Great wine tasting and winery tour, we had so great and interesting visit, tasting red and white wines that they are producing, with nice apperetivo, and detailed explanations. All for a very reasonable price. Our host, Kiara (perfect English), was so professional, the hospitality was so nice. Most recommended for wine lovers.

We had a wonderful tasting experience at Malvira in June 2024. Great tour and tasting of a wide-ranging portfolio, all of them bangers.

We had an incredible tasting and tour and were very much impressed about the wines, the architecture and the philosophy of the winery. Simon, our guide, taught us a lot of the history and wine making and has an wide knowledge. We had so much fun with him and are looking forward to come back next year. Thank you, Simon!

Google
Excellent winery. They took us around their cellar and showed us their endless stocks of barrels and bottles. They have wines from 1998 and the respect and craftsmanship for wine these people have is unmatched. The tasting was wonderfully educational as well as delicious, and accompanied by regional breadsticks and salami.

Go to Malvira, you will love it. (But book first) We are staying at Villa Tiboldi so going to Malvira (5mins walk down the hill) just made sense. We were not disappointed and were greeted like special guests. The host was welcoming and educational and had a passion for wine. We have been to 5 or 6 wine tastings on our holiday but this one was the best. The Rive Gauche rose is a particular favourite for an aperitif. Bone dry and delicious! Wonderful fresh Arneis in different styles. Aged Barberas and oodles of amazing Nebbiolo from Roero to Barolo. Book now - don't miss out.

Just opened a Favorita I bought here in 2016 and it immediately took me back to the spectacular tasting experience we had during our visit. Save me a spot in May of 2018. I'll be calling Simon and Luca soon from Peidmont Food & Wine to arrange my Alba tours. Cheers!

Yelp
There's an amazing restaurant up the hill called Villa Tiboldi that's associated with this winery and we were recommended to go to the restaurant, but there was a wedding, so we decided to try the winery. You have to make private reservations for wine tasting and it's normally around 15 euros, so make sure to call ahead. This place was super accommodating and let us come on short notice. We then proceeded to get a very full tour of their entire cellar and facility followed by a 2+hr wine tasting. We tried tons of wines with very generous pours. It was great to try the same wine from different years and try to tell the difference and see what we liked best. The only reason this isn't a 5 is that there weren't as many wines I loved as I would have hoped. It was a great experience though and we learned a lot about the region and wines from the area.
