The Best Food, Coffee, and Stalls at Queen Victoria Market, Melbourne | Eater

"A long-running bakery stall (more than 40 years at the market) that turns out baguettes and croissants baked each morning and isn’t afraid to innovate — for example with a hybrid pastry that fuses croissant and cannoli elements." - Tristan Lutze

Daniyeru's Detailed Review: Customer Service 5/5 *Older lady served me, most likely owner. Very down to earth, chill and friendly the way hospitality should be! Thank you! Food 4.5/5 *Charsui Pork Sausage Roll *The pastry was absolutely perfection. It just melts in your mouth. So fresh..! *The meat itself was a pork mince, with a charsui taste. I was expecting charsui pieces, but nevertheless, it had a charsui taste that wasn't too sweet or overpowering! *Very unique Sausage roll! Value 5/5 *Very affordable at only $9, it was a Big roll itself so I was very full, so at 9 dollars to get full. Very good deal! Atmosphere 5/5 *Situated in the bustling Victoria Market, very great and casual atmosphere Overall *Really great experience, combined with fresh produce, prime location in the markets. Would definitely come back here for the service and food!

Another super consistent and high quality Vic Market vendor. For the size of the shop, the weekend inventory is huge with a focus on variety over volume. Amongst the baguettes in the pic is one which was wrapped up after I left it behind a bit earlier. The honesty and attention to detail of staff also appreciated.

The chocolate almond croissant is to die for. The bread is incredibly fresh here and it does get pretty busy at this place, so make sure to get here nice and early so you don't miss out on some of their amazing stuff.

$4.5 Fresh croissant Fresh croissant is just come out from oven so that is why it called “fresh” and it is really hot! ( Another one is $3.8 croissant)Hot food always good. It is not like authentic croissant have many layers or crispy but can taste the butter and it soft inside.

Love the outlook of the stall, has an old London vibe. Had a croissant and it was buttery and flaky slightly salted. Great alternative to agathe croissant
