Would have loved to try this place. Barely busy. Maybe 5 tables. Took them over 10 minutes to get our drink order. Another 10 minutes to bring the drinks. At that time we ordered apps and meals as we were extremely hungry. Waited another 40 minutes without our server ever checking on us. Had to leave to get my wife's birthday dinner somewhere else. Hope this place gets their act together. That was one of the worst experiences I've had dinning in quite some time. *UPDATE* I took Jessie up on her offer and the experience was might and day. Things happen, bad days occur. But they made up for it in a big way. The pasta was very good. Especially the lasagna. We understand the pizza is trademark, so we will be back to give that a try. Thanks for making this right and proving that hospitality is dedication is truly something you hold dear.

Amazing place for pizza and pasta. Food is consistently good, any day of the week. Staff is super friendly and the restaurant itself is very well taken care of. Olivia’s Alfredo is a 10/10 and all their pizzas are delicious. I’m always on the lookout for the pizza.

Mangieri’s in Lakeway is amazing! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere feels like home. Huge shoutout to Jessie—she’s phenomenal! So friendly, attentive, and made our visit extra special. All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Wasn’t half bad, stopped in for our first time, we are always in this corner at Hops and Thyme and Flores, but though lets peek our heads in here and what the bees knees was! Was fairly empty when we we went in. I surprised, seems like such a cute little place! Most everyone was on the patio, we were the only ones inside. I had the penne with marinara sauce and hubs had the spaghetti with meat sauce, the food was great, not so sure with the waitress, she nice enough but seems to want to rush us out- Every time she came by she asked if we wanted the check. We just wanted to chill out and enjoy our time. Will definitely be back though, I would love to try other options on the menu, so many things to choice from. I love how vast the menu was. Can’t wait to go back!

Best Italian food I’ve ever had no doubt. And it was so filling! Jesse was an extremely kind girl that waited us and served us. Top of the line service. Probably one of my favorite restaurants in the Austin area!

What a nice hidden gem of a family owned restaurant. Ran into this place after going to the UPS store for the first time. Sat at the bar, had drinks and fabulous pizza. Jessie, our bartender/waitress was so friendly and provided great service. We will be back and definitely recommend Mangieri’s.

The food is great. Especially the garlic cheese toast. Tonight I ordered the large Capo which was great and I ordered the small Margarita for my daughter. Both were excellent.

After 12 hours at the hospital with my mom, I picked up the Pomodoro Cremoso and it was delicious! The sauce is so creamy and there was a nice amount of vegetables in it! I definitely recommend it and will most likely be back soon!

Great service amazing food ,very nice servers ,The ambiance was a little sad,the only people in the establishment were the waiters,cooks ,my family and one others family ,but a very fast service ,the food is extraordinary!!!

I don't understand how this place doesn't have better reviews! We got the Supremo pizza and the artichoke dip. We were undecided if we want bruschetta or the spinach dip and the waitress said spinach dip, and she was spot on! The pizza had a fluffy crust and the spinach dip was bubbling hot when it came to the table. They serve it was a nice toasted garlic bread. The service was top notch. The server was kind and gave us recommendations based on what we like. Their ranch is not very good. I love my ranch dressing. The place was quiet and cozy and most of all clean.

Cauliflower crust pizza is delicious and light . Service is friendly, attentive and decent. Would recommend

We came here after being on the lake for about 5 hours. First, it was a Monday and very few places around this area were open. Happen it was open as it was an overall nice experience. First, when we came it was not crowded at all. Which was nice, because the kids were hungry and crabby. The inside is pretty nice and had a nice decor. The bathrooms seemed clean, but lightening was vey dim. They had outside seating and I believe a playground. Not 1000% sure on the playground but it looked as if it was on their property. We noticed it driving around the property. The outside area looked nice and had a Tv. They were playing sports on it. Pickle-ball to be exact?!?! Since when did ESPN have that on. Anyway, back to important aspects of the review. Our waitress was was super nice. She missed up the kids orders a bit on pizza by switching around a few toppings. She was super apologetic and corrected the issue. And her apology was sincere, which was nice. All of us just had pizza, and it was really good. I cannot classify it as the best, but it was really good. They had a happy hour and certain daily specials, but did order any of those. Anyway, it's a good place. Stop on by.

