Randomly came across this shop while I was in the area and was so glad I decided to stop by! The owner was super nice and helpful. They sell everything from cooking ingredients and simple home goods to sooo many different types of loose leaf teas. All the teas and spices/herbs are hand packed in-house which I thought was super cool. Aside from that, they also brew 2 different types of tea each day they're open. I can't wait to come again to pick up more seasoning mix and another cup of iced tea!

I LOVE this place. I’m a bit of a food snob and tea snob and This place is amazing. I have ordered multiple times and have not been disappointed. The owner was so helpful and has great recipes. If you get anything there try their teas! I have never had a tea that had such a great peach flavor until theirs. My daughter wants the blueberry tea every day. She adds a little sugar and it tastes so much like a blueberry muffin. We only buy our tea here now. So glad this place exists!

I stopped in here when I went to visit my cousin over the Memorial Day weekend. She was very nice and informative about all the teas and spices. The place is set up so cute, I hate it was too late to have a tea tasting. I bet that would have been fun! I will be visiting again soon. I love all my teas I picked out!

This store is absolutely WONDERFUL! I am an absolute fanatic when it comes to tea, and this is my go-to shop. The owner is very knowledgeable about her products, and takes great pride in everything she sells. The blends are divine and have helped to improve my health and vitality immensely. I have now started to try the seasoning blends and guess what? I love them! I usually order from the website which is very, very informative. I'm so grateful I found this gem! Theresa (owner) is so sweet, highly recommend visiting. She has a varied selection of loose leaf teas (w/ caffeine or caffeine free) to choose from. I selected a few to take home. She also offers brew to order. My husband (who isn’t really a tea person) tried her chai latte and he really liked it! Looking forward to coming back for more! 😊

The tea is amazing!! We ordered a few different types of tea and love all of them! The customer service is also 10/10! Everything shipped quickly and I love the pamphlet they include that tells you all the different brewing temps and times depending on what tea you’re making. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Mama Wang's Pantry is a family-owned tea shop selling some of the best and high quality premium loose leaf teas. They are located in a smaller plaza with a decent amount of parking spots. Inside, they have a smaller setup but are packed with lots of amazing teas that you can smell. They have a wide range of flavors and I spent a good amount of time smelling everything before making my selection. Prices are very fair for the quality of tea you can get and all of the staff are very warm and welcoming. I would definitely recommend checking this spot out for any tea lovers or those looking to incorporate more tea drinking into their lifestyle!

Great local tea shop. They have amazing quality loose leaf and bagged teas. The owner is also a tea enthusiast and can make recommendations if you're looking for new teas for yourself or someone else. While i'm more of a green tea drinker, i prefer Mama Wang's black tea and rooibos options. The royal tea rooibos, versailles lavender grey tea, and milk oolong are all great. I also highly recommend ordering a london fog while you're there! It's delicious!!

Absolutely love the selections of teas here! There's a wide variety of different teas all curated. You can definitely find something you'll enjoy here. The prices are relatively affordable too. We got to sniff all the different teas instead of having to blindly choose them. If you wanted to take home multiple, they offer a sample box where you can take 12 tea bags for $15. I got a couple cold brew teas. It's 2 pouches, each for 1 liter for $6.50! Depending on the teas, some can be $8.

Beautiful girl working the counter was extremely helpful, welcoming and very sweet. Extremely clean, well kept location and very organized. Not many places around carry loose-leaf teas. Bought a couple of items.

I was looking for a local, good quality tea tasting in Los Angeles, and found Mama Wang's Pantry. Yes, it is a little bit of a drive if you're coming from the Valley (i.e. the San Fernando Valley). In the middle of the day on the weekend, it is about a 1 hour drive but it can be as short as 45 minutes (if traffic is light). It costs $10 per person for a tea testing. You get to taste 5 teas of your choice and it's only 1 cup per tea selection (see photos below). There are no other items or services included. However, you can certainly add on more from the menu for an additional cost. It's a reasonable price and the best you'll find in Los Angeles county. These are the 5 teas that I tried: 1st - Quanzhou Milk Oolong - this was my favorite; there was a lot of flavors happening in my mouth; somehow it was sweet even though there was no sugar. I can picture myself adding some milk to it. I ended up buying this one at the end of our tasting. 2nd - Versailles Lavender E. Grey - Ingredients: Black tea, Lavender + Cornflower petals, Natural flavors - you can actually taste the lavender, and it's nice to sip on. This was my second favorite. 3rd - Silver Moonlight Wild White - white tea - very mild flavor but good. This is the type of tea I wouldn't get sick of because the flavor is not overwhelming or too bold. Extremely light. 4th - Digest & Purify - Digestive Blue - Ingredients: Anise, Licorice, Fennel, Currant, Rosehip, Butterfly blue pea flower, Hibiscus, Star anise, Nettle, Jasmine, Natural flavors (organic compliant). - We chose this because it has blue pea flower (and I like the cold herbal tea some cultures make from it). Since I do not like licorice or star anise, I feel I can't really assess this tea without bias. I wasn't a fan of it, but if you like what's in the ingredients then you'll likely enjoy this tea. 5th - Shanghai Lichee Jasmine -Ingredients: Green tea, Jasmine petals, Natural flavors - the tea was bitter so I'm not sure it the tea was steeped for too long or if I did not like the flavor. It was my least favorite. Additionally, I had the pleasure of tasting Mama Wang's lemon bar (and it was the best lemon bar I've ever had -- truly). This does not come included in the tea tasting. This is a small shop that offers a variety of quality teas to choose from. See photo attached which shows the interior and a picture of the menu. I enjoyed hanging out with the business owner during our 1.5 hour tea tasting. She made the experience joyful and fun.

