Mama's Pizza

I ordered a cheese pizza and it was delicious. The hot wings and blue cheese were fantastic!!!! They also have games for the kids. Highly recommend 🍕💛

I went here for the first time with my kids and the pizza is amazing. The pizza is fresh on each order and it was made correctly. The unique flavor is so good even the plain cheese pizza is good I don't really care for cheese pizza! There is nice seating that is spread out and not to close to others and they have games as well. The food is pricey but worth it.

The pizza is really good. Took my 4 year old with me and he ate everything including the crust. Pizza had great flavor and the crust had great texture with sauce inside it. Dined in and the inside looks just like a pizza shop you would see in a 90s movie. Dare I say best pizza I've had in the DFW!

First time going. Ordered take out. Absolutely LOVED it. The lady that helped me at the front counter was nice and friendly. That's rare these days, so I'm really appreciative. I've definitely found a new pizza spot!🥰💜

Came because I saw online it was a pizza buffet. Walked into a really small space with children running rampant and screaming. My son (8) was shocked and uncomfortable. The concession lines were empty, indicating that there was no running buffet. We left and went somewhere else. The air smelled nice, I’m sure the food is good, but appeared to be made-to-order instead of a buffet style I had seen online. I may come back sometime on another day to try it, hopefully there won’t be an ensemble of unattended yelling children. I know it’s not the business’s fault for the parents who let their kids do these things.

Ordered mini supreme pizza and wings. Order through Uber eats and everything came nicely done, hot, and fresh. Will definitely be back.

I want to say this place is on point, every time! I'm not sure why I haven't written a review, we have been going here for years but with that being said, they are consistent.... in a good way. We did a pick up order the other night, whether it's placed online or over the the phone (or in person), it's always easy. It never takes long either. Customer service is on point! Ordered a supreme, meat Lovers, & my favorite bacon, sausage, & pineapple! Don't hate. :) We also had cheesesbread. All of them were delicious. Their pizza is not crazy greasy & they are generous with toppings. Wonderful staff, our favorite pizza place, go here! :)

Food was great! Ran out of ice so we had warm drinks and they allowed a group to reserve the whole half of the restaurant after we already showed up. They proceeded to stare at us to make us uncomfortable so we would move and they could add our table to the rest of the section.

Mama's Pizza is located off Debbie ln in Mansfield, TX serving the local community pizza, wings, and salad in a family orientated environment that is great for the whole family! I dropped by on a weekday to check out the lunch buffet that happens Mon-Sat from 11am-2pm. This restaurant is located in a shopping center, so parking is always ample and plentiful. As I waked through the doors I was greeted by the staff as I walked up to the service counter and ordered. I went with the lunch buffet that comes with a soft drink, pizza and salad. The salad bar was beautifully stocked with fresh veggies and vibrant green lettuce. They had multiple condiments to choose from such as pickles, baby carrots, and even perfectly sliced boiled eggs. As for the pizza goes it was laid out on the serving line with a nice variety ranging from your typical pepperoni pizzas, supreme, an hamburger. The pizza was sliced and served piping hot from the serving station. I went ahead and grabbed a variety of pizzas on my plate and made my way to the dining area. The sauce to cheese ratio was on point as well as the generous toppings on each slice. The dough was nice and firm with a little bounch that had a nice snap back to it . The star of the show was dipping my pizza crust in the creamy, bold, and tangy ranch that made everything better! Overall Mama's pizza was good and i enjoyed my lunch and felt i got the best bang for my buck. The pizzas quality was outstanding as well as the fresh salad bar. Inside is clean with many chairs and booths to sit at along with a couple of arcade games. ill definitely be back again to enjoy fresh tasting pizza in a nice atmosphere.

By and large, this is a carry-out place, and we waited over 30 min past the time we were told to pick up our order While I appreciate the youngers getting a job, they seemed to care less about the brand they worked for or trying to keep their customers informed on the progress of their order. Product itself was mid. The crust was an odd consistency. Maybe I don't know what "east coast" pizza is but Its definitely not New York, Boston, or even New Haven. Toppings were good though. Pizza was overpriced and underperformed in my opinion. I get bad staff nights, but I wouldn't go back for the pie alone.

