Wow! Delicious Pupusas and Sopa de mariscos! I am a very critical Salvadoran when it comes to Pupusas and Salvadoran Food, with over 40 years of experience 😋 This Restaurant has definitely met my expectations. Specially cause the Pupusas are $1.99 Monday Thursday. Loved this place and will be eating here every time I come down to the valley.

First time customers and the woman who took our order was very friendly and welcoming. We only ordered pupusas but they were excellent. We will be back to explore other things on the menu in addition to more pupusas in the future.

If you love delicious El Salvadoran food you must come try this restaurant out. Me and two other friends loved it. Great authentic taste, and we all agreed we’re definitely coming back!

Hands down the best Salvadoran food I’ve had. The pupusas are fire, and everything tastes homemade. Super friendly staff too. Can’t wait to go back.

Ordered to go via phone, food was ready when they said it would be. Customer service was great. The food was delicious. I had the Yuca Frita con Chicharron with the curtido and salsa de tomate.. it was on point. My wife had the Salpicon, I took a lil taste and it was just like my mom used to make it. Great Salvadoran food!!!

What an awesome place. The staff was very kind and friendly. And the food was amazing. I loved the Revuelta Pupusas especially. Definitely coming back here with my friends.

Greasy and salty but good. Went in for lunch on a weekday, and we're the only customers but a couple of people came in getting takeout. Service was excellent and the food was good, nothing special if you've had El Salvadoran food before. Would like to try for breakfast.

The pupusas were great! It wasn't oily and the filling was flavorful. The revueltas had great flavor and the jalapeño with cheese wasn't spicy but it was great. The red sauce was ok but overall everything was delicious. I will be coming back to try different meals.

Delicious and authentic Salvadoran food. I had their breakfast and it was my husbands first time trying, he loved it. He had the steak and eggs. I asked if they were family owned and it sure is mother and daughter, truly great service. The Ambiance is great, nice music, clean restaurant as well.

First off mama Lila was so incredibly sweet and the pupusas were amazing this is definitely my go to for pupusas

Definitely a hidden GEM and officially a favorite. I had been dying to try their pupusas because my friend kept posting on Instagram. This place did not disappoint. I came in hangry and greedy after being at the hospital with my mom. She had the Sopa de Pata. The consistency and flavor was on point! Hand made tortillas, flavorful rice. I had an Order of Plátano frito con queso y crema y frijoles. Delish. A pupusa revuelta - curtido and an order of Yucca Frita con Chicharrón maaaaan you don't even know. Just try it all! Kudos to these ladies for getting it right all around. Authentic. Delicious and service was Sweet!

Go for their pupusas promotion on Monday's and Wednesday's! Mediumish in size, but good amount of filling. Curtido and sauce were tasty too.

Absolutely delicious pupusas and food! My husband got the breakfast and he loved it. Those were some of the best pupusas I've had. Can't wait to come back. The service was great and the restaurant was very clean. Parking was easy.

Wow! I've never left a review for a salvadorian Restaurant but this one was a must! The food is extremely good! Restaurant is well put together and clean! And the owner is such a nice person! Their pupusas are so tasty and I can't wait to try the rest of their plates! I recommend 1000%.. and even better it's in Sylmar!

100% authentic Salvadorean food. Papusas came out hot and melty cheeses. Service was wonderful. Haven't found anything like this in LA. Thank you everyone at Mama Lila Restaurant for bringing a taste of El Salvadore to LA!

The food was amazing especially the pupusas and the Plato tipico .It took a little while, only because they were making it fresh. The place looked pretty cool. It was very Hispanic which I personally love. This was one of the best pupusas that I have ever had. It was a very clean comfy atmosphere.

Oh where to begin when it comes to mama Lila's Salvadorian restaurant. At first glance you see blue walls and empty seats, but what you've yet to understand is that what you are lookin at is the birth of a future staple. I came here after fixing my phone plan by the near by metro, when one of my good counterparts cj noticed mama Lila's sign. We traveled to the door and were welcomed by the hostess, she sat us quickly and got us menus in seconds. The pupusas were an instant classic, ranging from the chicharron to the beans and jalapeño, down to the plantain plate. Overall experience and vibes 9.5/10.

Wow, wow, wow. I'm from El Salvador, and after eating here it hit so close to home. I've tried 4 different plates and all of them were beyond amazing. The drinks are really good too! Try try try! Worth it!!!!!

This was my second time visiting this restaurant. It's a hidden gem. The owner was so sweet and welcoming upon arrival. I ordered the Plato tipico and it was so delicious. It left me craving for more. If you want real authentic food I highly recommend.

Food good,service good ,yes I recommen, is not a fancy place but food is like home made. I had pork tamales and pupusas very basic ,but tasty. Is hard to find a good Salvadorean restaurant even though I'm very demanding with my food ,but this one fit the spot, is family own ill comback ,happy to finally found a place for my Salvi food.

I went to their grand opening and was not disappointed. The mother and daughter that own it make you feel like family and are so welcoming. The food was insanely good!! I got the huevos rancheros and pupusas and was amazed. They have tons of options and go above and beyond to make sure you're happy with the food. I'm definitely coming back!

Have ordered pupusas about 3-4 times and I have been so satisfied every time! They have specials on certain weekdays ($1.99 revuelta/bean and cheese pupusas) and the bean and cheese is so good! Friendly staff. Our new local spot for Pupusas!

Great authentic Salvadoran food! Everything was delicious. My favorite plate was the Plato tipico. The portions are fairly large for a very decent price. I'll definitely be coming back!
