Words cannot express how excellent of a dining experience this was. Amazing flavours all throughout, and great use of local produce. Our sommelier was lovely and gave great recommendations that paired well with the food. I loved how the serving wasn’t rushed so you really have time to savour the meal. Everything about this place felt thoughtful and intentional. A once in a lifetime dining experience on a rainy day in Howth, and I look forward to the next time I get to visit! Loved the rays the most, and I discovered my new favourite cheese here too (Schnebelhorn).

From the moment we stepped through the door until we left thoroughly satisfied, everything about our evening was fantastic. Jess greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome. She talked us through the menu with enthusiasm and pride for the food which instilled a confidence in our choices. And what choices they were, every morsel of food from the bread and butter to the meringue and all in-between was so wonderful. This is only a small restaurant but it is beautifully decorated and stocked. We loved every minute of our visit and even got to shake Killian's hand on our way out and thank him for the spectacular food we had just enjoyed. There is no pretention about this place or the lovely people who own and work here, just passion for their craft and pride in the experience they deliver for their customers. Thank you to everyone at Mamo, we will definitely be back.

If you want a pleasant experience and delicious food with clean flavours and variety of textures this is a place to go. Nice selection of wine to accompany you food selection. Compliments to the chef for adjusting the desert so we could have some without milk.

We had an absolutely stunning evening at Mamó for my birthday last night. The food was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly. They were also very knowledgable regarding all the dishes on the menu. Would highly recommend visiting for a meal, and it’s perfect to celebrate a special occasion.

Another wonderful meal in Mamó. We had lots of different dishes between the four of us and all were impeccable. Wonderful service, led by Jess, who is just brilliant. Very decent wine list also. A huge pleasure to visit and a real family favourite.

We had the most beautiful meal here for a recent friends 40th birthday. Everything was perfect from the lovely welcome, the melt in the mouth food & interesting wine menu and delicious deserts! An absolutely delicious lunch in this perfectly delightful restaurant, Mamó Service is top notch, warm, friendly, very informative and totally professional. The dishes are cooked perfectly and presentation is wonderful. This is Irish dining & hospitality at its very best. Very highly recommended.

My first time visiting Mamo and it hopefully will not be my last. Firstly impeccable service in a beautiful room overlooking Howth harbour. The food…. Oh goodness the food. Snacks of cod chips, pressed confit potato chips with three dots of the most indescribable Taramasalata, washed down with a fresh Manzanilla for me and rose fizz for the rest of us. Special. The best steak tartare I have ever had with I think anchovy and an amazing goat curd with zingy acidity and creaminess that ties it all together. Special of Monkfish on the bone… Jesus, cooked to perfection with mussels and cockles and a light balanced sauce. The Duck special was equally delicious. Stunning food, amazing hosts and an amazing evening. This is Michelin star cooking have no doubt. Such a treat. Wine list is interesting and has plenty to keep you engaged. Excellent Italian white for us but lots of cool stuff from Spain, France and Eastern Europe too. The amazing Suertes del Marques Trenzado was on the menu but sadly sold out. The wine buyers know their stuff.
