Mandarin Cove Apartments

Very spacious and quiet. Located in a nice and convenient area. The staff as a whole and individuals do a great job handling issues professionally and timely. Easy to get along with and offer outstanding communication with the resident. A little higher on the rent but you see that rent being put right back-into the property. Keeping everything clean and working properly.

One of the best complexes in Miami Township; Prices are lower than surrounding, with garage included with every unit (detached for 2 bed apts, attached for 3 bed townhouses) UPDATE August 2018: While price for the area is still good, although now going up, I would no longer recommend this complex. They got a new property manager about a year ago who either does not care about her job or is extremely incompetent (I suspect the former). Had a grease fire that damaged carpet in September that our insurance 100% covered, but did not get fixed until after we moved out in July although we inquired multiple times. Even then they were trying to play dumb and charge us for it until we reminded them that we'd asked about getting it fixed several times, and that insurance was covering it. The claim went inactive due to their failure to act. They periodically leave incredibly condescending notices on your doors about things that they don't like people doing, rather than talk to the specific people about what's going on. The buildings maintenance has suffered as well; One of the buildings had exterior damage from a wind storm that went unrepaired for MONTHS (may still not be repaired, it wasn't when we moved out last month). Took more than a month to get our deposit back (which is illegal, deposits must be returned within 30 days under Ohio law). It's really a shame, the former property manager Jessica was wonderful, always took care of everything quickly. The company would do well to beg for her to come back.

Property management changed 3 times while I lived there-and not for the better! Maintenance wasn’t effective-we often had to call multiple times for simple fixes that weren’t taken care of the first time. Rent kept increasing as quality continued to decline.

Can’t wait to move... would like to sit down with the owners without prejudice to discuss this matter. There’s no where for kids to play so unfortunately their right outside our front door, hitting the doors, windows with balls and frisbees, pounding on the electrical boxes also playing in the parking lot (dangerous)... Neighbors that don’t have access to trash cans keep all their trash on their porch making the property look and smell bad. One neighbor in particular drives her cars through the grass destroying the grounds and when addressed to management for months with tons of pictures to support the actions nothing is done about it. We’ve also been harassed by this same neighbor blocking our exit/entrance at our garage with police coming out. We are extremely disappointed as well as being disrespected.

Renters Beware this new manager doesn't care anything about her job or the property, she's very unprofessional and ghetto. This place isn't managed or kept up due to bad management.

Excellent management team...very professional. The office staff needs a raise.

Renters, beware of this place..!! very unprofessional with an attitude. It seems like the property manager doesn't care whether you rent an apartment or not.

The wings and fries bread cheese sticks are delicious too
