Amazing BBQ spot! The meat was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly grilled. The smoky aroma was irresistible, and the sides were delicious too. Friendly service and a lively atmosphere—definitely coming back!

studying late for midterms and needed something that was hot and not halal (no hate). my fam's from xi'an so i'm a big fan of skewers. absolutely zero people inside, quick service, no frills, yum food, so a 10 all around for me. chicken skewer was a pleasant surprise standout--i really didn't expect to like it that much, came piping hot and super juicy. beef enoki was good, kinda moreish, but the sauce makes it worth it. a VERY solid, very cumin-y lamb skewer, i love it. for people that aren't big fans of spicy, you can get it 小辣, which is like "mild spicy." i was sniffling after two skewers but that's the point for me at least. don't really know why people are complaining about portion size for the standard skewers--they were pretty great for me--but maybe i'm just disillusioned by nyc pricing or something, idk. just be warned though there is a 20 dollar minimum for card payments but i big backed so crossing the threshold was EZ. totally forgot to say XNKL on my way out (it was like 1:30 am) but i was very satisfied and will be coming back to try their other stuff :)

This place is terrible! Waited 30 min for a takeout order. Ordered 20 skewers. Literally all 20 skewers combined would not add up to one actual skewer. There is no meat at all for $23 this is ridiculous. The skewers are 99% skewer 1% meat, it’s actually impressive the amount of work to put such little meat on a skewer. What’s the point?

The food is very flavorful. Some taste a little too salty. The problem of this place is super slow. We got there 7:30pm, ordered about 10min, and maybe 8pm we got one small dish, 4 of us finished that dish in 5min, the waiting again, maybe 8:15 we get 2 screwer. I dont understand we ordered about 30 screwer. Why can they at least send 10 each time. So we can all eat. 4 people we can only have 1 bite, then keep waiting again. 8:40 we get another 2 small dishes, we also finished in 5 min, we still feel hungry after seating in this restaurant for over 1 hour. The delivery people also waiting, he waited for the pick-up order for 30 minutes. I dont understand why the boss only has one waiter. The boss and boss wife came out later. They did try to speed up the process a bit. By the time 9pm, we still had two orders that didn't come. We decided to cancel that 2 order. Just pay the bill. All of us are just half full, after 1.5 half hour waiting in this place.

The bbq skewers here were absolutely amazing! We also ordered the sweet and sour fried pork dish (锅包肉) and that was so good. It was perfectly crispy and the sweet and sour balance was also very well balanced. Service was great they were attentive to our needs. We asked for no spicy on everything so our son could also have some food. Our 3 year old loved it so much he already asked to come back!!

Tasty but pricey. Shocked by $15 for a small plate of cauliflower.

Super impressed with this spot! The skewers are juicy, packed with flavor, and grilled just right. Gotta give a shoutout to the beef tendon — so soft and tender, it literally melts in your mouth. And the stinky tofu? Crispy, tasty, and not greasy at all. I’d come back just for that. Solid spot for late-night cravings!
