Man Mo Dim Sum

The ambient is pretty chic, it’s more oriented for Europeans, higher prices compared to other restaurant and the menu consist of a dumplings and buns selection. They have many options in terms of wines and cocktails! Taste wise everything was good, the crab dumplings were a bit too mild in taste, couldn’t taste the crab at all, but anyhow everything was well presented and tasted good!

i gave a 5 star for food, dumplings were amazing. i recommend the duck one! portions were small but the tastiness is top tier! 5 star for the atmosphere because i love the place but the waitress was so rude to us the entire time. she took very long when taking our orders and looked annoyed the whole time. my glass had lipstick stain and she got annoyed when i mentioned it. she laughed when my card declined during payment (i just used another card). i don’t appreciate this behavior. another gentleman apologized for the glass stain personally, he was very kind. but i really don’t understand the waitress.

really love the ambience and creativity. staffs' hospitality and response were superb, they even give recommendations based on my taste. the lamb bun was the main highlight. as an true Asian (I am Indonesian), i expect the fried rice could be spicier but to my understand, the amount of spice is modified suit anyone taste. nevertheless, worth to visit!

We had a late lunch here after visiting the temple of the same name. They had some very creative dumpling options and some local draft beer. It was expensive for the size of the servings and the location with windows open on the busy street was not very inspiring. The tom kha soup dumpling was the best.

The wild mushrooms were the highlight of the meal and I highly recommend them. The duck fried rice was also really delicious. The rest of the dim sum was decent, but the beef siu mai was really disappointing. The meat had a strong, unpleasant smell and the seasoning didn’t go well together. It just wasn’t to my taste and tasted like it might have been frozen. The chimichurri sauce was quite salty but still lacked something. Service was generally good, but one staff member served our food without saying a word. Food comes out quite slowly, so make sure you have plenty of time when you visit.

A good choice if you’re around the area and when CORKS is very crowded. A great choice for better seating, air con and vibes. Sitting outdoor is great to enjoy SOHO vibes, a corner of the store while the staff are still very attentive. Good place for pre and post dinner drinks 🫶🏻

Yet another amazing meal with some unique dumplings. Dont think you can make a bad choice here - but go with their signature of the fish - and end with the cheese/truffle ( a must try). Immediately on sitting order edamame and won tong to snack on as you choose what next. Orders in 2 or 3s - which is great. You can just continue ordering as you go... or order everything at start and they will pace the delivery. About my third time here .... and wont be the last 😁
