She will likely give you a rejuvenating acupunture treatment but on-top-of-that she may have an herb or two that you may never would have thought could help. My wife and I have learned to appreciate the accumulative effect of applying ancient Asian medicine by Lauren, a dedicated practitioner. There have been several physical conditions that she has successfully treated with acupuncture for both of us.

Lauren is a fabulous and gifted healer. She has been my acupuncturist for more then 5 years. She has treated my whole family and many friends. Lauren is an excellent listener, has superb knowledge of Chinese medicine, strong intuition and she always seems to know just the right treatment. She is gentle with needles, knows her herbs and is highly attuned to patient needs and thorough. I highly recommend Lauren and have seen her heal with treatments for Injuries, chronic illness, asthma, arthritis, aches and pains and for a general sense of well being. She gets 10 stars from me and my family!

Lauren is a true healer!! Not only in the physical sense with the acupuncture treatments , which creates an immediate shift for me , the spiritual and emotional sides are deeply treated as well. My mind , body , and spirit are evolving into much healthier ways with Laurens knowledge and expertise with her acupuncture treatments along with her fountain of information for the daily practice of life and nutrition that supports the treatments I am receiving. I love that I can take information with me so to continue the treatment in my daily life.. off the table!! She has a plethra of information in her weekly newsletter that is always very current and relevant as to what is going on weather it be change of season to remedies for the current cold to information... also has fantastic recipes!! Lauren lives what she practices ; she practices what she lives and to find this genuine quality is so rare , someone who truly cares , with compassion and intuitive insight ; knowledge.. to really help and make an enormous difference in my life!!! Her space has a soothing calmness , when I get there I know its exactly where I'm supposed to be ; that I will leave in a more relaxed state... Her beds can be heated and she always offers warmth for my feet...it's true peace for a time.. Lauren is professional , knowledge filled , just an incredibly giving woman. She has helped me immensely.. and it continues.. I could go on though I highly reccomend one to go see her and see for yourself!! A life changer!! Thank you so much Lauren !!

Dr. Lauren is AH-mazing!!!! I have had acupuncture before but wanted to find a place near my work once a shoulder injury leapt into my world, in addition to ankle and knee issues. Dr. Lauren is extremely knowledgeable -- we chatted about all manner of things and she had great advice (I am currently detoxing from coffee following a discussion she and I had and a book she recommended). What I love best is that she seems to use different modalities. For example, she used both acupuncture and massage on my shoulder then suggested, and showed me, some stretching exercises to do at home. The office is awesome -- in an idyllic setting above a courtyard next to Taverna Tonys. I am making this a regular recurrence.

I attribute my sense of health and well being to Lauren at Malibu Acupuncture & Herbs. I'm a once a weeker, and find the acupuncture accompanied with chinese herbs and supplements really keep me balanced. I really feel a difference if I have had to miss my appointments for a few weeks. We work on where I am in my cycle and emotional state, and whatever else comes up. She has the ability to tweak what is out of kilter and find that sense of calm that we all strive for. I love that Lauren is continuously educating herself and works with top quality suppliers for her herbs and supplements, that's important to me.
