My first time here with my family who have been here many times. Was a wonderful experience for me. I'm not very good with the chopstick 😳 but this place has helper devices to attach to chopstick 😁 Everything was really good. The glass noodles were very tasty 😋. The steamed eggs very nice. I added the green onion salad to my eggs an was amazing 👏🏼. All the meats cooked well. When I'm back in San Diego I will definitely be back. Was a fun belly filling evening 😊😊😊

The food here is extraordinary!! The experience is great!! All the sauces utensils and salad appetizers are waiting for you as you're brought to your table! The only downside to my experience was being sat in a booth. There were 4 of us but the booths do not have any leg room and if you're on the bigger side it gets very uncomfortable. It is an all you can eat Korean BBQ. The meats are all amazing!! You can even season them yourself. The cheese corn is a must! The robot that brings you your food is pretty cool. There's also a call button if you need a waiter. We went for lunch during the week and had about a 10 minute wait. The service was decent and grilling your own meat at the table is fun. They do check often and switch out the grill if it needs to be changed. Loved the place. We will return but will request a table with chairs not a booth .

I've walked in this new restaurant and figured I'd wait so I wouldn't eat alone. So hubby and I and my brother in law PIGGED OUT on all you can eat BBQ. SO amazing. Ya gotta go. They deliver the food with these cute robot servers. (They also come around frequently to check on you to make sure you're happy) **** Totally worth the money! **** I'm a happy repeat customer! So glad I can just go to the mall to get delish Korean BBQ! So convenient.

I was hesitant to try this restaurant because of the bad reviews but me and me husband decided to go and we were pleasantly surprised! The food was great, the service was amazing, we had at least 5 waiters checking on us the whole time and they were super friendly explaining everything from the menu and their recommendations were perfect. The waiter-robot is super cute! They changed our grill a couple of times and gave us new clean ones each time, we will definitely come back!

I have been to this Mana 3 times. The first two times were pleasant, service was good, food was great, and we were sat on a table with chairs. Overall a great experience. My most recent visit was not so great. We came during the dinner rush and waited about 1 hour to be seated (18 parties ahead of us). We were seated in a booth where there was no leg room for my side, my knees were up against it for the duration of my visit. The ventilation system takes up just about all the space and it was very uncomfortable sitting there. They should redo those booths or not sit 3 large men there. The meats are great and I have no complaints on that. Brisket was good, bulgogi was good, pork belly was good (thick cut), the galbi was delicious, and the jumulleok was my favorite of the night (picture attached). The corn cheese comes with green peppers and we had asked the server to for just corn and cheese, but it seemed that he ignored our request and brought out the regular corn cheese, our table was very upset about that. The steamed egg had some spots that tasted burnt and awful, I couldn't finish it due to the bad taste. The service was not the best, it just seemed like they were short staffed and wait times were long between our server coming back to check up on us. I like that it is in the Bonita Mall, so you can walk around while you wait for your table. I also like that they have a robot bring you your meats. I would definitely visit again and give them another try, the staff is mostly teenagers so I can't blame them for what appeared to be a poorly organized dinner rush.

Very fast and kind service, our waitress Joane was very nice and fast. We had seafood and goutsal which is short rib fillet, it was tender and delicious. All compliments like kimchi, potatoe salad, fish cake,etc. were full of taste. My favorite was the tofu soup.!! Will return for sure.

The only thing that bugs me when I click the call button the waitress ask me with question "what do you want?" It sound rude to me but everything else is great. I only press that button one time because I waited 10 minutes for my spoon for my steam egg.

This was my first time at the Manna Plaza Bonita Location. It was a good experience. The service was also very good. I do have one negative thing and it’s a big one for me personally, the kimchi was super fermented and really soft and watery tasting . It was a little off putting since I tend to eat a lot of kimchi whenever I go to kbbq(I judge how good a kbbq spot is based on the kimchi and meat quality) aside from that the atmosphere is amazing, would probably come back again. I hope there’s better kimchi next time

The food was great, always is. The portions were lovely and was easy for us to get stuffed haha. The interior design of the place was beautiful and large; they included nice lighting but just dim enough so that you're not overwhelmed- those vibes are an all time favorite of mine. Felt a bit rushed by the servers but even then, the servers were nice and respectful. Overall If a fast service is what you look for as well has good food and nice place, then this is the one.

