Unique pastries, custards and baked goods are a hallmark of this restaurant! The self-serve concept could definitely feel a bit impersonal, however the staff are very friendly and always happy to help with your order. You can warm up your breads on-site as well - the breads are baked fresh. The espresso drinks aren't bad either. Worth stopping by to try if you're in the area!

Google
If you're looking for a unique coffee experience, Mamie Clafoutis is an absolute gem! Their coffee maker is a work of art, brewing the perfect cup every time, rich in flavor and incredibly smooth. The vibe of the shop itself is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends. Now, let’s talk about the Oh Mon Dieu pastry. WOW. It’s a decadent, melt-in-your-mouth treat that’s unlike anything I’ve had before. The layers, the sweetness, the texture – it’s all perfection in one bite. This pastry alone is worth the visit!

Google
The staff was friendly and the pastries are good. Our visit was disappointing because we were expecting tables and space to eat indoors. There are several boxed sandwiches & desserts too but we were expecting a fresher feel all around.

Google
The new decor is pretty! They changed the concept into a self serve store. Customers take whatever they want and pay at the cash register.

Google
The ambiance, design and architecture of this place is top. Really clean, sleek, and modern. They have plenty of bread and dessert options and some frozen also. The chocolatine I ordered from here was so deliciously buttery!

Google
I miss the old setup 😐, the new setup feels like you are getting bakery items from a production line. It dosent have the local bakery vibe anymore. Food quality was same I always thought that the price is 20% more than it should have. If you are visiting Montreal for few days then I will not recommend this bakery anymore. Oh and after this renovation I saw the croissants are looking weird and the boxed cake slice do not have its corners (I mean why). If you are going then have a Mamie kouign , suisse , & almandine ( sorry for the Rant, I used to love this place )

Assia Alexandrova

Google
After the renovations, the changes are more than architectural. What was once my main place for exercising my spoken French (ordering and chatting with the young and kind staff) is now self-serve with an app, scan the product and checkout with Google pay. Of all the places to go this route, Mamie Clafoutis is the last one I expected. Otherwise it is the same great baked goods and variety... with one exception - the ficelles with blue cheese and walnuts are now refrigerated (I am afraid, this change I literally cannot swallow...)

Google
Mamie was my absolutely favourite place not only in Montreal but in any of my travels. The combination of an exquisite fresh pastry with a unique spot to unwind upstairs, with super comfy, casual arrangement of chairs and an old piano, on which, occasionally, some people played very well. My haven and heaven.. Imagine my shock when l run there first morning after my arrival to find the lovely room upstairs gone with a couple of uncomfortable hard stools remaining, and a lovely bakery feeling replaced with most that delicious pastries cold, in a store like arrangement... What a 😥 disappointment..

Yelp
I was really excited to get their pistachio croissant cause they were one of the few bakeries I've seen that has it. We ordered a pistachio croissant and coffee and took it upstairs to enjoy. Love that there's seating upstairs, with several tables too! AND there's free WiFi so it's a great spot to get some work done or just enjoy a casual tea time with some friends. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy the pistachio croissant as much. It was the most expensive croissant I've gotten in Montreal (although not pricey at all compared to NYC) and smaller than the croissants I've gotten from other bakeries and patisseries in Montreal. It also didn't have as much of the pistachio filling as I had expected. However, the coffee was pretty good. If I came again, I would skip on the pistachio croissant and get one of their other pastries or breads.

Yelp
Baked goods aren't my "thing" but, with my airbnb basically next door, they quickly became my thing. I can confirm: living next door to Mamie Clafoutis should basically come with a warning from the Surgeon General. Day one the line was long and slow but I appreciated that a worker carried my tray of coffee drinks and pastries to the pleasant upstairs seating area for me. It was such a Canadian nicety, one that would never happen in the US. Although I enjoyed their croissants and their almond croissants, by day 5 I had moved on. My favorite thing, a total surprise to me, was some sort of flaky pastry filled with thinly sliced apples. Pastry people will know what it's called but I do not. After the first day, I consumed all baked goods from my apartment which was probably wise because if continued to eat at the site itself I'd be terribly inclined to over-order. If you can book an airbnb beside Mami Calfoutis I guarantee it'll exponentially increase your odds of loving Montreal, already a city I found difficult to fault.

Yelp
Coffee is real bad. Bakery is real great. Olive bread is definitely a must. Another reason I gave 4 star is the service is great n accommodating.

