Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment, especially compared to the same hotel in Dubai, which is on a completely different level.
We were welcomed with a spider in the restroom, which already set the tone. The room itself lacked basic amenities you would expect from a hotel at this price point, no water boiler, no iron or steamer. We had to request these items, and they were only provided after we complained about the spider.
Even something as simple as slippers was not available; we were told they are only provided for a certain membership tier, which felt unreasonable given the price and the fact that we booked the largest room in the hotel.
Housekeeping was below average. Essentials like napkins/tissues were not refilled, and attention to detail was clearly lacking. Upon check-in, there was only one towel in the room, and additional towels were again only brought after we complained.
There is no room service at all, you must order food and physically go to the restaurant to pick it up yourself, which is very inconvenient!!!
Overall, this hotel is not worth the price, especially considering the size of the room we booked. I strongly recommend staying at a better hotel in Lisbon.
Additionally, for Arab and Muslim guests, I would not recommend this property due to the general environment and inappropriate elements present, which may make the stay uncomfortable.
Very disappointing experience overall.