I was amazed to find this place in the Westfield Plaza Bonita. The interior design was beautiful & spacious! Plenty of seating for large parties. I went for a staff lunch and we truly feasted. I got the $29.99 deal and it was 100% worth it. The protein & sides were too good & I loved every single one. Special shout out to the corn cheese, it's a must order Would also like to point out that they have those robot servers! Great experience overall

An affordable place for good quality, ayce kbbq. Ordered from the A2 ayce menu for $29.99/person. There is a variety of banchan already provided on the table and a good amount of additional side dishes you can order. I enjoyed the Pork Dumplings but the Soondabu (tofu stew) was underwhelming. We ordered a variety of protein options including Bulgogi, Spicy Bulgogi, Teriyaki Chadol (beef brisket), Pork Belly, Spicy Chicken, and Rosemary Butter Pork Steak. Everything was well marinated - the spicy marinades were mild in spice level. The Spicy Bulgogi and Pork Belly were probably my favorites of the night. The wait staff was a bit slow when it came to initially greeting us as well as when we tried to place new orders or ask for help with something. The restaurant is well ventilated and I didn't leave with the lingering smell of kbbq on me which was a plus! There was also plenty of parking and a short wait time on a Saturday night after adding our name to the waitlist at the National City location.

I usually go to the one in Clairemont but I wanted to try something closer to where I live. This place is always busy and the service is not as great as the Clairemont location. They're not as attentive. The food still tastes the same. This location seems bigger but I would rather go to the Clairemont location for better service.

Manna Heaven BBQ is awesome! Been here multiple times and let me tell you YOU'LL LOVE IT! I've been to the one on Convoy st, the one in Chula Vista and now the one in National City where they have a little ROBOT bringing you ingredients it's awesome! And makes the ambiance feel great! The customer service at National City, is also the best everyone and I mean EVERYONE! is super friendly and respectful seriously very good customer service at National City Manna BBQ. The other two locations aren't as friendly in my opinion it's weird maybe that's just my case. Food is great! customer service is great! everything is great! this is now my go to place out of the 3. Thanks Manna BBQ!

Love this place! As i go always back home here in SD, it's good to know that there is now a closest KBBQ here in town and by the mall! It's located by the 1st level all the way to JC Penny's by the old broken yolk side. The unnie's and ajuhma are so nice and friendly. The food and the price? Its okay - not to pricey but bot cheap either. The food selections are also big and if you love kbbq -definitely the place to be. There is also a robot serving you to give you your meat of choice and also, a customer service button for the servers to know u need help if ever u needed help with anything. The only thing i notice is the leg room and the closeness of the chairs together with the other table. Other than that, all good. Thanks for the Experience Manna!

Great in person and ai service. Food was great. Had read previous negative reviews so wasn't expecting much. But it was great! I tried about 6-8 different things. Loved everything from the kimchi to the chili, to the pork, beef, lettuce, everything! Can't wait to try it again!

So excited to discover that Manna BBQ opened a location near me. The space is huge and the choice of decor and layout of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. I really enjoyed seeing the modern Asian themed restaurant in person. The lines go fairly quick since there is a lot of tables within the restaurant. The only down side to having all tables filled with customers I would say is that there are not enough servers to assist the customers. I visited twice already and each time it was a struggle to get someone to help us / bring us our food. There were times where they completely forgot to bring out a food item we had ordered. The food here is good, I enjoyed the side dishes and their pickled radish kimchi is really delicious! I love how crunchy it is, I had to ask for me. The meats were good as well. Average for your AYCE BBQ restaurant. I love their corn cheese and extra sides you could get. If you like bimimbap order that instead of a regular white rice since the bibimbap comes with rice and veggies, etc. you can add in your bulgogi meat and it's a hit! Super big bowl as well. Their tofu soup is delicious as well, I always order that when I go. The steamed egg was my favorite but the second time I visited, my egg was burnt and the broth tasted burnt as well which was unfortunate since steamed egg is a must for me when I'm eating at Manna. Overall, I would visit again instead of driving further out to get my fix in AYCE BBQ. The servers here are very sweet and nice, they do try their best to assist you and stop by when they can. It's just hard when there's too many tables filled. I notice they're running around the whole time and could hear multiple beeping sounds to assist customers. Hopefully they'll come up with a staff layout where it'll be easier for them to manage certain areas and tables during peak hours. Overall love the vibes of the restaurant and the food is good as well. Def stop by if you need your protein and are shopping around at the mall.