Yelp
What a welcome place on a cold blustery day. It smells divine and their baked goods are lovely. I am having the raspberry cookie. The bread looks amazing. They get a lot of foot traffic I orderedcortado I was treated so well and the lovely staff was so friendly that's the reason for the four stars the Cortado OK go have a bite I have our stuff I'm not looking forward to daughter but I'm gonna help just like I did last time I hope for the best made with oat milk is not bad it's not great, but I think they're known more for their bread and not so much for their coffee Lovely gifts here of food and who can go wrong with the food gift?

Yelp
It's safe to say that the hype is real! We ordered French baguettes, almond croissants, almond chocolate croissants, chocolate croissants and a ham and cheese petite quiche. Service was very quick and our order was repeated back to us to ensure accuracy. If you climb a flight of stairs you see this cute and cozy seating area tucked away in the back. Everything was so delicious. My favorites were the quiche, almond croissant and French baguette. Definitely check this place out if you're searching for an authentic French bakery. There's free street parking before 1pm on Sundays.

Yelp
DELICIOUS! i had an abricotine from here that was wonderful - the croissant was flaky, the custard was soft and tasty, and the fruit added a little bit of tang. i also had a focaccia that i nibbled at over a couple hours while exploring the city. it was really quite close to a pizza between the generous amount of melted cheese and the thick-cut tomatoes. extremely tasty stuff. i will caution that the focaccia is quite oily, and the oil bleeds through the paper bag they give you - worth asking for a double-bag or bringing your own plastic one. the inside is your standard cute french café and the staff is friendly.

Yelp
Saw this bakery while walking back to our rental and it looked pretty good. We decided to stop in and try some of the bread and pastry. The croissant and pastries were flaky and light. We ate some of the twisted baguette with some soft cheese for snack - it tasted great and was crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle as it should be. It was a good find.

Yelp
It was definitely a great choice to come here for croissant. Their croissant was flaky and soft inside and really delicious! Great service. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Delightful little place. Coffee, croissant crème glacee. And other delights, including cakes, cupcakes.

Yelp
I'm so glad I stopped at this place during my trip to Montreal ! I really enjoyed the quiche, flan and ofc a little cannelle. It's a nice spot to just chill with a friend upstairs and chill.

Yelp
There are several Mamie Clafoutis stores around Montreal....we stopped at this one to get a croissant and we were not disappointed....the croissant was flaky and delicious. If you are not from France or Quebec, you probably have not had a GREAT croissant...check them out while you are her. Mamie Clafoutis was created in 2008, by Nicolas, pastry chef and Joseph, baker, originally from France. They moved to Montreal to build their dream, committed to find and share their fond childhood memories. The first bakery opened its doors in Outremont, now there are several around...YUM !!!!!!!!!

Yelp
Really delicious pastry and bread. Yummy! Bonus that I could get it through DoorDash! The bread was incredible!

Yelp
Inside this landmark bakery on St.Denis you'll find a large glass cases overflowing with artisanal breads, pastries, tarts, pies, and cookies. You'll need a minute to compose yourself and decide what to get. Of course, their croissants have a loyal following, but I spied their blue cheese and walnut ficelle, the last remaining one in the basket on an early weekday afternoon. That has to be a good sign, so I purchased it, along with a latte to go. I warmed it up the next morning to have with my morning coffee. The dough is chewy and dense, the walnuts provided a wonderful textural component, and the blue cheese was ripe and rich. I had made a great choice! Their bakery has an assortment of prêt à manger items (sandwiches, salads), packaged merengues and Easter chocolates, and a small selection of imported foods. A sit-in section is located up a small flight of stairs to the rear of the counter, so be mindful if mobility issues are a concern.

Yelp
Best place for croissants! I always grab a bag of 6 when I am in town to bring back. There is an adorable lounge upstairs where you can sit and enjoy your pastries while you are there. Excellent service as well!
google avatar

Yelp
Fabu-leux! Oui friggin Oui! Everything, EVERYTHING, you want in a bakery when you're visiting Montreal. Old school, *not* hipster, breads galore, this is MY vibe. I went for the Bleu Cheese Baguette (Excusez-moi for not knowing the proper name ). KNEW that sucker was the right choice! Everything I'm looking for in a breakfast-- minimal, finger-food, savory AF, texturey goodness. Hubz partook in the cheese & almond croissants, and was happy as a clam. Can't speak for le café, but theyz gots it.
google avatar

Yelp
We came for the pistachio croissants and were not disappointed!!! Of course, the numerous amounts of bread that can be seen in the front of the store looked delicious, but my friends and I heard many great things about the croissants. I was enticed by the chocolate pistachio croissant and got one for myself, but I sampled my friends' regular pistachio croissant and I liked this one a little better. Both were honestly HEAVENLY. If you're in Montreal, you need to stop by this bakery. I'd love to try their other pastries next time.

