This place was wonderful. I am NOT gin drinker however found myself loving the Barreled Gin. The pear Collins and violet crimes were outstanding. My husband had a giblet which was also refreshing. Fun chats with Corey at the bar. Restrooms were nice and very clean. Absolutely perfect experience.

Google
What an incredible little spot that’s more than I anticipated. The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. They knew all the details and info about their products! The tastings were a great option but many other cocktail options! If I lived in the area this would be one of my go to spot!

Google
Such a great day! Corey was extremely knowledgeable, passionate and gave an excellent behind the scenes tour along with recommendations to drink. He took his time explaining all of the things and answering all of our questions. Extremely down to earth and overall great afternoon spent at Manifest Distillery. Beautiful cocktail bar with amazing staff, and drinks, a must see!

I happened to stumble upon a tour I seen browsing the internet a while ago. So, I decided to take their distillery tour. Before the tour started, we had a couple of cocktails and enjoyed the atmosphere. It’s a cute place with a bar. The cocktails were delicious and powerful lol. The tour I must say was very informative. The guide was cool. I do not remember his name as this review is long overdue. Although the tour was short, the guide made it flow nicely were you understood without missing a beat. We got to taste several of their Spirits. Oh, and they are strong. So, bring your non-drinking buddy if you take the tour. It was a nice experience and I would love to do it again.

Google
The manager and staff were amazing. We went for a friend's birthday and it was very special and perfect. We went on the short tour, and it was very informative . The atmosphere is very cozy, and relaxed. We loved the whole experience.

Just had a Fore Russian at Eagle Landing golf club made with Manifest Coffee Liqueur. It was nasty and I drank about a 1/2 inch of this and asked for the bill. How can you sell this chemical tasting crap to the public?

Joseph McCluan

Google
Dropped in for a pre-concert cocktail and was super pleased with the drinks here. So good. Highly recommend.

Google
Not at all impressed and very disappointed in the fact they call themselves a distillery but have not bottlers in over 2 years. My wife surprised me with a VIP tasting and tour that was supposed to be to take 2 1/2 hours but what we don’t know was we were going to sit for over 1:40 minutes and watch him look at his watch and sip on water. Had we known this outfit was only a M-F labeling and packaging company for other companies we would have taken the $150 to dinner and got a nice bottle. Not at all recommended unless you’re just looking for a bar buddy to chat with because that’s all you’re getting. I’ll be posting this review everywhere or until I’m refunded on the misleading experience.

Yelp
This place was one of my favorite spots from my trip to Jacksonville. If you're not familiar with the area, when you see Intuition Ale Works, go around the corner down A.P. Randolph St to E Forsyth St. Sharla was our mixologist. Both she and the cocktails were phenomenal. I will be returning whenever I happen to be in Jacksonville.

Yelp
We love this place! If you're headed downtown for any reason check this place out. Corey, Sharla and Neil are awesome! We frequent here whenever we are downtown. Today we had the peach bourbon smash, gin punch, pear collins and a flight of bourbon. Also purchased a bottle of Never Say die Service is top notch!

Yelp
Cool and cozy stop while visiting downtown and pregaming before a concert nearby! The staff is friendly and professional. Great drinks for the whiskey fans and a great selection of non alcoholic drinks for fans like me! A pleasure to visit and I'll be back soon!

Yelp
Oh what a great tasting. Chocolate and Spirits! I learned so much about what makes great chocolate. The dark chocolate was my favorite. But the best part were the friends!

Yelp
Finally made it to Manifest Distilling with friends before a hockey game! Since moving to Jacksonville last year, I've enjoyed their canned cocktails at various events around town. It was always on my list to get there, but I honestly didn't realize where it was located. After a visit to Intuition Ale Works, we were excited to see that we know exactly where it is lol! They do have a few parking spots in the back, but we found a front row parking spot (free after 6 pm). The bar was packed on a weeknight, and it was decorated so cute for Christmas! I browsed the menu and went with a mai tai after considering all of the holiday beverages. It was seriously so delicious. Great tiki drink! My boyfriend got a seasonal grapefruit and cinnamon drink, and after trying his, I ordered one for my second drink. For his second drink he got the eggnog, which we both absolutely loved. Self serve water is available, and restrooms were clean. I have a feeling this will be our new spot! Loved it.