Came here on a weekday around 6pm. Our party of 6 was seated after a 45 minute wait. At least there's a whole mall you can walk around in while waiting. Food is typical of other manna locations. We ordered off of the A2 menu and stuck with bulgogi, jumulook, pork belly, and chadol. Quite satisfying and of good quality. The fried gyozas kept the little one happy. A decent amount of sides and banchan to choose from. However the steamed eggs tasted burned. Nice new, clean look. Meats brought out by robot servers, so cool!.. Large dining area, lots of tables but not all sections were utilized. Something to keep in mind, the tables are a bit tight w the grill bottom and may be a little snug for those big and/or tall.

This is a quick review. This is a great place to get your self full. It is also great if you are on a Keto or Carnivore diet. The service was great! There is a button that allows you to call for service. It doesn't work that well. Still they do check on you often. You get a good selection of complementary sides. If you ask for more of a side dish you like. You will get a full plate of it. I recommend the pork belly. You get a lot at a time, and it cooks quick. If you get the chicken. Cook it on the outside of the hot dish. The dish cooks very hot, and you will not cook the chicken through. It will also burn. Now the reason I put a 3 star. The selection of meat selection is somewhat limited. Most of the items on the menu are pork. Now I love pork. But I came to eat all kinds of meat. If you are like me, go to Rei Do Gado. The steak selection that they do have, is a low grade cut. So if you get it. Cook it to a medium. The ambience is noisy, and at times Smokey. One table not to sit at, is table 41. They put the old Hot Plates right next to the table. So you get a lot of that grease smoke on you. I don't think I will come again. Unless I got a hankering for pork.

The new Manna Heaven BBQ inside The Westfield Plaza Bonita opened in September of 2023 and was really nice offering a variety of fresh meats and sides. The restaurant was very spacious and three times the size of their other locations big enough to accommodate large groups and very clean. I liked the interior decor very modern and the robot that brings the food. I'm glad the prices didn't increase like many other BBQ restaurants. We look forward to going back to this location. The Manna location on Otay Lakes Rd is always busy and not big enough to bring a stroller this location was perfect. I recommend checking it out the restaurant is next to The Broken Yolk Café.

We love Korean Bbq!. Love this location. It's so much more open than their other location in Chula Vista. The vents are amazing that you barely smell any smoke. You never leave smelling like Korean bbq. The service was excellent. The kids loved the robots. We will definitely be back

My husband and I were able to check this place out on a whim since we had to pivot for our date night (I had mixed up our concert dates lol) and we were pleasantly surprised! Firstly, this is a brand new Manna location and has only been open for a couple months now so to start off, right as we walked in, we appreciated the decor and cleanliness of the restaurant. It was a Tuesday night, so we were seated fairly quickly and I always appreciate when KBBQ spots already have banchan choices out for you. I don't know what it is, but the KBBQ places we frequent always have you order the specific banchan you want and don't have it readily available. A few meat stand-outs were the teriyaki ANYTHING. Whether it was teriyaki beef belly, brisket, boneless short rib, etc. The teriyaki sauce they used was so good and buttery. I didn't even feel like I needed to add the sauces they give you because the meat was good on its own. We only order maybe 3 meats at a time for 3 rounds total as my husband and I can't chow down as much as we used to but we truly enjoyed everything. I will say though, due to glaze on the meat, it made the grills burn up quicker and because the meat was extra frozen, it took awhile to cook. We kept double checking the temperature to make sure that the grill was even on. I love that they offered rice wraps and radish wraps because personally, that's all I need with my meat for KBBQ and we doubled up on the japchae (glass noodles) for our meal. Overall, it was extremely satisfying and I love that this spot is closer to home. I still have my top favorites that my husband and I will choose to drive to, but this spot doesn't disappoint.