Have always liked Mama's. Yet after tonight I may not order again for a while. I was told 1hot and 10 minutes and then when I called they changed it to 1 1/2 hours. With it being made for me to feel like it was my fault. Last time, too many other pizza places to choose from.

This place has gone downhill. Used to be my go to. I always expect it to take longer than they say it will, was ok with it because the pizza is great. But waiting an additional 45 minutes and then the staff being rude about it and the pizza not the same quality it used to be- there are too many other choices to go to a place that no longer cares about their customers.

Ordered last night. Did not like. It was bland. Ordered breadsticks. They were plain nothing on them but sprinkling of Italian seasoning. No other seasoning like cardboard. Will not order from here again.

Great place to take the family for pizza. Small arcade, plenty of seating. The pizza is very good and the prices reasonable.

I love mamas. They got my order wrong and the manager was so kind and sweet about it and they remade my pizza and it was delicious

Love Mama's Pizza! Mama's Pizza has a huje Mama's size thats great for families or parties. Great sauce and cheese blend, and I enjoy the garlicky crust. They also have a good alfredo option!

I love mamas, I have for years. But this location needs some help. I ordered online...waited 45 minutes only to get there and they couldn't even find my order....then claimed they found it and that I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. You didn't make it...didn't even do it. Stop lying to your customers. Based on other reviews this happens way too often. Get some new management.

Legendary. Brings me back to high school when you got a mini and drink for 3 bucks! Hot and fresh...quality ingredients and a crust that can't be beat! Saddened to discover you've changed your creamy italian dressing...please change back, even if it means more $$$. Worth it!

I love Mama's Pizza, but I just picked up my order along with a side of Creamy Italian dressing...which I have ordered for 20 years. Unfortunately, Mama's has changed this dressing to a cheap and disgusting knockoff!!! I am completely disappointed!!! After so many years using an awesome dressing...Mama's has ruined this for me. Sooooo this was my first time trying which is why I only got a mini size . And I really wanted to love jt but unfortunately I don't . The place is really nice with games and lights. Now the pizza was just ok. It wasn't what I was hoping for . I wanted a really good home made pizza . This lacked taste . With all the topping I was sure it would be flavorful , but it wasn't .The pizza dough was thick and doughy! I liked that. I had absolutely no pizza sauce at all or at least couldn't taste it .I didn't see much hamburger or taste it at all. The toppings as you see were plenty but , wasn't cooked :( the onions were cold .. mushrooms were a bit cold as well. now the site said my order would be ready at 6:17 I got there a little early JUST in case so maybe the time was off .The dough was warm but not hot. I thought the toppings would be baked in with the cheese or at least cooked a little . I didn't taste any cheese at all . I had to pick a lot of the fresh basil Off for being browned but that's fine cause it was a lot. I paid 12.50 for a mini which was really disappointing. I really thought it would give me that good Italian homemade taste. I think because it was a mini they didn't try and just threw something together . Either way this wasn't it and I am disappointed

Today, I walked in to see 2 Lil girls at the front and the worker really talking to them and helping them. Not dismissing them as others would. She greeted us and finished with the girls then took our order. Later I was mo ING tables and she came over and added a chair for me without being asked. She had a smile the whole time we were there. Thank you Emma for being a great face of Mama's. Knowing you are here we will be back. Thank you

Unprofessional customer service. The manager is not helpful and has an attitude that the customer is wrong. When I called to talk about the situation of a wrong order, I was hung up on by the manager. He said they were busy, that's why we were missing a pizza and half our family did not have dinner to eat.

