Manoir Du Cafe

With an unexpected stop in a Baie Comeau due to a ferry cancellation-we were able to spend a couple of hours enjoying coffee and lunch at this warm and friendly coffee shop. They are a coffee specialty shop and their coffee certainly rated as one of the best we have had yet in Canada. We had a caffe Latte and a Mochacino (I am still a little gunshy of coffee in Canada). if you are used to Australian sized coffee-make sure to order the small-it is still large! We had lunch of soup and a steak Ciabatta which were very good-fresh, tasty and well presented. the take away salads looked fabulous, but were bigger than we needed . Staff were friendly and patient with our lousy french. some nice little coffee and tea related gifts available for sale -including socks! Toilets were very clean. if you have time-make sure to stop here and enjoy the unexpected lovely ambience of Baie Comeau!

We were very pleased with this Cafe. We had a Salad and Sandwich for lunch. The latte was easily "the best" my partner ever had.

A superb place for breakfast, lunch or light diner... The café is good, service is really good and food is delicious...

Traveling through, I stopped in looking for a fresh, healthy grab and go and found it here! Beautiful and delicious salads and poke bowls. I’m vegetarian and they had an excellent selection for me. We even picked up a bottle of local red wine that was yummy and a bag of coffee beans to grind for our French press. The coffee is so good we wish we picked up more! I also bought a homemade granola bar that was also very tasty. When we went back early the next morning, I was so happy to see they were open! I picked up another lunch to take for the road. And the staff was really friendly and helpful! This place gets 5 shining stars from me.

Options available for dietary restrictions- vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free. Fast, efficient, friendly service, even when the place is packed. Great coffee house ambiance, but with table service. The whole experience keeps me going back.

Surprisingly amazing food. Good choices of vegan options too. And the coffee is great. Probably best lunch in Baie Comeau.

Another gem of Place LaSalle in Baie-Comeau. They serve decent coffee and decent food. Could benefit from a little more "coffee knowledge" but still a very nice place in the city.

Fantastic coffee, and I had a cherry muffin that was excellent. Also, the coffee came in a large mug, which was great service was good. Cute and quaint.

Great cafe for a quick meal before exploring Baie Comeau. It's only a 15 -20 minutes walk from the cruise port. Staff are friendly and prices are very reasonable. They also offer gluten free toast at no extra cost!

Great coffee, roasted by the owner. Service is usualy fast with courtesy. Prices are ok, worth the quality of the food. Ambiance is usualy welcoming.

Nice little breakfast spot along the main strip in downtown Baie-Comeau. The waitresses were really friendly and helpful with this lost anglophone. Food was delicious even as it came out of a large menu. I would definitely return & I'm glad I put in the work to find somewhere to get breakfast in Baie-Comeau.