Yelp
Oh Mon Dieu. Must I say any more? I've only ever had one dessert here in the two times I've visited Montreal, but it is one that I will never forget. The Oh Mon Dieu is one of the most delicious pastries I've ever had - a chocolate croissant with creamy, chocolately filling and drizzled with chocolate sauces. So crispy, so gooey, absolutely can't resist it! It's basically just a chocolate-lover's dream. Make sure you go early in the day because they are definitely going to run out of the good stuff by the end of the day.
google avatar

Yelp
At Mamie, the viennoiseries are on the bigger side. The croissants, fluffy and flaky, have a wonderful buttery aroma without being greasy. The chocolatine was a revelation! It's stuffed with good quality dark chocolate. The one that melts when you bite into it. And the amount of chocolate is satisfying. My mouth is watering just by thinking about it. :P They have a nice seating area upstairs with small tables, a communal table, sofas, with a peak on the kitchen downstairs. It's definitely worth to stop by!
google avatar

Pat B.

Yelp
Oh mon dieu!!!! For you non French speakers that translates to "OMG"! We were walking all around this morning taking pictures of colorful historic homes and murals and the bladders were in need if you catch my drift. We saw this bakery and they were kind enough to let us use their restroom which was spotless. Afterwards we grabbed a ham and cheese on a homemade baguette, a chocolate decadent pastry and a raspberry white chocolate scone. We shared these goodies and totally enjoyed every bite. Should have taken photos. Highly recommend a stop here.

Eddy A.

Yelp
Anytime I'm in Montreal this is a must stop. Great croissants and chocolatines. The mon dieu is particularly decadent. Quiche is also very good as is the bread. Staff is really nice and the upstairs lounge is a treat to enjoy your baked goods and coffee on a cold day.
google avatar

Ga Hing C.

Yelp
After reading this place has one of the best croissants in Montreal, decided to cross it off my list. Ordered the plain and the pistachio croissants. The plain croissant was really good. However, the pistachio croissant (main reason why I came to Mamie Clafoutis) was too sweet for me. My friends ordered the chocolate pistachio croissant and a pastry with raisins. They said one was too sweet and the latter one was plain tasting.
google avatar

Zan D.

Yelp
Came here right before driving back to the states. I ordered an almond croissant and a vienoisse at chocolat(like a brioche log with chocolate chips). The day prior I had gotten one of the best almond croissants in recent memory so I may have been biased. This croissant was really good but fell short of my expectations. The vienoisse was good. My friend got the Mamie kougn ammann which was excellent.

Claire M.

Yelp
Non, merci. Il y a du meilleur pain à proximité. Il n'avait pas bon goût et je n'ai pas aimé sa qualité. Il avait presque le goût d'un pain congelé qui venait d'être décongelé

Mary D.

Yelp
Delicious pastries, good coffee and great service. The comfortable dining salon is so cute. This is a find.
google avatar

Lily L.

Yelp
My bestie picked me up and took me on a short errand run and we stopped by Mamie Clafoutis to grab some snacks. we heard great things about their pistachio croissant and it was very much enjoyed by my father (I'm not a big fan of non-plain croissants). We all really loved the flan, loved the texture and wasn't too sweet! I could've done without the canelé but I was a lil greedy when I was purchasing the pastries. Everything was delicious and sweet, I would come again and try more of their selection of pastries!!

Melissa D.

Yelp
The staff were really sweet and helpful. The cherry clafoutis was pretty tasteless, unfortunately. The apple pastry tasted good but the apples were really soft which I am not a fan of. The coffee was not strong at all, which was a disappointment as well.
google avatar

Justin T.

Yelp
Probably one of the best croissants I have ever had in my life, and every other bakery I've tried pale in comparison! We were staying in the St. Denis area and found this gem on a rare occasion where there was no line. I ordered a butter croissant and my partner ordered a pain au chocolat. Both were absolutely devine and very reasonably priced. They also had a deli counter and some really interesting cooking sauces, along with a large range of freshly baked breads and baguettes. A must visit if you're in the area, and I can't wait to go back!
google avatar

Jess L.

