"Speaking of lack of atmosphere, this tiny cafe hidden without signage on the second floor of an office building leaves decoration to a few tables, a mounted whiteboard menu in Korean, and a stack of cardboard boxes. No matter. The sweet ladies who run it light the place right up as they turn out soothingly fragrant soups like samgyetang with rice-stuffed chicken, ginseng, and egg and the beef-noodle soup called seolleongtang, accompanied by dishes of seasoned salt and chile paste for flavoring to taste (as well as a rainbow of kimchi and other banchan, of course)." - Ruth Tobias

Our waitress was really nice & helpful. The food was the best Korean food I've had. Although I wish that they would had add alil more meat in. It's not salty/oily. This is a hidden spot so it took a bit to find. I love all the sides. I order the dried fish w/ bean sprouts. It's very clean inside. From the parking lot with the purple top building, there's a door on the side to the big building. It's upstairs to the right side.

My favorite place for authentic Korean food. The picture is from last year. I went a few weeks ago, and it was even better than my last experience! The broth has an amazing flavor. It tasted like home. I feel bad since I don’t practice Korean often, but to show more consideration for the owners and staff, I will learn more Korean so I am able to give proper gratitude the next time I dine with them :)

What a great, hidden, and adorable gem! Food was well-prepared, delicious, and fresh. Menu is slightly limited, but you really feel like you're eating authentic Korean home cooked meals. Yes, it's tucked away in the corner upstairs on the second floor with a bunch of other shops in what looks like a local Korean church. When we went, it was 2 other older Korean men just enjoying dinner... definitely a place for locals in the know. Try it out!

Great place for Korean food, the owner was super friendly & nice. I was alone but she still gave me 7 side dishes, and when i told her that i only need one for myself and not want to waste the rest of them, she was like, "all of these taste good, too" and genuinely wanted me to have them. It was a tasty & chill meal alone. I am definitely going back.

The food here is absolutely delicious and the owner was friendly. It's a little hidden gem and has the best bone broth I've had since I got back from Korea. Definitely try them out when you get a chance!

If you want an authentic Korean cuisine experience, this is the place for you. They do have an English menu on the tables for those who don’t know Korean. Definitely a must have if you're craving some solid Korean food. The people that own this place are all very nice. Try the Yukgaejang (육개장) or the Sullungtong (설렁탕) if you enjoy a good soup.

The food is phenomenal. Best tteokbokki I've ever had, the hangover soup is absolutely delicious. The banchan is generous and tastes so fresh! The area is a bit confusing and hard to find but well worth it

Food is decent for what it is. This restaurant offers dosirak, a packaged lunch. They have a couple of rotating menu items each day which includes meat, rice and side dishes. Price is around 12 to 15 bucks. The restaurant does have other a la carte dishes which are posted on a hand written menu board. If you know what to order, it's definitely better to order over the phone before arriving at the restaurant.