Went Sunday afternoon when football was playing so the wait to be seated wasn't that long (~20min). If you go for dinner, expect a much longer wait. At least they text when the table is ready so you can shop around in the mall while you wait. Once seated, it's pretty much the same as any of the other Manna BBQ locations, menu wise. It is more aesthetically pleasing with the decorations but if you get seated in the plastic chairs and not the booth, it can be a little bit uncomfortable. I think the call button in our section was broken because service was a bit slow. The quality of meats were the same as the other locations but the sides were a bit off, specifically the soondobu, kimchi and potato salad. The kimchi and potato salad seemed stale. For the soondobu, they brought out the mild version at first, which is like the ramen broth. The spicy version is more like the soondobu at the other locations but even that didn't have the meat and clams that the other locations have in their soondobu. Overall, I prefer another Manna BBQ location but if you are in this mall or near this mall, then this suffices. Parking is plentiful.

The price/quality of the meat here makes this our go to for AYCE KBBQ - really good stuff. Service is hit or miss if it's busy.

Everything was good. We only waited 10 minutes around 4:30 PM on a Saturday. Came here on an empty stomach and still couldn't eat it all, but it is so worth coming

I highly recommend dining in for the full experience. This location is decent for SD KBBQ. I'm not a fan of the Convoy and Bonita locations but the brisket, beef belly, beef finger meat, and rib eye were good considering the price. Their side dishes are well worth the price too. It's super convenient to have kbbq at a mall but be prepared to wait awhile especially on weekends. The restaurant itself was pretty clean but the service was lacking toward the last 30 minutes of my meal. My family had to pay at the counter since our server stopped checking on us and didn't respond to the call button. The grills also burn really fast. We changed our grill 4 times within 1.5 hours. I'll be back!

Manna BBQ in the PB Mall? This place is getting all kinds of eateries lately. I've been to a few of the Manna joints in town. They have the neat robot that serves your dishes. The robot tends to play music as it rolls by. You also ring a button for service to switch out your grill plate if it's too used or for other service related questions. The button also plays a short jingle. The meat kept on coming for as long as we kept ordering. If Korean BBQ had a version of Disneyland this would probably be it.

We went on a Monday right when they opened so we were seated right away. Service was great and the food was good. It's a lot cleaner compared to the other restaurants. The only thing that sucks is that their corn cheese has peppers in it and you can't take it out :/ but it was still good! We'd definitely come back. + They have high chairs for Littles which is a plus!! +

Had an epic Saturday here at Mana Korean BBQ with the crew, feasting on the legendary A2 spread for two hours! Super spacious, low staff, but ultimately good vibes and good food! Post-BBQ, we hit up Plaza Bonita mall, turned it into a Target shopping spree.

My best friend loves to eat here. I love brisket with rice paper lettuce wrapped with japchae and it always hits the spot. This place also has really good corn cheese. The service is good inside but the wait is usually long.

Happy they opened another one here down south. We went on a Tuesday around 5pm so the wait wasn't too bad. This decor and ambiance of this place is really nice, it has a fun atmosphere. The other location is kind of small so it was nice to have a lot of space and tables available at this one. Service was friendly and quick and loved the additional service from the robots! Really happy with the service. After every round, they offered to switch our grill right away. All the food was fresh and delicious. Overall we had a great experience at this new location and would definitely come back!

Service at this location is horrible. Our server Christy would take our order and food would not come until another server noticed us and would go put in the order and bring it. When it was time for the check Christy brings the check for the customers around us and completely ignores us, we had to ask again and she said she forgot ours. That's was the theme of the night. It's unfortunate because we love the Otay location and this would have been closer but it was such a bad experience and we didn't think the food tasted as good. It's beautiful interior, large tables with room for any size person but they need more robots or better trained staffed.

Horrible. We waited to be seated for 20 mins. I have never had an issue with this but once we got seated we didn't have anyone come to us for 30MINS our drink or food order. We had to use the call button and even then nobody came to us. We decided to leave and as soon as we were getting up someone asked if we received our bill. Once we explained nobody had came they were apologizing. Sad experience. We will most likely not be returning.

Food was great. Wait time wasn't bad. I was able to check in as soon as I got to the mall and was able to walk around and do some shopping, got a text notifying me that my table was ready. They are on top of the grill changes. Will 100% come back again.