Yelp
We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon. They have a lovely showroom and marble bar. The tour was good. They are proud of how they do things by hand which is a little silly. But whatever. The tour wasn't the cleanest I've seen (I've done something like 30 distillery tours). On to the goods. You get a menu of like 25 options and get to pick three. I chose the Florida gin which was excellent. Then the barreled gin which was not nearly as good as others I've tasted such as the excellent one from Weldon Mills Distillery in NC. I finished with their Florida Bastard mix which despite the name was quite pleasant. And you can get a bottle too, for a mere $85!!

Yelp
Oh my, talk about craft cocktails!! These are lovely creative drinks, I immediately fell in love with the unique recipes! My Guava milk punch had Manifes's gin in it with rum, guava, fennel and oolong tea...I was told this drink takes 5 days to make, they use milk then strain it out so the drink is not cloudy or creamy but the final product is so smooth and balanced, amazing drink!! Only down side was I could have drank 3 of these! We also tried a Gin old fashioned which had big frozen ice cubes filled with pecan, orange and beet juices so as they melted they made the drink better and better, so cool!! Bartenders were experienced and knew their stuff, excellent!

Yelp
I absolutely enjoyed my time here. You can do a flight of the spirits for $3 per pour they have a variety of spirits vodka, Whiskey, rum, and liqueurs all for sampling. Everything can be purchased at the time of sampling as well as their canned daiquiri mad with rum and vodka mules.

Yelp
Loved our time here. Bar tenders were a blast. Very knowledgeable and fun. Drinks were very good. Atmosphere was chill and establishment was very clean. Hidden gem as it's off the beaten path. But highly recommend.

Yelp
The go-to place to unwind with friends. We had a good time here and the cocktails are really good and the bartenders are commendable! Highly recommended.

Yelp
A friend of mine recommended this distillery to me. I absolutely love that Honey Rye probably one of the best spirits I've had.

Yelp
Got a Groupon for Christmas and finally made it over with some friends tonight. TJ was our tour guide and lovely. The actual tour was informative and interesting. The drinks we tried at the end were lovely. Only downside, the tasting area didn't have purse hooks!
google avatar

Susan P.

Yelp
I have been coming to this place since they opened. It's been great to watch the progression from just a distillery to tasting to a bar to holding events and tailgate parties. The staff that works there is super knowledgeable and super friendly. There's a guy there named TJ who is so wonderfully knowledgeable and so nice about sharing his knowledge with you anytime you have a question. I haven't met a bad staff member in there ever. It's clean, it's kind of interestingly industrial, and they have a kitty that wanders around Greeting the guests. I like to shop there for my home bar, they have some very interesting special concoctions on occasion and the citrus vodka is definitely on point. I mean if you're going to buy liquor you should buy the good stuff that's made locally and keep the money flowing in our local economy. For a couple extra dollars over the junk you get at the Winn-Dixie liquor store, this is head and shoulders above.

Yelp
What a nice outing... my son and I went to Manifest Distilling last night. This awesome place in Downtown Jacksonville makes the most outstanding potato vodka, bourbon, and gin. Several types of each. Truly excellent. They have a great drink menu featuring their products. Last night, Brine was there with a pop up of their fare. We had two different cold water raw oysters which were both outstanding and different in nature. Totally cleaned shells with delicious fresh taste. I had Crudo which was an incredible dish of yellow tail snapper. My son had Roasted Clams. The food was beautiful and wonderful flavors. The chefs were so fun to watch as they were meticulously careful on how they executed each dish. And their attention to detail paid off in outstanding food. Also, the bartender and the crew from Brine couldn't have been any more pleasant. I highly recommend both entities but especially when the operate as one.

Yelp
Great product, great service and tasty adult beverages. Both of the gins are worth taking home but do try the rye as well as the bourbon blend. Great place to stop before a baseball or hockey game happening nearby. Two thumbs up and would return.

Jim W.

Yelp
Good parking on the side street outside or behind in the Intuition Brewing parking lot. Canned Tangerine and Lime Vodka Spritz is so refreshing! Nice selection of crafted drinks and of course full bottles of spirits for sale No food so not sure why food is under my 5 star review
google avatar

Yelp
First off, they did have a few customers when we walked in, but our experience was terrible! I order a whiskey flight of 3 whiskey and they brought me 4. Yes I paid for 4! I was Not impressed by the whiskey... just mediocre! My wife ordered the painkiller and it was one of the worst drinks I have ever tasted. Think bathtub cleaner! I couldn't drink more than 2 sips, and let me just say that I am not one to leave alcohol in a glass.... But it was that bad. To their credit we did not have us pay for the painkiller. The bartender/server was not very welcoming or attentive!

