Manna's Restaurant

It’s always the place to be. They moved down the block and I almost didn’t find them. When I’m in Harlem this is my go to place to eat. You get your monies worth every time.

This unassuming restaurant offers a superb buffet selection priced by weight. The food was so flavourful and the staff and clientele alike so friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

14 years, that’s how long I’ve been eating here. Rarely does a place get better with age and even more so after they “move”, but damn does their food just get better. Sadly I moved out of my parent’s place so I can’t go to Mannas every week, but every time I visit them I make sure to grab mannas. Their Turkey Jambalaya is second to none.

Yummy Yummy in my Tummy! I don’t know too much about soul food but I am deeply in knowledge of food that touches my soul. I found this place because I was around the area and wanted something different. I read the reviews and decided to give it a shot and tried a bit of everything. Those crab cakes were crack. Oxtail was good. Jerk chicken was fire! Black eye peas, mac and cheese, some stuff from the bottom, stuff around the corner, back, front, upside down… all was good and different from your local take out.

Pretty good food, especially since it’s buffet style in that you can choose from a lot of options and just pay based on the weight. The food is delicious and a tad expensive, but not for New York. They had great options for hot food (though I’m not sure how well the fried options hold being in the warming pan) and had a good number of options in the salad bar. The desserts looked absolutely amazing and there’s a pretty good selection of drinks as well.

I try to stop by Manna's every time I visit New York. Food is fresh and lots of options to choose. Korean style fried chicken, oxtails, fried fish were all very tender and flavorful. However, Betty, the owner, has always been my favorite part of visiting Manna's because of her hospitality

I went with some people to eat. I really don't like open food because what people can do to the food while serving themselves and others. I must say that I enjoyed the food. I had 2 pieces of fish and 1 1/2 spoon of potatoes salad and rice N beans with jerk sauce.

This place caught me as I walked by. Then we went in. 😃 The different foods were amazing to be able to pick what you want and how much you want ( but buyer beware the price is by the pound). Overall this a a nice place to eat !