We usually go to MiraMesa but this is way closer to home. Food options are really good and taste good. To me the rice wasn't good but my husband really liked it. The biggest complaint i have is that they didnt have all the drinks available two different times that we went which sucked. To get seated it was not a long wait and I thought it would be crowded since it is in a mall. Getting our food was fast as well and they constantly checked on us and it was so cool a robot would bring our food. I feel like maybe so music playing would be cool but the lighting and location was good as well.

I've visited this place twice, and fortunately, I haven't encountered any major issues! Whether it's a weekday or a weekend night, I've never waited more than 30 minutes for a table. Plus, being in a mall, I don't mind using that time to explore a couple of stores before receiving the text message to return. This location is significantly larger than the one in Chula Vista and has a more appealing ambiance. The decor and booths are new and distinct, almost making me forget we're in a mall because it looks like a chic restaurant compared to other mall food options. While the service is generally good, it can be a bit challenging to grab a server's attention at times. However, I understand it's busy, and a little persistence usually does the trick--press that button, and they'll come by eventually, LOL. I particularly enjoy their sauce! My favorite meat choices are the Marinated Short Rib and Brisket, and I often pair them with rice paper and corn cheese!

What a great addition to this location. Like if this was the missing piece of the puzzle. No more long drives elsewhere as Manna has been opened here. Definitely for those who prefer bbq over hot pots. Two options are available for menu to choose from and both are good to go. Other than the menu with the good stuff, service here is very good. Staff around you will be attentive and assistive to any question or need. All five stars for the great service.

Had to try the newest Manna BBQ that finally opened in Plaza Bonita. First impression: Beautiful huge space. It's so big inside, there are actually several sections with different decor. It's pretty Nice. It puts our Manna in Chula Vista to shame. Besides all that. They have a robot! It's kind of cool that it just rolls up to the table with your food. Although. It delivered a duplicate order. So we had to try and eat thru that mistake. So we arrived for an early dinner on Saturday. Lucky we did, because our wait was only 20 minutes. My friend arrived a little bit later and the estimated wait time jumped up to 2 hours... After being seated our server greeted us and took our order. All the bon chon were already waiting on the table for us, and our food was brought out shortly after being placed. Every dish we ordered was delicious. Cooked to perfection...haha because obviously you cook it yourself. I don't know if it's just me, but grilling while trying to give my kids the bbq they want while trying to eat yourself, its kind of stressful. Luckily they have Soju. Overall a great dining experience. Everything from the ambiance to the service and most importantly the food, was on point.

Quick service tasty food. Great ambiance this location is pretty damn clean only thing that sucks is everything cost so much now a days

Came back a 2nd time... great service in the beginning but after the two families around our area left, we no longer got service lol. We rang the buzzer 20+ times. No1 came. They weren't that busy. I flagged down a wait staff and asked for assistance... he said "did you ring the buzzer?" "No sh1t Sherlock, 20+ times." Finally a server came, we only needed rice and bean sprouts to finish up the remaining meat we had left. She only comes back with rice? So tempted to dine and dash haha! Of course we didn't, paid and didn't tip. Felt bad for not tipping but that was such a bad experience. Anywho we'll still come back since it's closer than going to bonita.

Unfortunately I never got to try the food here due to the poor service. We came in on a Wednesday evening at 7:30PM and waited a quick 10 minutes to be seated. The menus, banchan and waters were already set on the table so we took some time deciding what to order. I went to use the restroom and it was a complete mess--toilet paper all over the floor, overflowing trash cans, clogged toilets... enough said. Back at the table, another 10 minutes passed and no one came to greet us or ask if we had any questions so we managed to flag down a hostess and ask if we were supposed to press the button for service or if someone would come to us. She apologized and said they were very busy and stated the buttons sometimes didn't work so she would go find someone to help. After 15 more minutes we decided that if it was this hard to get someone to just come over and greet us, the rest of the meal service didn't look very promising, so we left. I would love to update this review later once I actually get to try the food, as I'm a big fan of other Manna locations and this is conveniently located and very modern, so there's definitely potential. Let's hope they iron out some kinks in the coming weeks.

