier (in a good way) than the regular salmon nigiri. The tempura was crispy and delicate, really good by most restaurant standards (not just buffets). And the tempura dipping sauce was dispensed hot from a pump carafe to maximize your tempura enjoyment. I respect the attention to detail. The staff are very attentive and great with drink refills. Yeah, I know they probably do that so you eat less, but it comes across as courteous and they remember what you had. My wife is particular to raspberry iced tea (not plain) and they made sure they brought her the right one. Props for that. The only knocks against it are: 1) The ramen was kinda weak. I know it's sort of a filler dish, but the broth could have been stronger and the noodles more al dente. 2) they have the basic nigiri's (salmon, tuna), and some others like mackerel and claim. I would have loved to see something like yellowtail, otoro, or scallop instead or in addition. 3) the ice cream was a little old, as in the texture was a little gritty from ice crystals. Green tea flavor was average. Cant speak about the other desserts because I was stuffed, but they looked good. Overall, this place is like a 4.6 out of 5. Solid buffet, very close to perfection with some room for improvement. But I'm putting this place down as a must-go whenever I'm back in Vegas. Hope they stay open for many more years.

Google
The food was great only wished the crab legs were warm. Shrimp tempura was scrumptious! A definitely great value at $45.99. Servers were polite and quick to take away dirty plates. Very clean as well. Will be back next trip!

The crab legs were small and cold. The fried rice was below average. The cheesecake was horrible. Over priced for sure but the lemonade was good!

Google
We went here for the first time with a party of 10, not knowing it was going to be so much per person. If it was just my husband and myself, the prices would be fine. If you're going with a large party, though, expect to pay $45/adult/13+, about $35/senior, and child charge goes by height for 12 and under. However, the food was amazing. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They refilled glasses without needing to be asked and removed plates quickly when anyone got up to get more. If you're good with paying more for quality seafood and sushi as well as top-notch service, I would recommend giving them a try.

Google
This buffet is awesome. Way better quality than Chinese and Korean ones. They had unique japanese dishes, and the dessert was all made in house, which was super cool! The servers were super nice, which usually isn't the case in asian buffets. The sushi section was really great and offered plenty of options. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

Google
We stopped here for an early dinner and had the chicken, I only wanted 3 wings but I think it comes with 6. Also a large portion of brown rice and sweet corn. It was so delicious and less than 19.00 for both meals. Then we got the delicious large Macaroni salad to go. Great and friendly service and the location is excellent. Easy parking with eat in or take out. Meals come with a huge drink. The offer dine in, order ahead or take out as well. Very clean including the restrooms. Highly recommend for delicious meal at a great prices.

We always go to Makino here in California, Azusa and Irvine, this is the only one left. Very good food, quality of the fish, A++++++++. We would love to go back here again. Very friendly and attentive employees here. Lunch would be the best time, the only difference at night is just the crab legs. We will visit this place again. Highly recommended!

Google
We take all our friends here. The sushi buffet is off the hook. It's always fresh, and since it's always busy, none of the sushi sits out for very long. They have several sushi chefs busily whipping up new batches, right before your eyes. If there is something you don't see out just ask one of the chefs and they will make it for you. If you have that one friend who isn't down for sushi, not to worry they have plenty of other piping hot dishes, salads and deserts. The staff is very helpful and attentive too. You're going to love it here. It's a locals favorite.

Yelp
Pricey buffet but they do feature a lot of seafood here! The sushi section here is one of the better ones. They offer an assortment of seafood, including raw oysters, scallops, and delicious crabs legs. Additionally, you can request the chefs behind the sushi counter to make you hand rolls that come out super fresh and stuffed. The hot bar was disappointing, as the food had been sitting out there for a while and tasted dry. On the other hand, the ramen section offers large portions that will definitely make you full. While they weren't bad, I would recommend skipping them because the soup's flavor primarily comes from the oil. There was a wide variety of options in the dessert section. Out of everything, my favorites include the creme brulee, chocolate foundation, and ice cream.