Being a customer for 30 plus years my wife and I were very disappointed in the taste of our pizza. We hadn't been to the Mansfield location in years done they closed the Arlington one. We can't even give it a below average rating. The pluses were. It was warm. It was ready when they said it was ready for pickup. Summary: You lost us. We won't be back. Ken

If you want to wait 1hr and a half to get your food come here. Worst place. They say"we're still working on it" when there's no one sitting down

Pizza is normally good if it's not soggy , but charging $0.54 for each ranch is insane when I get home and open it and it's not even halfway full?

We love Mama's pizza! Have been loyal customers for years and frequented the original location. Tonight made me question why we put up with unrealistic timeframes to pick up your pizza. Ordered at 6:30 (I know prime time and this was a Saturday night) and was told 60-65 minutes. Ive done this song and dance and didn't leave my house till 70 minutes past...giving them an extra 10 minutes. Was told upon arrival and paying that it would be 10-15 more minutes. At 7:58pm I finally had our pie Be honest with your customers. We know and realize there is an employee shortage. Don't make us wait when we're hungry. Btw...the pizza was delicious as usual but because we had to wait so long...we only ate 1/3 of it. Ravenous I guess.

Placed an order for delivery with an estimated time of 7:10 pm. It arrived at 8:15 pm. I called at 8:00 to ask about it and was told it had just left. When I asked how long it had been out of the oven, the first response was, "oooh... a while, but let me ask." She returned to say, "It came out 10 minutes ago." It arrived five minutes later. It is cold. Literally cold. Don't lie to your customers. You have good pizza, but you made the decision to go with a delivery service you can't control. So, one star. And no delivery orders from this point forward. There are many high quality pizza stores that ensure delivery is timely. I will patronize them for the home dining and use you for the buffet only. Very disappointed.

Always wanted to try this place out and we finally did. This place was great! Really homey feel and staff were super friendly. The pizza and cheesy breadsticks were amazing and decently fast to the table. They've won our service for pizza moving forward.

Excellent!! Best keto/low carb cauliflower pizzas!!! We are hooked and keep ordering them! So delicious! Sweet and very helpful staff looked up the carb count for us and we were able to customize for exactly what we wanted! Yum!

I ordered pizza and wings from this place. It was door dashed to me missing an order of wings. When I called I was asked to go get them, okay that's annoying but someone went and got them. When I called whoever Adam is asked me if I was sure I didn't get them?? What? Then realized he only sent one of the two orders. Fast forward to eating the pizza. My sister bites down on her cheese pizza and pulls a toothpick out with her teeth! A TOOTHPICK! So I call again not asking for anything not needing anything, just to let the personnel know. But Adam felt the need to speak over me and tell me how he can't control what Doordash does when they get the food. Excuse me? It was baked into the pizza. I didn't want anything but to call and let them know, but Adam was wildly rude spoke to me like a child and blamed Doordash, so naturally now I'm livid. I still don't want a refund or any type of credit, I simply don't want this to happen to another customer.

Today was not a good day. We ordered two pizzas, the large looked like it was dropped. The medium was dry, hardly any sauce, and the onions on top were still cold. It's a yuck for today, but because it's been very good in the past, I gave it 3. Hopefully they improve.

I ordered a pizza on friday night and got there and waited about 8ish minutes for a pizza, I wasn't upset at all because they were very busy. Although there were also other people waiting to receive their food, Ari was very attentive to the customers and making sure everyone was okay. She was also constantly checking on everyone that was waiting orders but the other girl in the front was just standing there on her phone. She was also very rude to a dine-in customer who wanted an update on their pizza and replied with " I don't know how much longer you have on your order" and walked away.. very rude and disrespectful. I asked Ari for her name because she was doing a great job at making sure everyone was ok! The pizza was great but that one employee made it a bad experience for me.

Always a great experience. Yes, the wait can be long at times, but it's because everyone loves it. Enjoy a game of Mrs. Pac-Man while you wait.

Now this is some dam good pizza. Just like NYC I now have my new pizza place. The xtra cheese was extra the pizza was delicious I had the little Personal pan pizza. Fantastic my husband loved it. I will definitely brag about this place.