Here we go. This is my first review on Yelp! A couple friends of mine and I went to this location for the first time. I usually go to the one on Convoy and it's great! Unfortunately this experience was not good at all. We get there and there's nobody at the front desk so my friend signs up at the kiosk then we try to flag someone down and that takes about five minutes then another few minutes to get seated. We get a table and place our orders. First they brought out some of the sides we ordered like rice, steamed egg etc. We waited patiently for them to bring out some of the meats and after a while it had been at least 20 minutes so we were getting a little irritated. I asked one of the servers why it was taking so long and she said she would check. It was probably another 10 minutes before they actually brought out the meats and I don't even think they were the right ones. So anyways we started cooking and eating the meats and after a while a server came by and asked if we wanted to order some more so we did cause we now knew it was going to take a while. Well a while passed and no signs of our food coming at all. So we asked a server and she checked the tablet and said we didn't order anything else. We were in SHOCK! We told her we ordered more a while back. So we now ordered again with her. When the food finally came once again it wasn't even the correct meats but we didn't say anything. We just ate it. On a plus note all the servers were very nice but one of them spoke hardly any English so it was really difficult to communicate with her. In the end we probably should've spoken with management to let them know about our poor experience so that they know and could address the issues so it doesn't keep happening in the future to other customers. I feel sorry that they couldn't give us a better experience. I really hope they can work everything out and give better service and succeed in the future as I don't like it when a business fails. I know that I will probably never go back to this location even though I love Manna.

We've been going to all of the Malls to find my Son a Watch that he wanted and we ended up at this Mall in Plaza Bonita and while walking inside the Mall there was this very Familiar name that I saw, it was "MANNA HEAVEN BBQ". I was surprised to see them inside the Mall, we usually dine in at the Convoy branch. We signed up and it wasn't even 5 minutes before our name was called to be seated. The inside is beautiful and pretty big, there's a lot of dining space . Also, we found out that they just recently opened to this location last week Sept . 27 , 2023 It's an all you can eat Korean Bbq and we chose their Premium option. There is so much food to choose from and we tried to order as much as we can to taste them all, but we got so full fast. The ones we ordered are: *HAWAIIAN PORK BELLY *MARINATED PORK STEAK *TERIYAKI BEEF BELLY * LA GALBI ( SHORT RIBS ) *BABY OCTUPUS *SPICY SQUID *RIB EYE STEAK *SMALL INTESTINE *TOFU STEW *MANNA RAMEN *CORN CHEESE *BIBIMBAP All the meats were all so Flavorful and tender. Everything that we ordered was so delicious that we ordered each of them like 3 times the rest of our stay. But our Top 3 that we like is the BEEF SHORT RIB, the HAWAIIAN PORK BELLY, and the MARINATED BEEF BELLY. The service is quick here and the staff are all nice. The food was good and this is a great addition to the mall, at least now we know that if we end up here shopping in the Plaza Bonita Mall we will know where to find a good Korean Bbq! We didn't encounter any bad experiences or issue while dinning, so we are really satisfied with our first visit at this Manna location.

FINALLY OPEN! The long wait has been way overdue and they have opened their doors, and inside is absolutely stunning. Very beautiful ambiance. Clean, sleek and modern. I love it! Set up is well done, plenty of room and you don't feel congested. Electronic walk up waitlist. They text you when your table is ready, making it super convenient. Seating in the waiting area. Perfect in the mall. You can shop while you wait. Last night we waited about a half an hour at 8pm which wasn't bad at all. Table was already set up with plates and sides. And water was provided in a self pour pitcher, which I appreciated. We had our toddler with us and our host didn't offer us a high chair, she walked us to our table and sat us and left. I stood around waiting for someone to assist us with a high chair because I didn't want my Son to touch the grill. It woulda been nice if they put that in consideration. Service bell was on the wall to help speed up efficiency (which didn't really work) we still waited about 15 minutes to have our order taken. Which is ok, they're still new and getting into the groove of things. Food came out fast and the food was delicious! My favorites were all of the sides. My husband's was the meat, they really didn't skip a beat. Overall, they're still a work in progress and have so much potential. I definitely see them thriving. Food was on point and so much bang for your buck. Our whole meal was $60 for 2 adult dinners! Definitely will be our new go to. Perfect for date night, dinner with family or friends. They do accommodate big parties. Try them out!