Ladies night out. Great food and company at Mangeris. I had the Veggie Lasagna, a side salad , and a piece of garlic bread. The portions were large and the food was delicious. I would definitely recommend coming here...Plus there wasn't a wait to seat 9 of us at 6pm on a Saturday night. Score!!

We ate there on Saturday night. I had spaghetti and meatballs and my wife and a friend both had chicken parmesan. The spaghetti sauce on both dishes was very good, the portions were generous and the service friendly and attentive. I had only had appetizers at happy hour before this and was pleasantly surprised at this meal. I'll be back. Prices were reasonable too. (And I had some chicken parm from what we took home on Tuesday.)

Love this place! New pizza dough is amazing. Staff is all awesome! Ready for the bar to open back up! All the food is wonderful. Have gotten pick up, delivery & sat on patio during all this craziness. Staff takes extra care to make sure everything is clean and safe! Great local small business.

Can't speak to all of the food as we only come here for pizza, but the pizza is really good. Appreciate that they have vegan cheese. We've had takeout and dined in. They have a playground so great to take your kids. Staff is friendly.

Three-ish star food, one star service. The host was great and sat us right away outside. He had a mask on and was being cautious and helpful. We sat outside--the restaurant was pretty dead both inside and out. Our waiter came (mask wasn't over his nose sometimes) and asked if we wanted to start with anything. We got waters and asked for menus, and he instructed us they were online. We browsed and when he returned, I ordered their cosmo drink and the baked mild buffalo wings. I asked if they were gluten free, and he said he "thinks so", that the wings weren't breaded or anything but the sauce he wasn't sure. He told us it was Franks which is safe. I then asked if he knew what brand the gluten free pizza crust was--he literally just shrugged and said "I don't know". He didn't even offer to check or anything. So yeah. We said the wings and drinks were good for now. When we brought my drink, he spilled it as he set it down without saying anything or offering to wipe off the table. The drink itself was nothing special and could've been a lot colder. Then he let us know the wings were accidentally made with the spicy sauce instead of mild, and it would be 20 minutes to remake it. We just took them and luckily they were fine, and we actually enjoyed them. They were probably the best part of this whole experience and why I'd say three stars for food. My husband had to ask him for more waters and napkins as he brought neither to us. Then, when he finally came back, we put in our entree orders. To note, he did not use a note pad. We were suspicious. My husband got the bleu buffalo pizza and I did a build you own. I asked for a gluten free pizza with multiple toppings, just olive oil as a base, and no cheese or tomato (I have ALL the allergies). I was super clear to say no cheese or tomato, just oil and the toppings and he even repeated it back to me. A long while later, our pizzas came out and mine was *drumroll* wrong!! It had cheese AND tomato sauce!! My husband graciously brought it back in and hunted him down, and he said he "didn't hear that". A different server helped us after this, and she was great. She brought it out and was mostly prompt. But all around, this was an almost two-hour dinner at very non-two-hour restaurant; it is no fine dining experience and the service was incredibly slow and poor. Additionally, my gluten free pizza might as well been a cracker. It was hard and burnt. So, unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at all and will not return. Would probably not recommend.

Awesome pizza place in the Lakeway area! They have great pizzas and pastas, and having a full bar menu with pizza? That's a good combo to me. The staff is very professional and friendly. They also just did some renovations inside so it looks even better! For the kiddos, there's also a playground which is really helpful for parents!