Had some folks over to watch a movie and they wanted pizza. Called Mama's as they are usually spot on but tonight I was told to give them 35 min and showed up at about 40 min. I am fairly certain they had not even started making the pizza when I arrived at the 40 min mark as it took 1:10 from the time I placed the order to actually get the pizza. Not a huge deal but might have selected another pizza place had I known of the extended wait. Could have offered a drink or perhaps apologized for the delay upon delivery but nothing of the sort tonight. Will likely try them again as I have had a lot of success in the past but service tonight was not at all as promised.

Average little pizza place with some arcade games for kids. Reminds me of a smaller, less fun version of Cici's (expect no buffet) You order your pizza at the counter and get it served at your table. Typical pizza prices, for pretty average pizza. I could get a more gourmet pizza for the same price point as here. This is a great place for a family though. You can order something kids will love, and there are just enough games to keep them occupied. We had 4 kids in our group and they did great, and enjoyed the games they could play. I wouldn't recommend it though if you don't have kids with you. For 2 adults, you can find better pizza for the same prices (or cheaper...)

Love love mamas pizza. But service here is so unorganized. Ordered online and it said ready in approximately 50 minutes. Arrived 40 minutes later and they had not even started on our order.

Went here because this was the only pizza place in Mansfield I hadn't been to. We came for the buffet, it was $34 for 3 people. It was 6 kind of pizzas on 4 pans and a salad bar. I did expect more variety. I tried all the pizzas they had out and they were all very basic, not really bad just pizza, like Costcos. The lady was very polite, I doubt I'd go back though.

We love this place. The pizza is always good with a ton of toppings. We always have left overs and it is one pizza that is just good the second or third day. Highly recommended!!

Went for the buffet. The girl was so so nice. I had a frequency card from a long time ago and she accepted it. The pizza was hot fresh and abundant. Definitely will go again. $12 per person a little steep felt I didn't /couldn't eat tgat much ($24 for two of us)...but still had an overall amazing experience because of the staff.

Tried the new location in Burleson and it was delicious! Only thing I would request next time is to cook it just 30-45 seconds longer. Pepperoni and pineapple was very good. Place was clean and welcoming. We just moved here 5 months ago and have been trying all the pizza places in town. This will be our go to pizza place. Yum!

This pizza is a throwback to an era where substance trumped creativity. Journey with me to a world of flavored and aroma that do not disappoint. From the garlic, buttery crust to the intensely cheesiness of the pie, the pizza is amazingly and simply good. Just as I was about to compliment them on the Italian salad, our order came out tonight. Normally the is so much cheese, pepperoni, & olives that you have to dig past it to get to the greens. Tonight, however, there were about 8 slices of pepperoni. Color me disappointed. Highly. (Update: Just as we were getting ready to leave, one of the employees came by & asked how everything was - we told her about the salad - suddenly the manager was right there. He offered a new salad packed up to go or a replacement on our next visit. When I looked up there were four employees around us & all seemed genuinely concerned. This level of responsiveness get their stars upgraded from 4 to 5) They are always clean & they offer a nice little lunch buffet. Be warned, there's only room for about three pizzas on the bar, and it can be a bit of a free for all when the fresh pies come out. Finally, there's not much of a queue area & the cashiers do expect you to know what you want. They are almost friendly about it, but not quite. An air of impatience lingers in these worlds. They do appear to do a booming carry out business.

