I really enjoyed my pizza. The counter girl Molly was great. They were so nice to let me order even though it was close to closing. Overall it was a great experience.

Cheese pizza at Mamma Lucia is my kiddos's favorite. We came there to feed dinner to our 2kids (my husband and me have already eaten elsewhere) The service in Bethesda, MD Location was very poor! I ordered 4slices of pizza and waited outside on the table. The waitress served us a glass of water and We waited almost 45mn and nothing arrived so I came inside and asked about the order. The counter server said that she was sorry because they forgot it in the oven! How unprofessional!!! They open the oven and it was totally burnt!! I was very nervous because it was the kid’s dinner time and they were already hungry and impatient! The worst part was that when I came asked about it, the waitress just laughed and looked at the counter server. she made fun of me when I asked about the order. I don’t still understand until now what makes her laugh about it! She must be sorry because she and the counter server didn’t do their job well not making fun of customers. She isn’t professional at all! When they saw that I was nervous about it, they put new pizza in the oven and said that the order was on them but I insisted to pay so they took the half price of the order. It was on July 17th 2025 between 7-8:30pm

Mamma Lucia is a revelation! It’s casual, and relaxed environment, but still a nice spot for a glass of wine on a date. The food was fantastic, I ate way too much, but every time I said it’s my last bite, my mouth would start watering for more. Pizza was great! The deep fried risotto was delicious. But the Penne Vodka pasta was show stopping! Then came dessert! I don’t even like tiramisu normally. And I could have eaten an entire pan of it! The service was even better than the food! Must go to spot! Recently went a second time to buy a friend I have not seen in years dinner. The service was personable and engaging. Had an incredible evening. My friend who is a foodie praised the quality of everything. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Pricing is great for the Bethesda area. Wish I had taken photos of the food.

Came here for lunch, food and service was great! They serve you bread as you sit down. Tried the baked ziti and it was delicious. Waldina, our server was a delight! Highly recommend this place to try out in Bethesda.

Super sweet server, so kind. She noticed it was my moms bday (we didn’t mention it) and she was kind enough to bring my mom a slice of cake. It was so observant and kind of her, I loved it!

This place has the best Chicken Parmigiana. Also, there Garlic bread was delicious. Jen is a wonderful server. Highly Recommend this restaurant.🙌

They have $10 spaghetti promotion now, except for the ones with seafood. I choose Shrimp linguine with lemon garlic sauce, I thought it too sour, but overall okay.