Takeout Italian food, and pizza is always a gamble. Every time we're on the way to the boat this is our go to stop. Over and over they have the same consistency with their food which is perfect for a family of five. Although we've never dined inside, every time we've taken out it's been delicious. Our typical order is one medium pepperoni pineapple pizza with jalapeños, and the other one is a cheese pizza for the kids. We have also done bruschetta and Caesar salad as well. The kids have requested spaghetti on occasion and it's also delicious!

I can't believe I've lived in the area for two years and never tried this place! I ordered the lunch special. Lasagna, salad and a beverage. Great price! The lasagna was excellent. The ratio of meat, sauce, spinach and ricotta was spot on. I will say that I did take off the cheese topping half way through as it was too salty for my taste. The salad was good and fresh, but I would have preferred more toppings. Mushrooms would be a great addition. Everything was packaged nicely for take out. Food was ready 5 minutes after the specified time.

Great Margherita pizza, wings and sandwiches. We order via DoorDash but, it's always hot and fresh!

I don't think the employees really care about anything...ordered for delivery: paid extra for chicken -- got no chicken, allergic to peas -- said no peas -- received extra peas, said GF pasta -- probably not GF either...going straight in the trash.

Had some very good pizza here recently . Thin crust, which we prefer, was great. Excellent service. If weather is right, there is a very nice outdoor dining area. Caution however! If kids bother you, eat inside. The outdoor area has an attached play area for kids. We were seated next to it on a night before a school break, and the kids were having a screaming good time. Love kids, but we moved inside because we couldn't carry on a conversation. On the other hand, if you have young kids, this could be a great choice.

After a dr appt tried this out before we headed back to dripping based on the good reviews. But definitely not a good day for them. First, my wife saw a roach in the bathroom, which made her lose her appetite. Nobody was there to greet us when we walked in (and based on the layout this makes things weird). Service was slow. We ordered a pizza, Greek salad and beef lasagna to go. Got home with no salad. So combined with getting the order wrong, roaches running around and slow service - proceed with caution.

We love Mangieris! The fetuchhini Alfredo is soooooo good, my som had the lasagna and it was very tasty too. They also have one of the best New York cheescakes I have ever tried!

This was my second time back a Mangieri's. The garlic cheese bread appetizer was outstanding! They came hot and stayed warm and enjoyable. Plenty of cheese on the cut bread sticks and tasty marinara and butter dipping sauces. I had the spaghetti and meatballs. Holy cow! Five meatballs, plenty of sauce and noodles. The marinara was so dang good; hearty, chunky and full of taste. Every bite had plenty of noodles, sauce, pieces of meatballs and FLAVOR! The kid had the Capo pizza. He left nothing to share with his dear dad. Must have been delicious! Mangieri's is a great Italian restaurant. Ambiance was nice. A diverse selection of today's music was playing. Kayley our server was very friendly and always checked on us and other guests she had. All the staff was friendly and really attentive to their guests. This place will definitely be on the rotation. It's about what you expect to pay for good quality Italian food. If you're in the mood for Italian, pass up the OG and take a nice drive out to Lakeway to Mangieri's. Worth every nickel!! Oh and the beer? Well, my two drafts of Thirsty Goat - COLD and hit the spot!!

Yay Spencer! I gave it 5 stars because the food is fantastic. And it's a good place to be around because there's like a little shop town outside. That's it.

Marvelous flavorful gourmet pizza - cauliflower crust is new on the menu and very nice. Definitely coming back.

This place is now open but not full capacity what I did notice is at the door they do all kinds of deliveries and take out curbside Excedrin they do it all the food is very good at this location and to let everyone know that it is very very open to out side seating so you would enjoy that as well. One thing is the food is totally amazing especially the pastors and the wine is very good as well so they have some very good wines a great selection FYI 1 thing I would say is negative is the tables are very very sticky and I don't feel it's was clean when I came in up in the meantime I will continue to come and make it clear the to clean off the tables is a priority at specially at this time easy parking as well. I like the outdoor seating it's not too hot they have fans out waiter very nice very graceful O very good waiter and I really enjoyed knowing that is a very good server. This location is in Lakeway on Loman's crossing.

