It was such a joy to find a place with so many gluten-free options! I had the carbonara and it was absolutely stunning. What makes it extra special is that this isn’t one of those places where you feel limited! Here, everyone at the table can order gluten-free, and it means I finally got to share dishes with my whole group without worry. Every single thing we tried, from the main courses to dessert, was delicious: we didn’t leave a crumb. The staff were just as wonderful as the food. Every person we interacted with was warm, kind, and helpful. A special thank-you to Aurelia, who took such great care of us. This was the perfect way to start our trip in Rome!

Service was excellent! I’m so happy I found this place. My teenage son and I really enjoyed everything we ordered. He said it was the best pasta he had ever had. And he loves pasta! I have a dairy allergy and there were lots of options. Loved it!

AMAZING. ALL I CAN SAY IS AMAZING. As a gluten free foodie, this place was a sanctuary. I came here for 4 out of my 5 dinners on the trip. The service was impeccable, everyone was so kind and funny, and they immediately asked who needed gluten free meals. I felt so safe eating here. Not to mention it was DELICIOUS!!! The fried cod changed my life. The Montanare (fried mini pizzas) were little bites of Heaven. I would eat here every day if I could!

We came here on a friend’s recommendation. First of all, the prices were really reasonable compared to central Rome. For starters, we had bruschetta it was fresh but a bit bland; it could have used more flavor, maybe extra garlic or seasoning. For pizza, we tried the Tricolore, but I didn’t enjoy the salsiccia flavor much it lacked a strong taste, the tomato was sparse, and the pesto was mild. Another pizza with Salami Napoli was interesting in taste and appearance, but the crust was thick and toppings were a bit scarce. The Capricciosa was tasty, though the artichokes were very large. Overall, we were satisfied, but it wasn’t the best pizza I’ve had.

best gluten free pizza in rome and possibly also the best in italy!!(and im saying this as a person who has been celiac for a while and has tried many gluten free pizzas) the dough is so fluffy and the ingredients are amazing!! if im being honest the gluten free pizza is better than the normal one! the staff is amazing too(aurelia, alfonso and natalia were our waiters and they were so kind!)

Super lovely food, and amazing atmosphere. We had two different gluten free pasta dishes and both were delicious. The gluten free tiramisu was also fantastic. Our waitress was Maria, she was very friendly and we felt very taken care of. Definitely a highlight of our trip ☺️

We were so lucky to stay steps away from this restaurant! The food was fabulous!! I am Celiac and they were able to do the entire menu Gluten free!! I had the best calamari and gluten free pizza here and the service was outstanding!! We had the best last dinner of our trip with Aurelia who gave us great service and made us laugh

Fantastic food, amazing service from Maria our server, really good portion sizes. If you're gluten free I would seriously recommend this restaurant. So much choice and it was all delicious! This is my second visit in four days. Also try the aperol spritz!