Yelp
Disappointed that there wasn't a sign big enough to catch our eyes to let us know that the lunch and dinner buffet has different menus and prices. We got seated so fast that we didn't know there were different prices. It was sad to find out also that lunch buffet did not include a full seafood menu. As soon as we were showed the table, the waitress asked what we wanted to drink. (We didn't even sit down!) We placed a soda order (while standing by our table) and was told to we can get our food. We got our plates and walked around. Didn't see any seafood other than Sushi. I went back to the table, had a sip of drink and waited for the waitress to come by. My friend on the other hand, grabbed some sushi on his plate. When he came back to the table, I saw the waitress and asked her when will the crab and shrimp come out. She explained that it was for dinner. She then explained the price and time differences. We asked if we can leave as we specifically went there for the seafood and come back at later time. Since I drank some of the soda and my friend had gotten a few pieces of sushi (he didn't eat it yet) she said we had to pay the full lunch price each. Wow! We stayed, ate some of the noodles and sushi there, paid and left. I won't be coming back.

Yelp

Yelp
The food is always excellent we've never been disappointed come early if you want to eat & not have to rush. We have been coming here since the doors were first open in 2003. They have upgraded their restaurant the staff members have been there for as long as they opened they're very hospital kind and work very hard. I always make it a thing to give a big tip they all share it. Sushi California rolls nigiri cooked chicken beef pork fish vegetables crab soups desserts salads hand rolls everything that you're looking for is here. If you have a party you should reserve a table. If you have a birthday let them know beforehand. They go the extra mile they're very hospital people very kind they're renovations are excellent their rice portions are very small considering people love eating the fish instead of rice they've changed their recipe to make it that you have better fish softer fish but they've always kept up exactly authentic the way that they've always been as you can see in the picture we have been coming here since the day that they open their doors and we will continue. Thank you Mr. Makino I wish they a second location up north centennial area or summerlin. You tried to get there an hour beforehand if you're going to eat before they close or an hour and a half. Our family grew up eating here & the people & the staff have been here for a long time also. Excellent

Yelp
Be cautious with raw oysters. My boyfriend and his brother experienced food poisoning a day after eating them. They were the only two who got sick, and they were the only ones in the family who ate the oysters. We arrived at 8 PM on a Saturday evening, and the last call was around 8:45 PM. The restaurant was empty, and the food and dessert choices lacked variety compared to other buffets I've been to. The sushi buffet quality was just okay. The best part was probably the over-the-counter ice cream, which required waiting for a staff member to assist you. Overall, the food was alright, but due to mishandling food, I do not think we will be coming back.

Yelp
Almost 20 years later still the best sushi and seafood buffet in town. It's always a pleasure to return, the seafood is fresh, sushi very good, the variety of the food great, and the employees very friendly.

Yelp
For a place where the name features sushi and seafood, it was interesting to find Chinese, Korean and Japanese meat items such as pork belly, bulgogi, deep-fried beef cutlets, teriyaki chicken...even shumai and gyoza. Also, this place has vegetarian salad options and of course, dessert options. Most surprisingly, they had a noodle soup station where a chef will make you a bowl of noodle soup upon request. Unfortunately, the Tonkatsu ramen bowl I had...was actually the best item out of all the sushi and seafood items. After sampling everything from their AYCE buffet, I liked the pork belly, gyozas and teriyaki chicken with the fried rice and chow mien more than their sushi rolls. The sushi selections weren't great and what was there weren't that fresh. The seafood was limited too, but I will say that I saw behind the counter, containers full of crab legs. Sadly, they didn't put them out for the customers. Maybe if I came at night time for dinner, the crab legs would be available, but I was there for lunch and this is my honest review at lunch time.

Yelp
Wide selection of food. Came there for lunch it's not that crowded. Very clean interiors.

Yelp
This is one of the best Japanese buffets I've ever had! It's a fairly large restaurant that can accommodate large groups. They take reservations and you can get on the waitlist through Yelp. My favorites were the miso soup, cooked scallop sushi, tempura, teriyaki steak, crab legs, strawberry cake, and azuki beans with mochi. There were so many choices! Everything was fresh and tasted wonderful. We'll definitely be back on our next Vegas trip.
google avatar

Amy L.

