Thanks to Stin of the Guest Relations Department for communicating the details of the accommodation needs by phone before arrival, to welcoming me at the front desk to sending me to the room, carefully introducing the details of the facilities, arranging welcome fruit and chocolate for me in advance, which lighting up my stay ~ Everyone's service in the whole hotel is very enthusiastic, especially Energetic and full of spirit!|In addition, I was deeply impressed by the hostess of Jiang by Chef Fei, who seems to be called Delia (sorry if I mistyped her name). She also introduced the recommended dishes to me very patiently. I walked in and she helped me win a seat, although I changed it later. When I appeared in the restaurant, I was very happy to see her there. The staffs of the restaurant are also way professional with hospitalities, they just come to pour tea in time every time I finished.|There are also the receptionist in the gym and the receptionist in the Spa, who patiently and extra share and introduce products for me, etc. Whether I consumed or not, whether there is any working on hand or not, they all take the guests standing in front of them and solve the problems of guests first!
