Manoir Kasselslay

I only went to the restaurant, so I can't say anything about the rooms. But the food was delicious and the place is very nice. Only strange thing is that you cannot give any tips with credit card, that must be a bit frustrating for the waiters, since i guess some people don't have cash with them anymore.

I was in this area of rural Luxembourg for a business trip. And decided to stay with this lovely hotel. I was there for the second time and was warmly welcomed when entering the door. After a uncomplicated check-in I was accompanied to my room. The room was really nice especially the bathroom with its bathtub. It is a bit unfortunate that this room doesn’t have a separate shower. But that would be te only complain I could have. The very best part of my stay was the delicious dinner. It started with a little bite of home made snacks during the Aperitife and a little specialty of smoked trout while waiting on my crab soup. For my main courses had the best rack of piglet in my live. It was crispy, soft and delicious. The service was very personal and just perfect. I had a good night rest and enjoyed a beautiful breakfast in the morning. I would recommend to anyone to stay and especially dine at this hotel.

We went there for the restaurant, menu gourmande: food was amazing and very good service. I would recommend it to anyone searching for very good food and a nice atmosphere. (well above most restaurants in Luxembourg city, even comparable (maybe even better) with the "one Michelin star" places). Congrats to the chef and staff!

A wonderful place for a weekend getaway. We spent a night there and enjoyed a perfect dinner. A bit pricey but the quality and service are on par for what you pay. Also an excellent breakfast was included in the price. We will be back.

A wonderful welcome by Chef Patron Hans and his wife Myriam was just the start, nothing was too much trouble. Great rooms for our party of three couples, drinks on the terrace before dinner and then the impossible decisions to choose from such a superb menu. We know that Luxembourg has several world class restaurants and Manoir Kasselslay is up there with the best, A delightful place to stay with top quality food, imaginative and impressive. A great pity that we were only staying one night but a great memory to take away,

If you want a perfect stay, this is the place! Nice and very clean room (we stayed in the mint room). Missed the curtain in the bath for showering, but that's personal.|Very nice gastronomic menu with excellent wines for an affordable price. The young sommelier is a big plus!|

Awesome food and comfortable stay. Staff was very polite and helpful. Though it was a booking at last minute still we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Food is really amazing here.

From the moment we arrived (which was much later than the expected time of arrival) we were welcomed in a very warm and friendly way. The owner (a lady) took us up to our room, which was SPOTLESSLY CLEAN!!!! Really, we spend quite a lot of time in hotels, but this hotel stands out way above any other hotel we have been in, in terms of cleanliness!!! Bed was great and so was the breakfast, super fresh and yummy! I can highly recommend this hotel!
