Absolutely love this little boutique! The items are unique and well curated, and they have the best jewelry. The prices are fair, and the owner is so so sweet. Will definitely be keeping this as one of my go-to spots to find good vintage jewelry.

If you're a Latina living in Metro Detroit, and you haven't visited Mama Coo's, what are you waiting for, prima? This hanging fruit basket was only $8! What?! She easily could've charged $25 for this, and she's a reina for not doing that.

Has everything including all the charm. This is the kind of place where you're either going to run into friends or make new ones. You won't leave empty handed, but the prices are really reasonable. The owner is a repatriated Detroit native from SW who you'll want to make your new bestie. Oh and the have an impressive selection of vintage & new clip on earrings! Will visit again when I'm back in town.

Fantastic shop in Corktown - it’s a cute store with cute accoutrements nestled into a cute building at the corner of Bagley and Trumbull. They have greeting cards, clothes, jewelry, keychains, home wares and more. Always a friendly place to shop and a great customer experience. If you’re driving, they have free street parking in front.

Stopped by Mama Coo’s on a whim while waiting on a brunch reservation and this place was MAGICAL!! I feel like I could’ve bought the entire store and the person working there, Desmond, was hyping me up to live my shopping spree fantasy, ha! Everything was so well curated and all the brass, vintage, and other uniqueties were incredibly beautiful. There were SO many pieces that would be great for spiritual spaces like an altar! I could’ve spent at least an hour in this little shop. Definitely stop in here and have a look-see, you won’t regret it!

Mama Coo's is my favorite vintage boutique in Detroit! I love that there's a nice selection of plus size vintage clothing. I like to find unique home decor and jewelry pieces at Mama Coo's, too. The prices are always affordable and everyone is very sweet. I also love the social media posts because sometimes they're funny.😁💜

Was in from out of town last weekend and discovered this gem of a shop. Bought a great vintage sweater, and some cool pins. I can't stop wishing it were closer. I'll be back soon. So impressed with your selection of products and displays. 5 star all the way

Google
Huge selection squeezed into a tiny store. So many amazing things to browse including lots of earrings (my favorite), and even some small home goods. Most of all I was surprised by their prices, SUPER reasonable. I got a vintage midi skirt for $10, vintage mod dress $17, vintage earrings $5. I don’t think that can be beat. The associate said they are bringing in new items daily. Masks are required!!

Yelp
Cute little shop that has something for everyone - vintage jewelry, clothes and accessories, plus art, and home decor. Inventory is always changing so if you like it, you better buy it. I never walk out empty handed. Staff are always nice and welcoming. Check out is quick even if it's busy. Check them out!

Yelp
Such a cute little thrift/antique store. Lots of things from inexpensive jewelry to beautiful egg plates and cookie jars. There are lots of clothes as well - some cool vintage shirts and things. A unique little shop in Corktown.

Yelp
If you need a fun gift or a funky piece of costume jewelry, or even a groovy house ware. Stop by Mama Coo's. They have vintage and new items. Two of my favorite pair of earrings are from this unique little shop.

Yelp
Mama Coo's was such a great find. My friend and I stumbled there on accident when we were walking through Corktown and were pleasantly surprised. I bought some adorable accessories and my friend found some perfectly fitting clothes. Their size range is great and they include a lot of larger sizes which you don't always find at vintage stores! The owners and employees were so kind and will help you with whatever you need. I'll definitely be back again!

Yelp
Very affordable and friendly staff plus my kids love to explore with me. Definitely a must go to store in the area.

Yelp
Wow, what a great boutique in an otherwise baron area. The space is artfully organized, the service was outstanding and everything for sale is quirky or kitschy (in a great way). The space is small and slightly cramped, but you can tell the owner is trying to maximize what she offers. There are home goods, vintage clothing, new and used trinkets and knick knacks, oodles of jewelry new and old alike, handmade items and more. The prices were all very reasonable. On that note, almost everything was marked, which is convenient for a customer. I hate visiting these types of stores and having to ask the employees every few minutes how much something costs. So kudos! The cashier was really friendly. They have a Square system, so I was able to pay with credit card and receive a text receipt. This holiday season, I implore my fellow Yelpers to stop at Mama Coo's. It's an adorable boutique with unique gift and home items, all at reasonable prices.

Yelp
Mama Coo's is the best! The owner finds the coolest treasures, and they're constantly changing. I love that the shop is on the small side, so it's not overwhelming to shop and you don't have to go through a bunch of stuff to find things that you like - the work has already been done for you. I got a vintage jumpsuit in perfect condition ($12), shorts with the tag still on ($12), earrings ($5) and a bike ($100) last week. Love the size selections for clothing, and prices are incredible!

Yelp
As a lover of all things vintage and resale Mama Coo's is top notch!! I have purchased decorative pieces for my home, clothing, locally made jewelry and gifts. It's obvious the selections are procured by someone with a great eye. You know what else great, Mama's supports it's community by selling some local artists goods. They have the best sales and the folks working there could not be any nicer ANDDDD the music playing in the shop is always on point. Good music is really important while shopping. Follow them on Instagram and I swear you will be enticed to buy everything they post. LOL Or maybe it's just me. Never the less. Go shop there and I promise you will leave smiling! I will continue to shop and support local businesses and tell everyone I know about Mama Coo's!! I'm a big fan!!

Yelp
Mama Coo's is amazing! And maybe magical?! Everything is impeccably organized and it's impossible to leave without something interesting. I stopped in for Halloween and they somehow had the exact color of coat I needed in the exact size. The employees are nice and outgoing without being overbearing, and they have a really good variety of sizes, even in vintage clothes.

Yelp
Do not sleep on this gem. It's got every trinket, gift, treat-yo-self item that you didn't know you needed oh so bad until you found it here! I never go with a goal item in mind, just an occasion I need to give a gift and I know that I'll find something PERFECT for anybody. Plus I always pick a little something for myself to treat myself, and since I know I saved a bunch of money and supported local vendors. I love to support local!

Yelp
Fabulous CHEAP jewelry by local artists. Lots of vintage pocketbooks. Really nice staff and customers. One of those places you end up talking to everyone in the shop.

Yelp
A very cute boutique! There's always something I find every time I go there and they update what's in store frequently.

Yelp
Great place, friendly service, and there is something for everyone. I found a pair of gently used suede boots in my size for a reasonable price which never happens. Ill definitely be going back again soon.

Yelp
Employees are so nice. You'll find wonderful treasures at great prices. I love the funky duck soap & all the earrings they carry. Perfect stop for a unique gift, or a treat for yourself.

Yelp
My all time favorite place to shop. It's very small, but I could get lost in there for hours. The staff is amazing- they're so helpful. The only downside is Figuring out how to make my budget stretch for everything! The best gifts and cards I've found recently have come from here. They have a great location on Trumbull. They are also eco friendly- NO PLASTIC BAGS!!!