Yelp
Honestly, for the price.. it's pretty worth it compared to the Vegas buffets. it was $100 for 3 people (drinks were extra charge). They had a a wide selection of sushi, udon/ramen station, so many salad options (super good!), clams, Chinese food and a wide variety of desserts. I would say my favorite is the clam, salad, and some of the sushi selection (some were too saucy for my taste). The desserts were mediocre but it's nice that they have such a variety. Plenty of parking since it's a bit in the outskirts of the strips/crowd. We went on a Sunday around 12pm and it wasn't too crowded. Building/restroom needs a bit of an upgrade/remodel but that's probably what keeps the price pretty reasonable.

Yelp
A few of us went out here for lunch... we'd all been here before and it was always a decent choice for a buffet meal. I mean the sushi is not top tier omakase quality but it is far better than some AYCE places I've been to. The Chinese items were plentiful and while I didn't have any were good according to the other diners. Anyway.... We got there around 11:15 for an 11:30 opening, a line quickly formed behind us. The doors promptly opened at 11:30, we were ushered in right away and seated and our server took drink orders quickly (and refilled them promptly). We all headed to the line and at least this time I didn't have to fight wrong way line people or people trying to balance three plates of food. I didn't take any pictures of the Chinese stuff or of the sushi line, just a couple plates of mine. We all enjoyed the food and waddled out fully sated. Will I be back, sure.... Wish they did a military discount, but very few buffets seem to

Yelp
This place is crazy, as in crazy good! Buffets and AYCE isn't everyone liking, but man of man, they hit it out of the park. The Sushi was good and the salads were tasty and great. There was several hot Chinese or Asian style meals, along with a create your own ramen corner. Several shrimp and beef meals, tempura shrimp and pork belly, chicken teriyaki. I cut up fresh pineapple from the fruit section and tossed it in fried rice along with cut up chunks of pork belly and sautéed shrimp. Then there are desserts! A chocolate fountain and ice cream and cakes. Way too much but lots tasted good. $28 dollars for lunch was extremely reasonable. I would go back and would recommend! I was full for days

Yelp
I think this place is pretty solid. It's a very very fine line between OKAY and GOOD but I was stuffed out of my mind and left happy so 4-stars it is! The place isn't as big as I imagined it to be but the selections were good and it helps that there aren't many "FILLER" food options and they just have the mains -- I don't know how to explain this... like they don't have a bunch of eggrolls in different stuffings laid out? HAHA Of course the MAIN MAIN would be the crab legs and the sushi/sashimi station but to my surprise they have a cute little handroll station too! I was already stuffed but I HAD to get myself a salmon roe handroll and I was very happy with it. There isn't too much interaction with the servers but the littler interaction we had they were VERY friendly and VERY cute. Our drinks were refilled and our finished plates were never lingering on our tables. I think it's worth it for $45; we ate snow crab legs until we were about to pop and I think I had a whole tuna to myself probably. I didn't have too much hot foods but their shrimp tempura is SO GOOD! (I know, after all that talk about not having fillers... I actually had like 3 tempuras) I'm on a quest to find a good off-strip buffet so my adventures will continue!

Yelp
My mother in law loves this place and we came back just to eat here in remembrance of her and of places she likes to eat at. Regardless of what I say about the food, everyone has their own opinion & taste but to me the food and dessert were good. There wasn't any shortages of the all you can eat crab legs for dinner also. I was satisfied. The restaurant does seem small for a popular place but is good enough for us when we have to get up and get some food. The best part was the service. If your server is Aika, then you are in good hands. So far we only had her twice and I remembered my mother in law telling me how great she is before my MIL passed away. So we were lucky to have her again. She was very attentive, happy, always smiling and made sure we were happy and had everything that we need. She was pretty much all over the place keeping people happy. Didn't even have to ask for refills. One of the best server we had so far in Vegas.

Yelp
Makino has been on a downhill, and I'm afraid it won't recover. I have been a customer for 15+ years, and since the Pandemic, the quality just doesn't justify the cost anymore. Their Lunch price is now $29.99 + $3.50 for a drink. Maybe Makino changed ownership, and it's just a shell of its former self. Now it's just another Chinese buffet with a Japanese name. All the other Chinese buffets in town improved so much, that I think you will get better quality at the $20 price range there.

Stephanie N.

Yelp
Don't come here and eat. Place is dirty. Customer service is horrible. Roach in my rice.
google avatar

Patricia W.