This used to be my favorite pizza place. It's still good enough. Just not many places to compare it too in the area either. Today I ordered a large pizza and it was easily a medium, for $22. The fried zucchini were lessened as well, into smaller cuts and at a higher price. I'm just not going to take the excuse of the pandemic inflation much longer. This location already is cutting their expenses by being closed on Tuesdays (random). And I likely won't be returning as often as I used to. It's just not worth it for the price really.

I absolutely LOVE this place. The food is always amazing! The service is FIRST class! Its aways fun going here with friends and family! I lovee Jess and the rest of the staff they are so personable and sweet! Always have a great experience here!

Definitely not the place I remember it as. The tasty square pizzas are now obtuse amateur depictions of some of the worst pizza in the area. Still better than the swill in Wells, ME, but an embarrassment nonetheless. Mangieris, get it together or sell the place. I threw your garbage away as it was not edible. Sorry to see this happen to one of my former favorites but not surprising when considering the area. Everything here goes to crap eventually, except Sandeez who set a new low bar in mediocrity day one then continued to lower it. Maybe Sandeez acquired Mangieris? It would explain a lot.

I hate to think this is what people view as good Italian food. Dry spaghetti noodles with dry frozen meatballs and some "marinara" lazily poured over the top. Pizza was average at best, the garlic cheese bread was the only item we ordered that was favorable. Pull the pasta one minute before it's done, finish cooking in sauce with the pasta water and a little butter. Same with the meatballs, sear in olive oil, finish in sauce. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 mins, to the galleria and go to Tony C's. Even Mandola's is better.

redownloaded yelp just to write this review. Mangieris is one of, if not the BEST local restaurant in lakeway. I have gotten the olivia's alfredo every single time and each time I go in to try something else I always end up with the alfredo again because its THAT good. I'm sure all of their other items are delicious aswell. 12/10

This is where my parents took me out to dinner while I was visiting town, as it is one of their local favorites. They even came for their recent anniversary. They thought it would be ideal for a family outing, and I have to agree! We came relatively early in the evening, so it wasn't crowded, so maybe that is part of the reason we received truly excellent service, but I doubt it. The server was especially attentive. He asked more than once how the food was, as did another staff member, and we never waited for refills on anything. He was prompt to make fresh coffee for my parents without a complaint, even though there are probably not many people requesting coffee on Sunday night. The food was delicious. One big bonus for me is that they cater to both vegan and vegetarian diets. I opted to have a vegetarian meal on this occasion with the veggie lasagna, but I am happy that I had the option of vegan cheese for a pizza if I wanted. The lasagna was decadently delicious - and the portion was huge! My mother had the meat lasagna, which she said was just as good (and also provided leftovers!), and my dad equally was happy with his chicken parmigiana. I am happy all around with the options and the quality of the food. They had also a decent wine, beer, and cocktail selection. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you have people of varying dietary needs (there are also gluten free options), and I will come back for sure!

We ordered the calzone which came out really juicy-not in a good way. The cremoso pasta was essentially all separate parts (the veggies, pasta and sauce) then layered on a plate. Resulting in no deep flavors-or on the verge of flavorless. We also ordered the buffalo wings. Nothing one way or the other. Spicy wasn't very spicy. Chicken was tender! the BLT salad was crunchy but waaaay too much bacon. House made blue cheese dressing did not disappoint. No hard feelings on this place - nothing personal at all. I just continue to be baffled as to how people can make mediocre Italian food. It's so very simple to create rich and complex flavors with very little ingredients when it comes to Italian food. If you like bland italian food, make sure you stop here! Service was super friendly but basically teenagers with no experience. There is no ambiance. Old decor etc. I would consider the patio for football...but then again...

Emily provided amazing service! As a family we all love this place. The pasta dishes are very tasty. The red sauce needs a little more seasoning. The pizza is great and some of the best in Lakeway. My kid had a calzone and it was bigger then his head with a ton of toppings. Great service and attention to detail!

