"Mama Tilly’s has a way with grilled food, a knack that has made it a longtime favorite in Laborie. (Thislittlefishing village hasretained its charmdespite widespread tourism in the region.) The main courses—like grilled chicken, pork, mahi-mahi, lobster, conch(a local specialty),or other fresh catch of the day—are complemented byplentiful sides of plantains, rice, or potato salad. Wash it all down with the potent house rum punch. Everything'sserved family style on wooden tables underthe zinc-roofed porch or indoors. The atmosphere is chatty and friendlyas folks come in and out to pick up their orders."

What a little gem. We did come on a Sunday evening after the storm, so there was no seafood available, however, Mama Tilly offered the most scrumptious chicken instead. Be careful with the Rum Punch, it certainly gives a punch! But you're on holiday, so enjoy! Chilled, friendly, delicious, local, unpretentious. Don't come if you're in a rush, as no one is in a rush. Delicious.

Great food. Reasonable price. Great rum punch. I got the fish one night and conch the other, my boyfriend got chicken then ribs. The sides are different daily. All was really good.

Our first stop on our first trip to St Lucia. Mama Tilly’s did not disappoint. The food was fantastic and she was lovely. It’s clear that she’s a staple of the town, people walking or driving by waved and honked, locals were chilling with their afternoon beers. Sadly there was no fish due to the hurricane but the chicken and pork were delicious.

We didn’t have to look at menu. She was the only one working and took us into kitchen and showed us what she had! Delicious!

Had dinner in Mama Tilly's twice. Great food with authentic west indies vibe. Note that Canadian dollar cash is also acceptable. Will 100% recommend to my friends who wish to come here!