Yelp
Chocolate. Pistachio. Croissant. Get it, and you most certainly will be on cloud nine. Be sure to get a number right when you walk in the door. It can be chaotic and hard to spot the red spool of numbers beyond the small entryway. The bread display and more importantly tastes were out of this world. They had samples of a fluffy, slightly frosted cake, and we also got levain bread and a meat and pickled smaller, flatter bread. Textures and flavors were awesome. That croissant, though. We'll be talking about it for weeks! Had to dock a star for the sweltering seating area. Most seats were also not very comfortable, perhaps over used by now. Take it to go!
google avatar

Yelp
Hoooooolyyyyyyyy....this place is legit. Located within the quirky Plateau Mont-Royal is this quaint yet rustic bakery. Immediately upon entering you are greeted with an amazing aroma of baked goods. The smell is out of this world. They have a wide selection of various baked goods that are baked fresh on the spot. The store is really warm inside because they have the ovens going all day long. I opted for the pistachio croissant as it seemed really unique to this place...I haven't seen pistachio croissants anywhere so I had to try it. The croissant was delicate and buttery, but so satisfying with the pistachio paste inside. It was amazing! They also have almost croissants, chocolatines, quiche, fruit tarts and more! Unfortunately they don't have AC, but it's still a sweet spot to check out!
google avatar

Tom T.

Yelp
A chef friend recommended this place and I'm so glad he did. I've been to France and never found croissants as delicious as this place. I ordered the almond, pistachio, chocolate, plain and chocolate ganache. Yes, I tried them all and yes, they were all delicious. I could taste each and every ingredient. Croissants come sliced with a filling/paste gently spread between the flaky, buttery croissant. They're very busy, so don't forget to take a number when you enter. Use the time to take in the days offerings. They also make fresh baked breads, sandwiches, cakes, pies and coffees. If you'd like to stay, they have a wonderfully designed space up the stairs, behind the cashier and above the in-house bakery where, if you're lucky, you can watch the artisans at work.
google avatar

Chloe C.

Yelp
Unfortunately the pistachio croissant failed to meet my expectations. The croissant itself was more chewy than flaky, and the pistachio filling tasted artificial.
google avatar

Rabbiya A.

Yelp
One of my favourite places to work or read at, with my regular order of coffee and an Oh Mon Dieu, which literally means Oh My God because that's what you say when you have this heavenly croissant!! The chocolate croissant is by far the best I have had in my life. It's crispy and soft on the outside and filled with a generous amount of chocolate on the inside and made to perfection!! The rest of the croissant and pastries are also excellent. The place is super cute! The bakery is downstairs and seating is a small cosy area upstairs! Love spending time here as the aura is calming and happy!!
google avatar

Sophie D.

Yelp
Excellente boulangerie, très bon café, les gens sont très sympathique et leur espace salon est formidable, cosy et calm.

Yelp
We didn't try any of their bread, but their pastries are rich, flaky and delicious! We went with the pistachio chocolatine, the ham & cheese, as well as a few coffees. First off, cash only. Selections: a ton of bread, and mostly pastries of croissant types. They had some mini quiche options as well as a ham & cheese and bacon, egg and cheese, as well. The pastry had a pistachio mouse/creme with a ton of delicious chocolate. The most chocolate I've had in a pastry, ever and I enjoyed it all. If I could go back in time, I actually would have gone straight chocolate and nixed the pistachio. It was too much and made the pastry almost moist. The jamon and fromage on croissant, slightly heated was delicious but was smothered in mayo. WHY?! Without mayo it would have been perfect. Coffees were ok. Think diner coffee. Overall, grab a pastry filled with the most chocolate you've ever seen in a pastry, a fresh baked loaf of bread, and call it a day.
google avatar

Chris L.

Yelp
Boo Boo and I came here after dinner at omnivore. We got an almond and pistachio crissoint to-go as our dessert. I saved my almond crissoint for breakfast the next day. The crissoint we're banging. They generous with the filling. But, they are pricey yet worth coming for. I think there's seating up the stairs but it was blocked off when we went. Only Canadian debit card accepted. Lucky, I brought cash.
google avatar

Richard P.

