The basic inside-out rolls are pristine, there's a generous chirashi bowl, and plenty of options that get wild with tempura, eel sauce, and pink soy paper. In the atmosphere department, there's not a ton going on, other than that pop hit you played non-stop during the summer of 2007. Dragon Roll The slices of avocado feathered over the top look like dragon scales. The eel inside is meaty and there's just enough eel sauce to notice it.
