I won't comment about parking since I walked there from two blocks away. Like many places in Asheville, park where you can and be happy if it's only a couple blocks walk.
Walking in, you are about five feet from the ordering line. There is a menu posted on a lectern to the right. It gives a good description of the various items. There is another menu on the wall behind the ordering line, but the one by the door worked better for me.
They assemble you order as you go down the line. The staff is efficient and friendly. I ordered the pulled pork carnitas burrito. Black beans, rice, and pork form the base. I added pico de gallo, cucumbers, radishes, cilantro, and onion and a chipolte salsa. Everything on the line looked fresh.
The burrito is wrapped in foil. Don't unwrap the whole thing to eat it. Unwrap a little at a time. They pack the tortilla full, so even while wrapped, prepare to get messy. All ingredients tasted as fresh as they looked. The pork was flavorful, moist, and delicious. There was enough added to get some in every bite. I was stuffed when I finished it.
There is a salsa bar near the drink machine. They had three types, the chipolte, a tomatillo base (both mild) and an orange arbole. The last was warm, but nothing was real spicy. All had excellent flavor.
I really enjoyed my first visit here, and expect to come back to try more items from the menu.