Yelp
My new policy is an establishment cannot earn 5 Star rating if they do not accept credit cards. All over Montrèal this has become common practice. It's annoying. In my opinion retailers should just accept all cards and offset any card company fees with an up charge. Off the soapbox. The artisan quality at this very French boulangerie is evident. You can see it for yourself as you walk across the catwalk to the dine-in area upstairs. Their dedication to handmade and fresh is outstanding. All of our pastries were great, but the Chocolate-Pistachio was notably OUTSTANDING. Bon appétit!
google avatar

Nicky E.

Yelp
My boyfriend brought me here for breakfast on our last day in Montreal. He splurged on a few desserts and big cups of coffee, and it was a delicious delight! They were great pastries - light, fluffy, and perfectly tasty, and not processed or over-produced. We sat upstairs, where they had plenty of seating that overlooked the bakery. Cozy and lovely!
google avatar

Teresa B.

Yelp
Took a trip out to Montreal, QC for the first time last week. Let's say Dan and I made a point to stop here first and end the trip here! From the photos on Yelp I knew I wanted to try that beautiful looking pistachio croissant. It was love at first bite!! We ordered one plain pistachio and one with pistachio and chocolate. Best croissant we've ever had!!! Don't worry our 25,000 steps a day helped burn it off! You can't be on a diet in Montreal, QC because their baked goods and food are just that good!! We brought two nice older ladies from our B&B here and they ordered their blue cheese and walnut baguette. They let us try it, amazing flavor. We can't wait to return to this hidden gem and try new things. The seating area upstairs is nice and modern. You can even look down at the kitchen and watch the bakery chefs create things! I love this bakery in so many ways...
google avatar

Amy Yu T.

Yelp
This place is so legit for café/ dessert/ pastries that I would go out of my way to visit it again. There were so many choices of pastries that it took me forever to choose. We finally settled and splurged on three pastries: the sponge cake, the oh mon dieu and some kind of maple pastry. Sponge cake: SO FLUFFY, so moist, so simple but so tasty! Hands down one of the best things on the menu. Oh mon dieu: the name says it all. Chocolate filled croissant with a twist. The maple pastry: the most underwhelming of our choices, but it was still indulgent: crunchy and very flaky. I had a delightful experience, great and interesting conversation with my friend and really enjoyed my time here.
google avatar

Myred W.

Yelp
Pros: Great pastries and coffees. Traditional. The staff is super friendly and professional. Delicious. There is a lounge / workspace upstairs where people meet and laptop. A wonderful and elegant woman named Ashley works behind the counter and she took my breath away. Thanks for that. Cons: Cash only or Canada debit. No other credit cards accepted. If you have USD they will accept it at 1:1 exchange. No gluten free options that I saw. WiFi terribly slow and unusable (had to leave). I was not lucky enough to have Ashley help me with my coffee order. :(

Yelp
In a market with its fair share of higher end patisseries and boulangeries, I was somewhat surprised to see how many visitors rave on adoringly about this bakery, but now I understand even more why this could be. The shop is very neat and organized - not to mention having a range of delectable looking baked goods; both sweet and savory items. On the sweet side their chocolate pistachio croissant did not disappoint and is worthy of all its accolades. Unfortunately, that day their regular butter croissant was average at best. It was a bit dense and did not have the greatest flavor, but that could have been an off day for that particular crescent shaped object or even that it was eaten outside at very cold temperature - so not the ideal tasting conditions. Overall, the shop's pricing is on the expensive side, but again they do seem to take a lot of pride in serving up high end baked fare which does not come cheap these days. Another pleasant surprise, was the clerk was excellent and friendly in a variety of languages. During these difficult and challenging times any extra effort to make someones day better is appreciated. I would assume this would be especially appreciated by visitors. In the future, I would hope to try other items, because again this patisserie seems to deserve their stars. From a bird's eye, closer to a five than a four.
google avatar

Allie S.

Yelp
I already had this place bookmarked before arriving at Montreal and it definitely did not disappoint. This Mamie Clafoutis was only a short walk from our hotel on St Denis St. Upon first glance the bakery already looked authentic as the first thing you see is a display window with freshly baked breads for sale. Even better, if you sit upstairs you can see the staff working in the kitchen as they prepare pastries and other things. In addition to fresh loaves of bread, they sell many pastries and desserts. I tried both the chocolate/pistachio and chocolate/almond croissants. Both were very good, perfectly flaky and not stale at all. While the store seems busy just grab a number and it doesn't take too long to be serviced. Most people buy food to-go so there is plenty of room upstairs to eat your food, enjoy the free wifi, and watch the bakers work.
google avatar

Brandon Y.

