Mama Maxie's Pizzeria

I got two of the specials today to try them. I had a slice each of the cheese and the pepperoni, and I got the sub with the beef and peppers. The pizza is real good, nice and cheesy, a little greasy (but you want good pizza to be a little greasy) and the crust had a nice crunch. The sub is also very good! Not too much cheese (but they didn't skimp) and the meat and the peppers were perfectly cooked and flavourful. The fries are nicely seasoned and have a good bite. Everything was well seasoned and not too salty. This is my lunch and my dinner today, but I will definitely be coming back soon! The only thing I didn't get was napkins and next time I'll also be sure to ask for ranch. Pizza places like this always have the good ranch. The specials come with a can of soda too, so that's nice. 9.5/10, big recommend.

Being born and raised in South Jersey, and now a Vegas/Henderson resident since 2013, I'm always on the hunt for legit pizza, cheese steaks, etc.. been coming to this location since it opened. Always good 🤌🏼

This is the place to go if you are a pizza fan. Also, you need to try their BBQ chicken pizza. A crispy crust with a tangy BBQ sauce, perfect every time. I added a picture of one of my cats for your enjoyment.

My boyfriend and I saw this pizza restaurant on tick tock decided to try it. I have to say the best pizza I have had in Vegas. We ordered the supreme pizza and the buffalo chicken pizza 10 out of 10 this place can make some good pizza!!! The toppings were fresh the crust was crunchy you can get a good fold definitely my new pizza home !!!!

Very delicious pizza nearby Las Vegas. It is an Italian pizza with a very thin crust, made of original Italian flour. There was a little wait for the pizza but it was worth it.

We were on the road for 8 hours & we were looking forward to a great local pizzeria. I looked at the reviews and everyone raved about this restaurant. We ordered delivery & received a cold salty pizza. So disappointed. Never again. It didn't deliver as a good pie!

A very solid pizza if you are interested in a crusty yet chewy New York style pizza this is the one for you. I really enjoyed the crust I do however prefer a little sweeter sauce on the pizza but overall it was very good. For those of you who know bread you can tell that this dough has been proofed and fermented properly. I don't know if they use a poolish or a biga it tastes like it though. Will frequent again.

Wow! This place is great! They have an intimate dining area and serve delicious pizza on what can only be described as top notch crust! Food: I had the meatballs and some pizza, my wife had salad garlic knots and a little pizza we shared. First the meatballs: what else can I say but they were delicious and tender and the sauce was a perfect complement to the meatballs. The pizza: The crust was excellent the sauce was very good and the toppings were quality, we ordered jalapeños and they were fresh and unlike any I have ever had on a pizza before. The garlic knots. Once again let me say Mama Maxies knows their dough! The salad: very good and the kind you would expect from a pizza parlor basic but very good The service: Sophia was our server. (Hopefully I spelled her name right). She is a gem of a person and just made us feel so welcome and she hits the perfect line of kind accommodating and not intrusive. I found out before we left this is her family's restaurant and I hope her dad and mom read this, because let me tell you both of them should be proud of this young lady! Ambiance: Think New York style pizza parlor with space for dining the kind you would find in little Italy on Mulberry street. I have to say I loved it. Quick shout out to Cameron the young gentleman who makes the pizzas. This guy takes pride in doing his job and has been making pizzas for around a decade and it shows. Final note, you know that feeling you get when you go somewhere simple yet well put together and the people there make you glad you came? The kind of place when you leave you sit in your car for a few extra seconds and think wow! How lucky was I today? Well that place for me was Mama Maxie's!

Ventured out from our usual place and so glad we did. We ordered the baseball special - knots/tenders/cheese pizza and it did not disappoint! Kids loved it and so did we! We'll be back soon to try out more of their menu :)

I live just up the street from Mama Maxie's and have been doing business with both Biaggio's, before his passing and now Mamma Maxie for the past five years. I was pleasantly surprised that the quality of the pizza, in my opinion, has not declined with the ownership change. The pizza I picked up this afternoon was hot, crispy and flavorful. I am sorry that I didn't take note of the name of the young lady behind the counter, but Joseph, you have a very exemplary employee. Mother's Day 4:00. You know who I mean. BTY: You need to call someone out to adjust your front door. It's a b**ch to open, but thanks to your sweet young employee helping, I made it home to enjoy my pizza while it was still hot. Happy you continued to serve delicious pizza in the wake of Biaggio's passing.

Found the newly opened Mama Maxie's Pizza shop in what used to be a different pizzeria. Staff was awesome. Host greeted us and answered some questions. I talked to the pizzaiolo who was friendly and told me about his pizza making background. He explained they make New York style and that he trained in Colorado and Chicago. Small dining area, very clean, enjoyed the construction, decoration and art for a simple neighborhood pizzeria. Ordered Fat Tire on draft and a large cheese pizza. Cheese pizza was a top 10% Vegas neighborhood slice! Was surprised! They make a fairly simple New York pie. Only mozzarella cheese which was amazing quality with a super long stretch, simple sauce using fresh basil and the crust was killer- great fermentation and stretched well, easy chew, pizza stays stiff upon grabbing a slice, didn't flop over but still easy to fold, just enough olive oil in the dough to give a perfect crisp crust! If you're near the Henderson area, grab a pie here and give it a try. These are the types of little shops that need recognition for good pizza! Overall a solid 4.5 for the pizza! Gave it a 5 for the conversation and customer service. Family friendly. Vegetarian friendly.

I only live about a mile from this place and had never heard of it. I received a coupon in the mail for it and decided to give it a try. I had an order of chicken fingers and fries and all I could say is excellent! I will definitely be back and I highly recommend you give it a try!

Fresh hot tasty food with super friendly customer service! Definitely recommend the sausage and pepper sandwich. Best melt in your mouth chicken fingers. It was my first time there but will not be my last. A hidden gem.

My 1st time ordering here and We ordered a pizza thru slice and it came incorrect. No biggie, we called in to let them know and they were more than willing to fix it. They gave us a replacement pizza and issued a refund. Upon picking up the replacement they were apologetic and were so friendly! The front girl is super sweet. The pizza was delicious!!! Well worth the issue. We will def be back! Thanks for being so awesome.

Our regular pizza place was closed for vacation. We had gone to Pizza Biaggios in the past and liked them so we went to yelp to get their number to order. When my husband pulled up to pick up our order he saw the name was different. When they answered the phone they just said "hello" and not the name of the establishment. The pizza was very undercooked, the cheese had a weird sour taste and the sauce just didn't taste right. We all barely ate one piece.

Mama Maxie's, (previously (Biaggio's.) I ordered a veggie pizza & Italian sub. There were some issues. I was given a credit. I stopped by on Feb 7, 2024 to collect. Biaggio had sold & moved. However, Bella at Mama Maxie's honored the previous owners debt. What great customer service!! Everyone knows good pizza is all about the crust!! It was delicious & my meatball sub was very flavorful (subbed for the Italian.) Give Mama a try, guarantee you won't be disappointed. Pricing is very reasonable.

love the margarita pizza it's delish! but wanted to leave a review because I was impressed with sirenty's customer service, she even opened the door for me. I remember when this place was Biaggio's the renovations are really nice tho