Yelp
I should not expect too high from this AYCE Japanese sushi buffet, Todai was better, Fuji Sushi Buffet in San Francisco Bay Are runs by non-Japanese owners had better quality sushi. Ok, not hiring Japanese nor experienced sushi chef, but please teach them how to cook sushi rice. The rice in every sushi I took was hard and cold. The photos of the food feom the YouTubers looked good and I had high hope the quality of the sushi was better from a Japanese Chef Makino. Snow Crab legs, their meat was kind of mushy, first time I did not get 2nd plate of Crab legs. The hot food looked better than the sushi. I was glad they had grilled calamari and they were not bad. Glad they had ice cream for desserts, the best food I had tonight. Service was exceptional. There are lots of other all you can eat sushi restaurants, not in buffet style but with better quality sushi.
google avatar

Shannon G.

Yelp
It gives me great pleasure to update my review. You know sometimes you have a bad experience but say "let's give it another try?" That's what happened tonight as we found ourselves in the neighborhood. It's wonderful news that Makino has returned to its former glory'. The ingredients were all of good quality. The two dozen or so sushi choices were replenished constantly. Nothing is sitting around here, Yelpers Everything seemed strictly fresh. The sign trumpeted "all you can eat crab legs are back!" And they are. Snow crab clusters were sweet and fresh. The hot food line offered several treats, poultry, fish, meat and shellfish. The wait staff is so friendly, so efficient, They seem truly interested that you are having a great meal. Welcome back, Makino. Wishing you many more years of success!

Fresh maguro, not frozen one. Very jard to find sushi places using fresh Tuna in usa.

Yelp
Pretty good buffet. Good selection of sushi. They serve crab legs for dinner. I loved their tempura shrimps. Short ribs were one of my faves too. Plenty of desserts. Good service, lines well kept clean. And all the host/servers were very attentive.

Yelp
The all you can eat sushi was good. The service was great. Ambiance was awesome and great

Yelp
Went last night. Joined the waitlist online which was super convenient until when we arrived they informed us they don't do that. OK luckily we didn't wait long and now we know why. We got there around 715 pm and they close at 9 pm. Before 8 they were already cleaning up and no more sushi was replaced. There were minimal options at this point. They did put out some hot food. They had no oysters left, with crab pretty picked over. When they brought out the baked shrimp, they had a very sour flavor, I told the waitress and she said sorry, tossed the plate and did nothing. The squid salad was horrible--normally it's a good salad. For $45/person, they should have all options available until the end or tell us last call. Will be a while, if ever that we go back.
google avatar

Yelp
Lots of free parking. Arrived at 5:15pm for dinner which started at 5:30pm. There was a line of about 30 people. The doors opened at 5:30 and all were seated quickly. Inside I found the restaurant to be well lite and clean. Online I didn't see a senior discount. I was surprised to find a posted dinner senior discount of $4.00. Everything I tried was fresh and very tasty. In most Asian buffets that serve snow crab they serve a very small size and the taste seems watered down with little taste. Even then, they only bring out a small amount at a time. At Makinos they serve a large size snow crab leg which were served cold. Sometimes restaurants serve them still partially frozen. At Makinos I did not find this to be the case. They were all chilled sweet and tasty. Lots of snow crab, refilled often. Weekend adult dinner price was $44.95. Less $4.00 for seniors. There is a children's price. I do wish the staff was more friendly. While they were quick to pick up used dishes from my table and refill water they never uttered a single word to me. No even when leaving the check on my table. I would highly recommend the restaurant and will dine there again.

Yelp
My good friend decided to take me to lunch at Makino's today. The restaurant was quite busy for lunch! I walked around to see what sushi, salads, hot food and dessert was available before I picked up a plate. I went to the sushi section first. Had some of the familiars but passed on the iffy ones with little description. I'm allergic to crustaceans so I'm happy with salmon, ika and tuna. Didn't like the pork miso soup. I'm more of the traditional miso soup being part Japanese. I went for the veggie tempura, especially the kabocha pumpkin, eggplant and carrot. I also god some fried calamari and the beef on jalapeno. The calamari was too salty for my palate. But the dessert table had a good selection of fresh fruit, loved the papayas! And I got the fruit jello, cheesecake and matcha jelly with cream cup. That matcha cup was really good!! Overall, I had my fill and it was pretty good for $30 per person.