Yelp
I came here cause I heard some good things about this place. I got a lemon meringue tart and a sugar tart and both were just fine. Idk I don't have a lot to say about this place tbh. The pastries are fine. Just fine. There's nothing too special but nothing bad about this place. I do wish they gave me something besides just a spoon so I could cut my tarts but that's not that important.
google avatar

Salsa S.

Yelp
Its a small place with fresh baked goods. The staff was very firendlh and spoke English. Got their pistachio chocolate crossaint, butter crossaint and chocolate mousse. Amazingg food!
google avatar

Grace L.

Yelp
I need to eat everything but not enough space . The cappuccino was one of the best I've had. Not too bitter, lots of foam, paired perfectly with my double chocolate croissant. The croissant was a little heavy for my taste but it may be because I got the one with a huge slab of dark chocolate ganache inside . Canele was perfect , soft and rich on the inside with a crackling and little bit chewy shell. Tempted to buy a large fruit tart .... maybe my Airbnb hosts will share with me ;).
google avatar

Gurvinder K.

Yelp
If you're looking for something baked, something sweet, something comforting... you got to try a baked good from mamie Clafoutis. Their almond croissants are crispy, the perfect sweetness and the perfect amount of filling. I've tried their vegan baked goods as well, the chocolate cinnamon muffin/cake. A little sweet for my liking, but for a vegan option it's a chocolatey indulgence. Next on my list to try is their pouding chomeur in little Masson jars!

Yelp
I saw so many yelpers review this place on a high rating and thought I might as well stop by while I'm here. I must say.... I was very confused when I walked in. The sign to my left said take a number and I walked in a circle not knowing that the number was to be taken at the right side of the door. A few other people behind me did the same thing and was confused. Please fix your signage. I wasn't greeted very nicely when I had asked what the recommendation was and what do people usually come for. They wanted me to just buy something and get out fast.... Not nice when I want to just spend ten minutes here just to relax and have a coffee and snack. The croissants was supposedly the best in town but I didn't find it specially crispy or fluffy. Maybe it was the experience. I'm just not sure if I will go back.

Yelp
Mami Clafoutis has been around since '10 and has several locations. They offer a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts, and I stopped by to pick up a few to try out. I tried their regular croissant, a cheese croissant, a raisin croissant, and a pistachio 'square.' The regular croissant wasn't flaky and was more on the dried-out end, even with some zappage from the microwave. The cheese croissant was slightly better, but was more on the bland side. I did enjoy the raisin croissant, as it was filled with plump raisins and the croissant had more of a sweeter note to it. The pistachio 'square,' while looking colorful from the green and the purple, was underwhelming, as it was mushy and chalky in taste. The staff here were super friendly, and they accept CCs. +raisin croissant +friendly staff +CCs accepted

Yelp
One of the best croissants I've ever had the pleasure of eating: the pistachio croissant at Mamie Clafoutis!! I came with a few friends in the morning, and the smell of buttery goodness welcomes you in. We took a few minutes to look at their display of pastries, and two of us settled on the pistachio croissant while the other got the Oh Mon Dieu. We also each got a Cafe Au Lait. Service was fast. My croissant was still WARM and I loved how the croissant had a slightly crunchy-around-the-edges, buttery "crust" on the top, similar to the layer of goodness you find on a pineapple bun from a Chinese bakery. It was interesting that the pistachios were ground up into a dry paste and spread on the sliced-down-the-middle croissant. My friend who is a chocoholic definitely enjoyed her very chocolatey Oh Mon Dieu pastry. They have lots of seating upstairs and is a pleasant setting to enjoy your meal. You can see workers kneading dough and baking the pastries fresh in-house downstairs in their kitchen as an added plus!

Yelp
Baked. Goods. Belly. This hyper local bakery is perhaps one of the times I felt like I was a Frenchwoman most while in Montreal. The language barrier is real but the staff is so kind figuring out what it is you really want. Coffee? Bold and flavorful. The pastries? Decadent and worthy of an Instagram foodie post (get alllll the dub taps!) There are also to-go bevvies and water bottles available. Make sure you grab a number from the little machine once you walk in. Regular lines are not a thing here.