I've been eating and loving Mama's since 1975. It's definitely 5 star food but the Mansfield service is slipping a A LOT lately. I used to go there, order, get a few free crackers and dip them in ranch while waiting. Now the crackers are gone and the overpriced ranch is in a container half the size and half filled. We ordered to eat in the restaurant but the pizza was given to us in a takeout box. I thought they made a mistake or just did not want to wash platter since it was near closing time. But we went again at an earlier time when they were full of customers and every table was eating out of a box. I had to request to get a platter and pie server. Here is why that matters. My extra cheese pizza extra hot fresh out of the oven is in a box. I have to try to use my hands or a fork to get a slice. Half the cheese slides off and I'm lucky not to burn myself keeping the slice together. If I'm taking the box home the pizza is no longer molten hot and removing the slices is doable. When brought out on a platter with a pie server it makes the experience so much better. I can easily lift a slice keeping it together and it's so pretty watching that cheese string! Y'all used to bring the pizza with platter and pie server to our table. Now we just get called to pick up our takeout box even though we told you we were eating there. Ok so we've finally finished eating out of a box and it's a mess. Spilled cheese stuck to the cardboard which you can scrape and eat as long as you don't mind a little cardboard with your cheese. We eat at the Debbie Ln location because it's closest to our S Arlington house. I occasionally eat at the N Arlington location because closer to my mom and have never had a complaint...they ROCK! While I'm complaining...a pet peeve of mine is that few pizza places use the correct red pepper dispenser. Almost everyone uses Parmesan lids that have round holes too small for the red pepper flakes. You can shake it and get some red pepper dust and a few small or broken pieces. I'll often take of the lid but OMG never look under that lid. The correct lid has long openings instead of tiny circular holes. If you really want to impress get those! :)

We came for the pizza buffet. Kudos because they offer a student price with ID. $7 and it comes with a drink! The pizza was pretty average (the only 2 that were above average were the Alfredo and the BBQ chicken! Those were delicious). Unfortunately we noticed that as the pizza sits there, it's crust gets progressively tougher to chew. My 2 year old could barely eat the pizza because it got tough so quickly. The crust is also BLAND. No flavor to it whatsoever. We also were disappointed at how small the menu is. There are only 3 specialty pizzas (which are just normal combinations found anywhere). The cinnamon rolls are huge and the 2 specialty pizzas we tried were delicious... so that's why I'm going from a 3 star review to 4. It's not our new place, but I wouldn't be opposed to trying again.

I don't love how expensive the extra toppings are, but man is this pizza delicious and very good. We don't get to order here much because its not in the area of Arlington where I work or live, but it's worth a drive believe that. I know some people are picky with their crust on the pizza, and Mama's is very good, and just get a side of Creamy Italian on the size, perfect to dip it in!

Great pizza and the interior feels exactly like a 90s Pizza Hut. The lighting was super bright and hopefully they can get that worked out soon but other than that it is worth giving it a shot. The crust tastes like a really good garlic knot.

Waited 40 minutes for a MINI pizza and the restaurant was empty. That's literally all we got. Won't be returning to this location, take your money to the Arlington location! They're more kind and accommodating.

This used to be one of our favorite pizza spots. No more Customer service is nonexistent. Wish I could give negative stars. Called our pizza order in before 530 on a Friday night. Was told 45-60 minutes. Got there an hour later and was told 25 more minutes! When I politely voiced my disapproval the manager named Adam was extremely rude and said he was refunding my money and throwing my pizza away as he couldn't have me upsetting the customers. It's an absolute sin to throw food away with all the starving impoverished people in this country. This place is so disorganized and filthy too. The women's restroom was worse than a portable potty. We will never go back.

The pizza at this place is amazing, however the customer service stands firm with it being a mom and pop shop. After placing an order on Uber eats 45 minutes prior to my arrival I was given a 50 minute wait time once I arrived. I then asked if the order could be cancelled on their and was told a firm no. After having a seat in attempt to resolve the issue with Uber Eats, I heard staff making comments about me placing an online order and having an issue with waiting. I would NOT recommend this place to people not from the area.

First time here. We have been looking for a good local pizza place since we've moved down here and I think we may have found a keeper. Enjoyed sitting outside drinking a blue moon

I called in for pick up at 4:35, was told it will be 45mins to an hour, this place is always a little slow but usually close to the time given until today. I show up at 5:30 pm and AFTER I paid am told it will be 40 more mins. WTF. This is our go too spot for pizza, now I will find another one that values their customers time and money.

Meh. The white sauce was decent. The regular red sauce with pepperoni was mediocre at best both pizzas were cold. They were the only restaurant open during the snow storm though which gives them an extra star. Definitely 2 star food