Yelp
Haven't been here since early 2021, was not as special as it use to be for me! A lot of other, sushi restaurants offer a lot more than Makino! Was sad to see that they do not offer Crab legs at Dinner anymore & I miss their Sukiyaki ! The food quality is not the same & the sushi is still good, with a vast variety, but the premium types we're low on inventory, thru our 90 min. time limit. My favorite Shrimp Tempura, has a heavier batter, in the past it was light & fluffy. I still enjoyed ! While offering a good overall dinner their $39.99 dinner price is leaving other AYCE eatery's with crab legs included a lot more attractive. Service is excellent & prompt & the ambience hasn't changed. Miss the old Makino!

Yelp
Absolutely ridiculous. Came here Sunday night, $30 per adult, half for children under 11 years and under 5ft. We walked in and said three adults and one child, they give us our check 5 min after our DRINK order and on the check they charged us for 4 adults. I explained to the waitress there was a mistake and she asked my little sister how old she was and she said 11. The waitress walked away, brought another woman out about 15 min later ( I'm assuming the manager) while the rest of the staff begin to give us odd stares. She comes out and asks how old my sister is and I say 11 then she asks her what year she was born, then drags her over to the front of the restaraunt to have her MEASURED embarrassing her in front of everyone. Needless to say we got the half off discount for her but this was so unnecessary. Also the food was mediocre. 4 people came out to $136.00 for seafood that's been sitting out all day. Never again! Creme brulee was bland, sushi tasted fishy, crab legs had no meat in them, gave us ice tea with an orange? Music sucked and staff was rude

Jessica B.

Yelp
I have been going here for the better part of 15 years and the quality of the food has gone downhill. I'm an avid sushi fan this is the first place I ever had it, I was hooked they had this citrus soy sauce they made from scratch it was such a compliment to the sushi. Now they have soy sauce in a pitcher. The ginger use to be so fresh now it seems stale or out of a can it's definitely not fresh. My family was seated fast and drinks were gotten fast, everything seemed so rushed like eat and get out. All and all for a final bill of over 200$ I think I would've been better going somewhere else and it makes me super sad but I won't be back.

Yelp
A revisit to Makinos for their dinner time which AYCE crabs legs is only available during dinner time!.. I'm adding some additional pictures and some videos to give some great insight at Makinos!..so if you love some crab legs I recommend Makinos..

Yelp
Nice buffet with a lot of tasty option for your pallet. Great service and friendly staff

Yelp
Quality of Food was excellent. Service was fast and accomodating. Cleanliness was very good. I will visit this place again

Yelp
Makino was everything I needed post a night out! Sushi was great, fried rice and noodle soup! Japanese food is ultimate comfort food. We came here and hour and a half before closing and lots of people eating too. Service was great, food was also very affordable! I will definitely come back whenever we are in Las Vegas.
google avatar

Joanne T.

Yelp
My sister and I came across this place today and I am so happy we did. They have very good food here. Everything is fresh. The crab legs were very good and my sister loved the sushi! They have quite a selection of sushi. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the place was very clean. I highly recommend this place.
google avatar

Juan G.

Yelp
I don't think I'll be coming here again. The sushi was tasteless, think Albertsons refrigerated sushi. The ramen soup was probably the worst I ever had. I felt so embarrassed to recommend this place to my friends. This place have gone downhill safe your money and go to Asian buffet.

Yelp
Amazing service and friendly staff my waitress was a young Lady from Japan she was the Best I ask for Eal sauce She brought it in a minute to the table, all ways full Glass of Coca Cola very good, she was on top,no complaints everything was delicious, the Yakisoba noodles the Large Shrimps, the Sushi was amazing like a California taste ,the Toro Tuna melt's in your mouth was amazing, and does spicy Tuna Rolls delicious the Cucumbers salad was delicious they used Japanese Cucumbers not the regular, Makinos used Quality Products is what's distinguished from others buffet s here like I said top Quality products, we enjoy the dinner to the Max, the only problem here is you will eat to much cuz everything is delicious, I like the Restaurant medium size you don't have to walk a mile to get the food is right on front of you
google avatar

Vivian S.

