"Austin’s Pizza is opening a restaurant within Mama’s Fu’s Asian House at the Round Rock space at 311 University Boulevard, Suite 200, opening on Thursday, June 20. One side will feature Mama Fu’s section, and the other Austin’s Pizza, both of which are part of the Murphy Adams Restaurant Group. There’s a plan to open a similar combination restaurant in Killeen in July and Bastrop in August." - Nadia Chaudhury

My boyfriend called in a to-go order at 6:50pm. I arrived around 7:15pm to pick it up. We didn't receive our completed order until 7:45pm. Every person working looked like a teenager except for the cooks. No manager. They weren't even that busy, that's what blows my mind. The girl behind the counter showed no urgency in trying to get my food order going until I checked on it (again) around 7:35pm. How does an appetizer and two entrees on a slow Thursday night take almost an hour to be prepared????????? I kept waiting for a manager to speak with because no one else seemed management aged. But there was no one, just the girl at the counter who left a man standing there for 10 minutes while she did other things. He stood there and no one said a word to him for 10 minutes. 3 other customers also verbally complained about their food taking too long to be ready. On top of all that crappy customer service, OUR APPETIZER WAS GIVEN TO ME COLD! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Waist of time and money.

I went on a Friday around 5p. This establishment was clean, and the food we ordered was great. ( hot and sour soup, basil summer wrap, jalapeño brisket fried rice.) Customer Service was Excellent at this location! The people working there are friendly, and I would recommend this location.

While the delivery was quick and the driver friendly, I'm EXTREMELY disappointed. The fried rice was NOT the usual fried rice and barely fried at all. The portions were EXTREMELY small (especially for what I paid). The wonton soup was the WORST I've EVER had. The "rice bowl" I ordered had very little vegetables. The portion was expected to be significantly larger for $12! Won't be ordering from THIS Mama Fu's again.

This location isn’t worth the trouble. The service is extremely slow (took over 35 mins from ordering). This is fast food, nor gourmet. They are also selling pizza out of this location? I wonder what corporate would think of that. To top it all off, the mobile app sucks. This is all very disappointing since we are fans of Mama Fu’s and our closest location recently closed. We will not be back.

On my last post, service was not great. Everything was better this time around, food and service. Love the appetizer happy hour deal, half off between 2 - 5pm. The seared tuna and lettuce wraps are awesome. Four stars!

They have $2 off appetizers during happy hour. The tea flavors are awesome, I love the passion fruit green tea. The food is consistently good and they say they don't add msg. My kids love the ninja noodles with edamame and there's enough for them to split one order. The sauce for the lettuce wraps tends to have a little too much mustard for my taste. The salads are ways fresh and very good.

Order at the counter to find your own seat and wait for your food. Not a usual for Mama Fu's. Very strange atmosphere and lots of dirty tables for not being busy at all. 3 tables including my family and 5 of the tables still had food from people who left before I walked in. After waiting for our food for 10 minutes the manager walked out and said they no longer carry the peppers for green sauce. How ridiculous that you make people pay and then wait to tell them you do not have what they ordered. Got a refund and went to the Lakeline store

Greet warmly even though they were busy with many "to go" orders. They explained their menu (it was our 1st time) and he even recommended his favorites. Appetizers came to the table quickly. Everything was hot, fresh and tasty.