We recently moved to Lakeway and have enjoyed the food from Mangieris. We mostly get pizza but have tried some salads and apps. The quality is always great, but we were super disappointed with our "large" pizza. A bit smaller than 14 inches which we thought we were getting (picture included). Anyways, it's good food just be prepared to order more than one "large" if you have to feed more than 1 hungry person. Large is a misnomer for the pizza we had.

We really love and support this place as much as possible. This was another great find we never really knew was good until we tried it out. We had been in this area many times for Hops and Thyme and Flores. Such a cute little place, we usually go at lunch tho- which in my opinion is the best time to go because we can usually get the place to ourselves, have yet to go for dinner, will try out some day. If you don't know what this place is about, get on it..

Frozen corn dogs two months ago, wrong pizza toppings last month, no meatballs in my to go order... how does this place stay open. Very nice staff, not many skills but very nice local staf. Someone must have left the kitchen, pizza used to be awesome, now its just average... below average.

Great location tucked into a corner of Lakeway strip mall. No wait and service was quick. Nice ambience. Loved their patio with large TV, which will be great in the cooler months. We started with salads. Very fresh and the BLT salad with blue cheese was very tasty. Shared an XL Margherita Pizza. A nice size pizza for 3-4 people. Toppings were fresh and cooked to perfection. All in all, a good place with good food and great service.

Good pizza and pasta, we carry out frequently and like the fresh ingredients and options on the menu. Definitely recommend the pizza with chicken and spinach and they have a twist on Alfredo pasta that is great albeit probably one of those so good it has to be bad for you dishes

This place is awesome. ! Jack made us feel like family. And he checked in on us multiple times. Jessie is so kind and really made us feel right at home ! The food is so good and the service is even better.

Pizza is pizza so it's hard to get it wrong The best part is the service great service Marc the manager came to check on us and was really friendly, the waiter was great as well as he didn't try to up charge us and even told us that the ice cream comes with 2 scoops so we don't need to get so many for the kids ( we have 3 young kids) Overall very satisfied with this location

Stopped here for an early dinner on Saturday afternoon while passing through Lakeway. We were promptly seated out on the patio. They have a completely fenced in playground in direct view from the patio. It was a warm but they had plenty of fans outside. The patio had a few TVs with games on. We ordered the zucchini sticks - which came out promptly and were nice and hot. We then got the Mary Ann's pizza and Margarita Pizza - both were fresh, hot and tasty. The pizzas had thin crust and were dusted with some sort of delicious salty seasoning. The waitress was attentive and checked on us often. The only con, I would say, is that the zucchini sticks were $6.50 which seemed to be a little over priced even though they were delicious.

Chicken fettuccine Alfredo with bacon and spinach, look at it, not many words needed, if you cannot smell the garlic in the steam from the picture you could be dead. This place is a hidden jewel, order it delivered!

Yum! Mangieri's has some very tasty pizza, and they are delivery all-stars. We had the Anthony's pizza and garlic bread for movie night last night, and there was not a leftover in sight! I've tried some of their other pizzas (the Toscana and Prima Pesto are stand-outs) but I have definitely found my new favorite. The cream cheese melts sublimely into the mozzarella, the artichoke hearts are delicate and tangy, and the crust is crispy and well-seasoned. Soo good. The garlic bread was okay-- nothing you couldn't make at home with some breadsticks and mozzarella. We loved the garlic dipping sauce that came with them, though! I've tried some of their other appetizers, and been similarly underwhelmed. The fried polenta balls sound good, but in reality are a little thick and a bit too dry for my tastes. The desserts I've tried so far have been pretty good. The cheesecake is creamy and fresh-tasting, and the Chocolate Sin Cake is moist and chocolate-y. Overall, I am a big fan-- decently priced delivery of premium pizza? I'm sold.
