Mano restaurant

Amazing 5 course meal, Asian inspired. The wagyu beef and pear & lychee dessert were simply the best. Would highly recommend for a date night or special family meal. The servers were all so hospitable and had many recommendations for Haarlem

I recently visited Mano (March 26) and was really impressed with everything. The service and food were both A+. Coming from the US, this meal would have cost 3x more for a tasting menu of this quality. I wish I could remember our sommelier's name, but she was absolutely fantastic. If you have the chance to eat here, do not hesitate. It was a truly an amazing overall experience.

Outstanding!!! One of the most creative tasting menus I have encountered in years! All expertly executed and presented. Instead of a wine pairing, try the alternative beverage accompaniments based on tea, botanicals etc for a different and unique experience. We had a wonderful gastronomic evening with superb food and drink, as well as friendly and enthusiastic engagement with the Mano team. Perfect!

We enjoyed the dinner a lot! Especially the wine selection! Every single wine matches the dish very well. You can experience some “untraditional” wines. The food is also very good. With a lot of Asian ingredients inside. If I have to pick a minus point, I would go for the bread. The brioche is very tasty, but it is a bit too much/heavy for the dishes. I think it can just be replaced with sourdough bread. Later on they also provide normal bread, I am not sure if it is sourdough, but the quality can be better. Overall, I can definitely understand why they have 5 stars for so long time.😊

What a fantastic experience! We enjoyed a 7-course dinner where every dish stood out in both flavor and presentation. Even the amuse-bouches were a delight. Everything was spot on: surprising combinations, perfect progression, and great attention to detail. The service was excellent – friendly, attentive, and professional. Honestly, I’ve had meals at Michelin-starred restaurants that impressed me less than this. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful ambiance and extraordinary staff. The staff is so skillful in getting diners to up their charges. My waitress said "the portion of fish is small, order more". So thoughtful. If you are hungry do go somewhere else. If you are of low weight, perfect for you. Bring a magnifying glass to see your dinner.

We were impressed by the food and wine pairing. Everything about our dinner was memorable. Service is excellent. Very devoted and engaging staff. Try the duck liver. Hard to see them not earning their Michelin star soon.