Yelp
OMG - what an amazing place. Great space. Really great spirits and AMAZING cocktails! Don't judge me - but I went for a bubblegum G&T with raspberries. It was great. Really subtle with the b- gum. They even burn the ends of the toothpicks that held 3 perfect raspberries. Wha? Mmmmmmm

Yelp
Well oh Nick at the bar invited us to stop by while we was next door so we did. This being my first time had to figure out the "play on words" to get a drink. Nick held our hands per say and lead us into a great afternoon's experience. He was very much a conversationalist and fixed me up with the perfect pairing of Grapefruit tonic and vodka. As we visited we got to see a event planning company come in and change the place over for a Birthday event. (Great place for parties) and also watched as a group took a tour. The service for all were friendly and top notch. I definitely have this place now on my list of things to do and since they have the best black cherries in town I will be back for more of those..mmmmmm
google avatar

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
Great place to beat the heat on a hot summer afternoon. The spirit tastings are free but the delicious mixers served over ice for making your own cocktail are available and encouraged at a resonance price. Tours and shopping are options or just chill at the bar. Very classy and casually cool Establishment. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. The citrus Gin and Vodka are so crisp and refreshing. Love it all!

Yelp
What a pleasant surprise. Manifest didn't disappoint, inside and out. This was my first time there. I was tailgating before the Jags game with friends. They had games set up outside (we played cornhole and Jenga) and a DJ who was having more fun than we were! After few beers outside, we went inside to sample the wares. Man, they have a citrus vodka that will blow your mind! Try it straight before you mix it with something. It was one of the most unique tastes I've experienced. They even have little jars with the fruit and spices already added so you can take the flavor home with you. They also have good ole comfort food to go with the drinks. You can't go wrong with the Tater Tots! They were hot, plenty of them, and the seasoning was just right. You can't go wrong sipping a few at Manifest.

Yelp
Manifest Distilling does not only succeed for what you see at face value: the only craft distillery in Downtown Jax. The product undeniably speaks for itself, while the faces behind the scenes are destined for greatness. You are greeted to a cozy shop filled with bottled products, branded swag, a few tables, and an attractive bar top. Tours are offered on a weekly basis, but more than likely, if you swing by and someone's available, they'll give you the grand tour. Manifest Potato Vodka - the most unique vodka I've ever sampled! Coming from a vodka cynic, I couldn't believe I enjoyed the flavor as much as I did. Do yourselves a favor by supporting a phenomenal local product. The $29 price tag won't even make a dent in your wallet. I could bore you with dorky fermentation details, but I'll leave you with this final thought. David, Lisa and Tom, keep up the great work. It's businesses like yours that excite me on representing Jacksonville. I cannot wait to see this small operation make a national name for themselves!

Yelp
This is probably my favorite place down town. Manifest is a distillery first and foremost. They make potato vodka, organic gin, aged barrel gin, whisky, and more. I don't enjoy gin, I'm more of a vodka person, but manifest gin is the ultimate. I am completely in love. I mean, even with ginger beer, it's so good. This distillery has fun little tours and classes you can take which is such a fun night out... totally different from eating and going to a movie. I mean come on guys, put a little thought into it. I absolutely love the way they do things. Since they are a distillery, they can't serve "cocktails" so you can sample their spirits and buy a mixer like a ginger beer, a tonic, a blood orange spritzer, etc and diy your own cocktail. Manifest is the next door neighbor to the new intuition. Don't mistake the two as they are totally different companies but oh so great in their own way. If you haven't visited manifest, you need to. And if you are looking for a really different, fun, industrial event venue, this is your place. Ian, Syd, and Jim are beautiful, amazing people. The people are great, the gin is great, no more to say.

Yelp
Although I believe in Spirits - I usually try to keep my distance :) Manifest is bringing me closer to the Spirit World! I have visited their downtown location a few times before sporting events or to drop in while Intuition brings me to the neighborhood. I purchased a bottle of their Rye for a friend and found out why it sold out so quickly. I attended a function that Manifest threw at Bonefish with some close friends and we got to meet some of the Manifest crew and try some delicious cocktails - the lengths we'll go to for Charity! Not being whiskeyphiles, when we saw they were having a class on blending, we decided to give it a shot. I'm very glad we did! Not only did we get an education on the how's & why's of whiskey blending - we got to try our hand at making a blend that was truly our own! Plus we got an "experiment" to take home for aging. The evening was topped off by a tour of the distillery (we all learned about bungholes) and visited their lab - kids stick with STEM for your Bright Future!

