Man vs Fries

I’ve always had good experiences with these guys, I have no idea what everyone is on about. I order food for delivery while I’m at work. Recently, had a delivery driver pitch an absolute fit at the restaurant, cussing out the staff there because they wanted to confirm the order, and then the driver promptly cancelled on me. I resent the order, they called to make sure that it was correct, and I explained the situation. They made it for me no problem and included a nice note saying “we hope you enjoy your food. So sorry for any inconvenience” and a free dessert, despite the issue not even being their fault. Their portions are huge, the food is always good. As aforementioned, I have no idea what other people have experienced here. It is a ghost kitchen, so you’re not going to have your typical restaurant experience, because it’s essentially just a kitchen staff that makes food for a couple different “restaurants”, and delivers.

Food wasn't all that bad. But my biggest and only issue was the fact that on Uber eats it said buy 1 get one free and I got 1 but clearly ain't received the other one luckily I got half of the money back from Uber but yeah trust the bad reviews!

I was looking forward to this place but was very disappointed I waited 30 minutes for a burrito that apparently had been ready for me and waiting for 10 minutes but they failed to inform me. They must’ve given me the wrong burrito because it did not have any of the ingredients that were described on the app. Overall terrible service and bad food.

Super dry, no flavor, will never order again, we waited for an hour and it was such a big disappointment in the end

Ordered thru Uber Eats. Was willing to risk it even after seeing the reviews. Burritos we received were cold, not correct, and didnt taste good. Delivery took a really long time too and you cant do anything about it bc they use their own drivers. Spent 17 dollars on a burrito, took 2 bites and tossed it. Pictures look great but listen to the reviews

I should of just listened to the reviews.. food looks great in pictures honestly, but my goodness was the food terrible. Went with my partner to experience something new and in the end just got Disappointment. The food was very dry and had no flavor. They had just waiting for an hour after our est pick up time. Over priced for bland potatoes and soggy hot cheetos aka(Salcal burrito) on their menu. Im not one to judge food easily but my goodness guys,it's not worth it. I hope they see this review and fix many things in their services.

Well... high expectations and extremely low outcome. What we received had some redeeming flavor but it was dried out, over cooked disaster and very very far off from what we ordered. The item we ordered with chicken came with beef, the item we ordered with beef came with mostly beef and just enough chicken that you knew it was cross contamination not intentional. Also, every single side, sauce, or topping we ordered was not included. Like literally two tortillas with cheese fries and dry over cooked meat. Ordered with Uber and it came sealed from the restaurant so the issue was clearing internal. Very disappointing because the menu looked super promising and I really wanted to love it!

They run a shady BIZ . Everytime i order Ubereats from them . The order NEVER arrives even tho they claim the delivered it . Uber support doesnt help and trying to get a hold of management is immposible unless you go over ther . Hence defeats the purpose of Using uber eats . Happend several times already to me

TLDR: CA inspired burritos and fries in Miami! They had an Uber eats deal of BOGO free the NorCal burrito and so it was the perfect chance to try it out. I didn't have any delivery problems. FOOD NorCal Burrito with pollo: the size for the price is so worth it. I also am a big fan of French fries in burritos and so I wasn't disappointed. The only thing that would've made it better is to add more wet ingredients (either on the side or in the burrito) since it was a bit dry after a while. Either by adding more guac or adding salsa to the side (or another wet sauce) Chicken Bacon Fries: such a big portion!!! I was blown away by the fries more than the burrito. It had a good amount of toppings to fry ratio. The fries also stayed crispy for so long (signs of a well fried fry), which I didn't expect since it was an Uber eats delivery. Note: they ask if you want a free side of queso for everything you order, but we only ended up getting on little condiments container full for three items. However, I wasn't going to put jt on the burritos anyways, so it didn't bother me.

I ordered from here via the Reef app and got a Hella Dilla and Asada Fries (no meat). The Hella Dilla was good but unfortunately they forgot to add Flamin Hot Cheetos to the sandwich, which I was really looking forward to being included. The fries were decent, just had a lot of sauces on them which can be difficult to deliver/eat but that's no fault of them. Everything was tasty but it was way too much heavy food for only me. If I was to ever order again I would definitely split whatever I got (and cross my fingers they add the Flamin Hot Cheetos).

Terrible . I tried ordering from them 2 times on Uber eats and they always keep me waiting and then cancel long after confirmation as delayed of food . Don't order anytime of the day specially a around closing time . They had multiple uber driver get there and still no food was ever sent out . They are doing Terrible don't recommend it . Garbage place . Trust me and avoid being hangry due to this bad service.

Food was delicious. Ordered the Asada Fries and the Helladilla- both which were excellent. Finished it off with OMG cookies and Cookie Dough. Really enjoyed this dinner.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the food because in my experience, places like this have always been hit or miss. This was definitely a hit! I ordered on Uber Eats and the food was delivered fresh. I ordered the Asada Fries and the Flamin' Cali Crunch with a side of queso. Some of the fries were a tad over cooked but were seasoned great and the toppings were delicious. The portion sizes are fantastic and will definitely fill you up. I will be ordering again!

Ordering food from here might be a little awkward but I highly recommend getting carne asad fries when your here. Download reef and order in advance it'll save you plenty of time. This location has several restaurants by it and a area to charge your phone& eat

So I thought that I was buying a burrito, instead they sent me the whole burro. This thing is huge, the biggest burrito I've seen ever. I ordered trough uber eats and they had BOGO promotion, so I've got two whole size burros! They also taste amazing, filled with french fries, you can't go wrong with a burrito filled with french fries. The packaging was perfect, all sealed and verified with signature for someone in the restaurant. Loved it!

This place is HORRIBLE! AN HOUR WAIT! They refused to refund our money so we had to keep waiting. They messed up the order of literally everyone waiting for their food. They had no idea what they were doing and their customer service was atrocious. To top it all off THE FOOD WAS COLD,NASTY, AND THEY DIDNT EVEN GOVE US FORKS OR NAPKINS!

The NorCal Burrito is seriously slapping. The fries are the perfect addition to a savory burrito.

The quesadilla was tasty but more fries than chicken. Cheetos were soggy, in the burrito. Would order again but honestly had to heat up hot queso just to make this decent.

Ordered 2 carne asada fries but received a completely different order . We were super excited to try the fries since everyone has been recommending this spot. Very disappointed

I ordered a NorCal burrito through Uber eats because it sounded really good. Wellllll the burritos came with cheese frys and chicken and that was it. It was supposed to have guacamole, sour cream and queso also with an additional side of queso. Well that didn't happen! I tried but won't order again.

Awful, don't even try. Won't deliver my meal. They don't even have a number for the business themselves. Pathetic.

This is some very solid junk food! Burrito is a foot long and really good. Will be ordering again!

This spot is crazy, worth all your money. Don't expect to finish a crunch wrap by yourself.