Yelp
Decent for a buffet. Went for pre Thanksgiving dinner and it was busy. The Nigiri were fresh and lots of options. And of course the unlimited crab legs. It was about 45 per person for dinner. Not bad. Will stop by if visiting Vegas again

Yelp
This is it! My last review on Makinos! I can no longer rate this place as it is extremely inconsistent! The price consistently goes up but the food is filled with massive variation. It's a hit or miss at best every time I go. With this said, the best rating I can give is two stars as the misses far outweighs the hits. I will still go occasionally but, this is my last post on this restaurant as I strongly believe it will never change and the price is well above the level of quality. The old man is not getting any younger and the food is going in the same direction...
google avatar

Samuel S.

Yelp
I went at lunch for $26. And for what you're paying for it's a bang for you're buck. Absolutely do not come here thinking that you'll get your mind blown, but if you're hungry for some serviceable sushi and some Japanese hot food, then you'll have trouble enjoying yourself. The quality of the sushi is not too bad really. Nothing was overly fishy in terms of smell and they had a nice fish to rice ratio. The raw beef sushi though was the only question mark I had, but the salmon, tuna, albacore, squid, shrimp and octopus were okay. Hot food was fine. Fried shrimp and tempura were pretty good. Waiters were attentive and always refilled my drink. I kinda got full off the soda as well lol. I probably would come back whenever I'm in Vegas again.

Yelp
We got to this place 30 minutes after opening on a weekday. The place is clean and ready to feed the customers. We made and appointment and they sat us where I would prefer to seat. Fresh food, sushi is really good. Their crab legs are good but you have to open it yourself, compare to high end restaurants were they have it halves and all you have to do is pick and eat it. I pretty much have tried all of their food. The service is really good, they are nice too. They clean the place up after each customer to be ready for the next one. Parking is ample, they are not that far from the strip, few minutes of drive is not bad at all. The bathroom is clean too. Overall, I don't coming here, just make sure I am really hungry. Pricewise, on the high end but it is worth it if you are a big eater. Desserts are good too, i had the fruits, they are not that sweet but it is alright.

Yelp
This is a ten star restaurant. The food is amazing and abundant. It's also freshly made serving upon serving. The buffet line is absolutely huge. It raps around the large interior several times hosting multiple kinds of seafood sushi, tempura, steak, crab legs, and much much more including a nice dessert section. The $44.95 per person buffet is well worth the price especially since other sushi restaurants charge 7-12 for just one roll. Plan on being very hungry when you visit. They also give discounts for seniors.

Yelp
Something's Fishy Here... Unfortunately it's the sushi. Half of the rolls I tried had the noticeably off taste of stale fish. I liken it to poorly handled fish, perhaps a day or two past its prime. If it ever had a prime to begin with. The muscles were the same... very disappointing. On the bright side, excellent shrimp tempura, seafood pasta and garlic shrimp. Perhaps they thaw out the shrimp on Wednesdays. Remarkable, to my utter surprise, were the desserts. Usually the weakest selection on Asian buffets, the desserts rivaled those on some of the best buffets in Vegas Perhaps i would not be so critical if the owner didn't choose to charge $32.46, no drink whatsoever, for LUNCH! This place did not meet my expectations or my memories of this restaurant just several years past. Save some money, go to Buffet@Asia or Krazy Buffet.

Yelp
This is one of the worst buffet ever. I would not even come even if it's free.. The food is nasty.

Yelp
I've been to Makino once before and would have previously rated it 3/5, but after this last experience I'd rate it 1/5. We arrived around 8pm Saturday night 5/18. I wasn't expecting Wynn buffet quality. At best, Buffet @ Asia. Especially for the price, you'd expect more. We had a family of 10 and trying to find a place to have dinner. Anyway, my biggest complaint is that both my husband and brother in law got sick the day after and we attributed it to the raw oysters. However, that night we were there, I witnessed an older male employee behind the buffet cough into his hands and continue to handle food (he did it more than once). I lost my appetite when I saw it so I stopped eating. However I didn't want to ruin my family's meal so I kept it to myself at at the time. My husband ended up getting really sick 5/19-5/22. As of yesterday (5/22), I began to experience the same symptoms as him as well as my daughter, which leads me to believe we may have contracted Norovirus instead of plain old food poisoning. We will no longer be coming back because 1) it felt very unsanitary 2) the quality simply just does not match the price point 3) area is sketchy.
