Malva Restaurant & Cocktail Bar

I had the delicious large Tasting-Menu and loved the taste and presentation. The lovely staff explained everything very well and the service was outstanding! Highly recommended! ❤️❤️❤️

Malva Bar at Susona Bodrum is a fantastic spot with sea views, amazing sunsets, and a stylish, private vibe. It’s open not only for hotel guests but also for outside visitors. Nehir, the bartender, is very professional. I tried the Malva Mule with Elit Vodka, the world’s most awarded ultra-premium vodka, and highly recommend it. I also enjoyed a cocktail with SeBusca Mezcal earthy spicy flavor, don’t recall the cocktail name. A nice touch - many ingredients come from their own garden, adding a sustainable, local twist.

We had an amazing dinner at Malva! The quality of the ingredients was exceptional, and every dish was presented beautifully—each plate a work of art. The cherry on top was the outstanding service. Ali, our host, went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful evening. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the experience even more memorable. Just stunning what else can be said. As soon as you enter the hotel up the stairs you’re greeted with the most gorgeous panoramic view of the sea. The cocktails are delicious and one of a kind. We had the „tasting menu 2” and it was delicious. The a la carte really doesn’t make sense if you compare the prices so go for the tasting menu. We were able to swap a starter for lamb for my partner with no issue. The staff were very helpful and also delighted we selected local Turkish wine which was delicious and refreshing. The ingredients used were super fresh and we left feeling full and happy. It’s expensive (however, not unreasonable given all we ordered - it was around £150 per head for 2) but with that view, food, wine and ambiance, worth every penny! Five stars!

Wow! Just wow! This place is among the top three that my wife and I have dined at all over the world. We can’t pick a number one place but Ali helped make our honeymoon dinner special! This place is amazing in every sense of the word! Especially the olive oil four way dessert!

Make sure you come here. The sommelier is very knowledgeable. The chef’s conception of the dishes is exemplary matched only by the execution. Don’t come if you going to whine and be finicky. You need to come and appreciate the genius of all parts of the product being used.

It was nice food and service, but not extraordinary like some reviews say. We visited in shoulder season so maybe that’s why the atmosphere felt off/absent. Overall it was pleasant with no concrete major issues but price to quality ratio isn’t great, especially if you’ve been to really top notch Michelin guide recommended restaurants.

Fantastic restaurant. We had the opportunity to dine here while staying in the area. We enjoyed a 3 course dinner and each course was delicious. The team was outstanding and was able to make recommendations and explain more about each dish or cocktail. Would recommend to visit if you're in the area
