I was there for the local culinary festival. The food is great in overall, however if you want something oustanding, it might not be the case. This is a great place to bring your expat friends as they serve authentic Vietnamese food with a decent of varieties from many regions. From the South to the far North, they got your covered. Just a small note: the food is slightly salty, as mentioned in the restaurant's name.

This restaurant serve authentic Vietnamese foods and granted Michelin guide 2025. We came with colleagues at the first night and found it surprisingly good. Decided to return for another night to try more dishes. The braised mackerel fish, simmered shrimp with pork belly and the basil fried rice are the most outstanding dishes. Must try. Food services efficient and almost not much waiting time. You should make reservations. This one located quite outside city at a dark alley 10 mins walk away from nearby mall but easy to get Grab car. They have a vegetarian section inside the restaurant and a very nice gift shop as well. The server told us that they have changing menu. Definitely coming back for this.

Absolutely amazing experience at Man Moi in Thao Dien. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality was some of the best I have experienced anywhere in Vietnam. The staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome the entire time. The food was so, so good. Every dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with a lot of care. Everything we ordered was delicious and exceeded expectations. A special mention to our waiter, Anh Nguyễn. She was outstanding. Friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive, she made the experience even better. As a really generous and thoughtful gesture, she even gave us a 300,000 dong voucher to use at the gift shop, which honestly surprised us and meant a lot. Man Moi is easily a five star restaurant and a must visit in Thao Dien. Incredible food, incredible service, and an unforgettable experience overall. Highly recommend.

I love the ambience and service at this restaurant. The space is well designed that adds to the cozy but modern meal. We ordered three dishes and I especially liked the grilled squid and flower blossom stirfry. Our main dish was a Bún Riêu hot pot that did take over 40 minutes however the staff would reassure us and check in on us frequently. The hot pot was good and came with fresh meat, but the soup was a a bit salty for me. I’d like to highlight one of the staff members, Xuân. She provided excellent service and went above and beyond. Within moments of explaining to her what you’re thinking of or looking for she can help you choose exactly what you want. I really appreciate her thoughtfulness and care throughout our meal. She introduced me to an off menu nonalcoholic drink (that I still think about today) and it hit the spot so well that night. I recommend the spot for a night out with your friends and I look forward to coming back to trying more dishes and seeing Xuân!

Awesome hearty meal. One of the best ive had in vietnam. Wish we had a bigger group so we could order more. Located further out from the city centre, in a nice neighbourhood where there are lots of nice cafes around. The service is friendly and it is recommended to reserve your seats early before you dine here.

Cute little restaurant near the mega mall off the metro. Michelin recommended place that has an extensive menu of vietnamese dishes. Good for family style. Not good if solo. I had this sour soup that was similar to tum yum but more milder of which is my preference.

Food had some strong hits and but some misses, but was mostly surprised at how inattentive the service was! Felt odd to see a Michelin service star but to be seated with no offer for water and just a casual handoff for menus without much of a welcome/smile. No one came to check in for our first order until maybe 15 mins after we sat as well. We especially loved the mango salad, the pork ribs, and the pandan chicken. Drinks were so-so and service was just ok. Fresh noodles were out of stock too 🥲

Wide variety of delicious Vietnamese. All the staff explained the signature dishes and how the are prepared in English. Garden forest atmosphere with privacy and excelling taste and arrangement of food .