Yelp
Ok, major shout out to Manifest Distillery! They have shut down their normal operations JUST to produce hand sanitizer for healthcare employees and our local hospitals. Friends, when all of this COVID mess is over keep them in mind and show them some love!
google avatar

Shamerra M.

Yelp
This place was absolutely amazing!!! For the prices you get so much. They had great service and descriptions for each of the drinks. I got the gin, core, and whiskey flights and the worker explained everything beautifully. The workers were so kind and gave us great recommendations for places around the city. Everyone should experience this amazing place in Jacksonville:)

Yelp
My husband and I stumbled upon this distillery while we were walking towards Intuition Brewery. I had heard great things and once I saw the sign for Manifest we detoured to the distillery. We walked in and were greeted by a warm and open space with windows out to the distillery and shelves lined with Manifest's products, and wonderful choices for cocktails mixers made by local vendors like congaree and penn. We sat down at the bar and tasted the vodka and gin. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the product and told us a little about the distillery which was great! We tasted the gin and vodka, first neat then on the rocks. The potato vodka was very smooth and I was a fan. The gin tasted a little too much like Christmas for me with the amount of cardamom and juniper they used but it definitely was very unique and tasted great when mixed with the grapefruit tonic they had on hand. I also had them mix a little ginger beer and congaree and penn's blackberry blood orange shrub mixer with the vodka and it was sublime enough to be given its own name (I named it the Blackbud). I ended up buying a bottle of vodka and the ginger beer to recreate this drink at home (already had the shrub patiently waiting in the fridge, yay). If you have not been to the distillery, I would definitely recommend going for a taste. It is around the corner from intuition and is open earlier than intuition. There is a two bottle per year limit to purchase direct from the distillery but they do have their spirits at riverside liquors and a couple of other places in town. They also have premade cocktail kits that include either gin or vodka, mixers, and cups in a handy box for easy pickup for your next party or tailgating adventure.

Yelp
Stopped by Manifest after having lunch next door at Intuition. This place was great, very clean and classy, nice bar up front with view into the distillery. The wonderful ladies tending the tasting bar were super friendly and helpful. I learned a lot about their awesome operation. Now mind you I am NOT a normal vodka or gin fan. However this place ha now made me a fan! You can receive a free tasting of each. Their Vodka was extremely crisp and clean with a slight nose of citrus. It went perfect with blood orange sparkling water. The gin, unusual hate gin! But good lord this was tasty! I could drink Manifest gin and fever tree tonic every day. If you are ever in downtown Jacksonville near the stadiums please go to Manifest. You won't be sorry.

Yelp
Had an amazing time this evening at a Women in Whiskey event. Tasted everything from a small batch bourbon to a Gin that was so delicious that I had to add it to my bars collection. I can't wait to go back
google avatar

Bill R.

Yelp
I went to a master class type event on him compounding. This was so professionally done, the head distillers presented in the history and origins of Gin and helped the class to build their own using a wide variety of botanicals. They had a spread by bread and board as a lagniappe that was over the top good. Each participant got a complimentary gin cocktail, the venue is well appointed and the staff is great.

Yelp
Amazing- clean lines & contemporary feel to the sampling room. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Great pairings for samples- you buy a tonic or mixer and you get a sample of select bottles. I tried all four today- potato vodka, citrus vodka, barrel gin & straight gin. I ordered the blood orange sparkling tonic and mixed both vodkas- dangerously smooth! Couldn't even taste alcohol! The citrus gave a wonderful zip to the blood orange. Hubby ordered the grapefruit tonic & mixed in gin- I'm not a fan of grapefruit- but it was so refreshing on such a hot day! We both tried the barrel gin neat... W.H.O.A. evil delicious- great sipper on its own. Hubby also ordered the ginger beer & mixed gin in- again delicious- best ginger beer I've ever had. We purchased citrus vodka this time (& ginger beer). The release date for the whiskey is June 16th! Par-tay!! Can't recommend enough! Oh- say hi to Ginny the cat too!

Yelp
Came here for a tour and tasting. Would certainly recommend it to others. The tour was the most in depth distillery tour I have experienced (and I have been on a few). It's about two hours going through the process which seems long, but you can drink throughout so it was quite enjoyable. The team and tour guide (who actually makes the alcohol) is excellent. Very knowledgeable and passionate. The actual alcohol fits the craft definition. It's unique. Everyone in our group seemed to prefer a different liquor (and disliked different versions as well). I would recommend it. Just get a drink to carry with you for the tour.
google avatar

Caroline H.