I love her women's health tea! I have been experiencing symptoms related to perimenopause. Teresa recommended this tea for me. It has helped me so much. It's lessen my PMS symptoms and helped with my cycle! Thank you mama wang- you're the best!

Amazing gem of a tea shop!! Buy loose leaf or tea bags in a variety of blends. So excited I found this place right in my back yard. Super cute decor and amazing gifts!! She has her own blends and shares a lot of knowledge on the tea varieties. Super friendly too. Great service. We need more specialty shops like this. I hope others will support this creative business.

Such a lovely experience and friendly staff. It's a small but mighty tea shop. They have their offerings out on a table with small containers to smell. I made a build your own tea sampler and grabbed a lychee tea and a peppermint macha. Both were delicious. I can't wait to try the tea and will absolutely return for more!

I love Mama Wang's Pantry! All of my visits have been so pleasant, both because of great customer service and the best tea! I have tried a variety of their teas and have loved every one of them. Even if you are not a tea person and might need help selecting different kinds to try, they will be able to help you! The ambiance inside the store is great as well, Mama Wang's has created a welcoming environment for customers to experience. Overall I HIGHLY recommend stopping by this cute tea shop.

My aunt made us an appointment for a tea tasting today! It was an awesome experience. We had so much fun. It's so nice to learn more about tea. The owner has so much passion for tea and it was awesome to see that. Even my uncle who does not like tea really liked everything we tasted. I bought a dozen different single servings of teas to try and an ounce of the Versailles Earl Grey. Im looking forward to going back very much.

We did the Saturday tea tasting and it was delightful! The owner is lovely and lets you smell all the various teas to pick the 5 you want to sample. Really enjoyable experience and we left with so much tasty tea!

I met Mama Wang through her son over ten years ago, and have always known how passionate she is about cooking/tea. When I heard she had opened her own shop I knew I had to check it out. As an insomniac who also spends 10+ hours looking at screens for work/tv/phone, I rarely fall asleep easily. Mama Wang's "Sleep - Lullaby" Functional Tea has been amazing with helping me relax at night/enjoying deep sleep. No more knocking myself out with Benadryl before bed (makes me too drowsy)! Sleep Tea is a lifesaver! Her shop is amazing, and both she and her daughter are very knowledgeable and kind. Great recommendations, great products, and there is something for everyone. I love my glass teapot, and "mug tea-infuser basket" that I purchased from her shop. I usually make a full pot at a time, but love the option of being able to only brew/enjoy a single mug with my infuser basket as well. Definitely one of the best local businesses around!

Wonderful selection of teas with affordable prices. The owner is a sweetheart and was very informative/helpful with selecting our tea. I definitely recommend checking out this spot, especially if you have any health conditions. The ambiance makes you feel right at home and they make lattes as well! We tried the matcha latte with almond milk (they offer oak milk as well) and it tasted amazing!

I have shopped here many times and I'm always impressed with my products. I LOVE the teas. I LOVE the sauces and spices, so much better than regular stores. I live about 70 miles away but this is where I get my tea from. The staff are great and have given me some delicious recipes that I've made over and over. Cute shop too!

I stopped by today to get some loose leaf tea as a Christmas present. I'm not very knowledgeable on tea but Mama Wang was extremely helpful and so kind that I left her shop with a smile on my face. She has a large collection of teas as well as unique cooking ingredients.

Mama Wangs Pantry is a total hidden gem! After living in Asia for 4 years I am a huge lover of quality tea and realized how difficult it was to find quality tea locally that wasn't commercialized or a chain. I stumbled upon Mama Wang's shop as I was purchasing water next door and saw that she has a huge selection of quality loose leaf teas and sachets. I've also purchased a few other Asian products that she sells too. As I was preparing for my upcoming themed birthday party 'afternoon high tea,' Mama Wang offers a tea tasting experience, which I've purchased multiple times with her and my friends. There are several teas to try that taste wonderfully both hot and cold. My absolute favorite is a cold Jasmine tea Lychee with boba- you won't regret it! Aside from the tea, Mama Wang is a wonderful person with a big heart. She is passionate about her tea, which makes it a million times worth it. I love supporting women, small business, and tea! My husband and I love Mama Wangs Pantry and now completely purchase our tea from there!

I was looking for a new tea shop that sold loose leaf tea. This little place has quite a good selection. I got their hojicha, monk green tea, and iron goddess oolong tea. The iron goddess was fine, but their monk green and hojicha were really good. I certainly recommend this place if you are looking for lose leaf tea