Came in last night for dinner with the family, wait time was around 20 min which was great considering the first time we went the wait time was over 40 min. Was seated at 7:09pm but our waiter didn't come until 7:35pm which to me is ridiculous no drinks nothing we pushed the call button twice before we waved someone down to get our waiter to come. Our waiter, Michael, was extremely rude didn't apologize for the wait and just stood there without even asking what we wanted. We ordered our meats and sides and he walked away and that was the last encounter we had with him the rest of the night. Apparently he ended up going on his "break" so we got a new waiter, Nick, who was amazing and extremely polite. Our grill was never changed the entire time we were there but the food was good the fried rice is delicious and the dumplings as well. Other than the unprofessional customer service of the first waiter Micheal, the place is good to bring kids and enjoy a family outing.

The new restaurant is beautiful and clean. Really enjoyed the service as they were very quick to take your order and bring your meals. I recommend this place for amazing tasting food!

Went to Plaza Bonita location. Not enough people working. Got there 1/2 hour after they opened, wait said 28 mins, got seated 1&1/2 hours later! Will NOT return to that location!

OMG Manna is here at Plaza Bonita Mall!!! Ambience: omg so cute and fresh looking! I'm in love with the anime clouds and the cute gat hanging from the ceiling soooo kawai! Food: meat was good as always. The soondubu (the right amount of spice and flavor) and steam eggs was super silky was delicious! Service wasn't bad but again they just opened on Wednesday so there will be some slowness on getting your orders in or receiving them but it wasn't bad of a wait. Overall friendly staff and food as always was delish.

Wait was about 20 mins. Your standard menu. Service was ok. They didn't have the full bar only Terra. Since it just opened guess they are still working on it. I love Korean bbq so yes I'll be back.

Service was alright in the beginning, then towards the end we rang the bell 10 times and no one came. We wanted more meat but got tired of waiting so we just asked for the check. 2/10 service.

Had an awesome time here, our server Leon, totally made our night! Our party eats a lot, and he was very attentive. He and his team made sure we got the attention we needed every time we rang our bell. The food was pretty good in this location, and the wait staff is really nice. The seating area is very big and spacious. You're not too close to another party which I really liked. I definitely recommend getting the short ribs as they were pretty tender. Parking is good so you don't have to worry got here maybe 10 minutes before our reservation and got in no problem. Had a good time would come back when round 1 opens here soon

I've been here twice. My kids love Korean bbq. The first time we went the service was ok we had to reorder our food multiple times and we had to wait over an hour on a Wednesday evening for a table. There are no reservations. We had fun. The meats are really good quality here for the most part. The second time the wait was an hour again on a Wednesday night but it's all good we knew what to expect. We were seated and we didn't get service for atleast 15 minutes after ring the bell and finally flagging down a waiter. We were finally able to put on our first order. We were so thirsty and all that got dropped off at our table was meat. The staff didn't even turn on the grill. Well finally after another 10 minutes someone finally came over and brought us water and lit the grill. Once again we had to reorder our order multiple times again. If the staff is overwhelmed stop seating more people!!! It's not only stressful for your staff it's stressful for your customers. Honestly, I don't think we will be back. It's time to fine a new spot with better service. Btw our waitress was super nice but she was stretched so thin it was not ok.

Just tried to get a table. it's 8:15pm and they turned us away becuase they close at 9pm. That has never happened at any restaurant in my whole life

Fun place! Cook an our own Korean food- plenty of choices of meats, veggies and extras... bring your appetite!

I stated this before and I am right. Earlier shift are much more attentive due to the place not being packed as much. Matthew is very attentive to our needs and we appreciate that. Then it transitioned to Sunny, who also works at the Manna BBQ in Chula Vista. That's a familiar face. Good service from her like always. Now aside from the good service, here is the con. The Steamed Egg. For some reason, it was giving off a smokey burnt smell. Visually it looks fine. After taking a few bites closer to the bottom, we have discovered that the taste starts to go burnt. Doesn't matter if it's covered in cheese or not, I think it would be helpful for whoever is in back making this is to get a timer. It can either be hard or not to mess up a steamed egg.

Food was so delicious, the meats were very nicely cut. We had a robot bring out meats! It was actually pretty cool. The service was very fast and it was our first time and they explained how it worked very well. The place looks very nice! Overall it was a great experience to recommend for sure!

Egg had a lot of "grittiness". Fried rice burnt. Potato salad was good tho. And the meat... well, meat is meat...