Yelp
I came here once for a Yelp event and again just last week. The tour is really great and informative. The retail space is artfully decorated and quite aesthetically pleasing. In order to drink here, you can have a complimentary tasting, and/or purchase a mixer (into which they will add a complimentary tasting!) Great staff, beautiful interior, excellent location. Can't go wrong!

Matthew L.

Yelp
I was making my way to Intuition and I thought I'd go for something new. Well I'm glad I did! These guys were excellent. The woman working the bar was super knowledgeable and educated this liquor ignorant fool. Learning about the distilling process and how they source ingredients was awesome! You can really tell how much these guys care. They let me sample so much in that process too. Everything was very smooth. The flavored vodka was subtle and not too sweet. If you're a vodka and gin fan, this is the place to be. Great people. I'll be back for sure.
google avatar

Cherie S.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the tour! It was very interesting and informative. I would come and drink anytime. You can come and buy a bottle to enjoy with friends their.

Yelp
Wow. Best distillery tour I have ever been on. They treated us NY boys right. I've been to the big distilleries (Beam, Jack, Makers, etc.) and the small (Pritchard's, Corsair, etc.). This tour was so in depth and interesting. The tasting was also well done. They were even willing to accept criticism and discuss the spirits. It's not just a big advertisement. It was warts and all. On to the tasting room. Had the pleasure of hanging with Preston and one of the owners. Loved the barrel aged gins and the single barrel ryes. Must stop in Jax.
google avatar

Matt S.

Yelp
Great distillery. Friendly, easy to talk to staff . Vodka and gin is smooth . Definitely recommend

Yelp
Trying this gin for the first time. It's amazing! It's a perfectly refreshing afternoon cocktail! Husband made a trip to the east coast and came home with this gem. I hope it's available in San Diego soon.

Yelp
We are excited that Manifest Distilling opened up right next to the great new Intuition downtown. With all of the Jacksonville bureaucracy, they are not allowed to sell drinks yet, which is majorly unfortunate because I believe these local spirits are going to be awesome and this is just what Jacksonville needs to bring people to the area, even when there is not a concert or sporting event. They are allowed to do tasting, and the vodka is amazing! Very smooth and mixed with ginger, it just might be the perfect cocktail. The good news is, they are able to sell cocktail kits with their delicious new potato vodka and mixers enough for 10-12 cocktails. Perfect for the tailgate party in case you did not come prepared. Nice just to take home for your own cocktail party. Like Intuition, it is open and airy and in a beautiful restored building. As a bonus, Hyppo pops made a watermelon, basil, and Manifest Distilling vodka popsicle. Definitely the best frozen adult treat I have ever tasted. We are really looking forward to the gin coming out soon, and in the future bourbon. Being a big fan of the St Augustine Distillery also, I would say the vodka we tasted was on par, and better because it is right here in Jacksonville.

Yelp
I was fortunate enough to attend an event here a few nights ago. From start to finish, I was impressed. The facility is fantastic: spacious, clean, and brand new. The staff are friendly from behind the bar, to the tour of the facility. I love checking out local places, especially distilleries, wineries, and breweries. I would much rather support local, than buy something from a chain. I am not a huge vodka fan, but their vodka was fantastic! In mixed drinks, it goes down so smooth and you cannot taste a thing. They also have gin, but I was unable to try it. I highly recommend this place to those who like to shop local and like distilleries. It is a nice gem in the Jacksonville area.

Yelp
First time here, definitely not the last. Loved this Gin. Great group running this place. Stop by, try the gin, buy the gin.

Yelp
The only Distillery to open in Jacksonville outside of the St. Augustine Distillery, Manifest is slowly infiltrating a market that has not been seen and will shortly grow like St. Augustine. When you walk in, there is a counter for serving vodka and gin samples and a wall of merchandise with the Manifest name on them. They have come up with a cool concept called Tailgate Cocktail Kits. Ranging from $45-$55, you can buy a box for the games that includes 1 bottle of their potato vodka, six cups, mixer based on the cocktail selection, and a 5 pound bag of ice. It's not a bad deal considering how much you get! You can check out their website to see when you can come on a Distillery tour, which I recommend if you want to learn about the process of making spirits, how much hard work goes into building a business, and how they came to choose Jacksonville! They are behind Intuition Ale Works, so if you aren't a beer fan, hit them up for some delicious spirits.

Yelp
Relaxed atmosphere with good spirits. Staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. Would recommended to anyone
