Amazing 5 course meal, Asian inspired. The wagyu beef and pear & lychee dessert were simply the best. Would highly recommend for a date night or special family meal. The servers were all so hospitable and had many recommendations for Haarlem

I recently visited Mano (March 26) and was really impressed with everything. The service and food were both A+. Coming from the US, this meal would have cost 3x more for a tasting menu of this quality. I wish I could remember our sommelier's name, but she was absolutely fantastic. If you have the chance to eat here, do not hesitate. It was a truly an amazing overall experience.

We enjoyed the dinner a lot! Especially the wine selection! Every single wine matches the dish very well. You can experience some “untraditional” wines. The food is also very good. With a lot of Asian ingredients inside. If I have to pick a minus point, I would go for the bread. The brioche is very tasty, but it is a bit too much/heavy for the dishes. I think it can just be replaced with sourdough bread. Later on they also provide normal bread, I am not sure if it is sourdough, but the quality can be better. Overall, I can definitely understand why they have 5 stars for so long time.😊

Great experience! Thank you! The taste, flavor, presentation, overall the entire meal and evening was very good! The staff was very friendly and recognized my sister whom had dinner here before a few months ago. I would highly recommend this place if you have the opportunity. I added the wine pairing and it was a wonderfully complement to the dish it was served with… also a very generous pour 😬 Thanks again!

What a wonderful evening. We enjoyed a perfectly cooked, prepared, plated 6 course meal with corresponding wines (my recommendation, great with each of the courses) with perfect service from the entire team. You all deserve at least one GM star!!! Thank you all!

Outstanding!!! One of the most creative tasting menus I have encountered in years! All expertly executed and presented. Instead of a wine pairing, try the alternative beverage accompaniments based on tea, botanicals etc for a different and unique experience. We had a wonderful gastronomic evening with superb food and drink, as well as friendly and enthusiastic engagement with the Mano team. Perfect!

We had a great dinner (6 persons) at MANO. What a great place it is, the food was outstanding , especially the coquille (signaturedish!!), tuna and dessert were mindblowing. The service of Tekura and her team was professional, warm and informal polite. Everybody loved it. The R&L Legras Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Champagne fits perfect in the total concept. We are big fans of MANO and recommend everybody this awesome dining experience. Martijn & Jeanine
