Cuban cuisine & frozen cocktails in an intimate, bilevel space with a homey ambiance.
"This Havana-inspired cigar box bar offers a refreshing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Quarter. Try a guava or classic daiquiri or dive into the famed frozen menu. Just try to sip your drink slowly enough to avoid brain freeze. A delightful menu of Cuban snacks and a loft-like second level make it a nice pre-dinner stop, and a new courtyard out back adds some breathing room." - Eater Staff, Beth D'Addono
"This Cuban bar in the French Quarter is a great place for a daiquiri, and it added a patio to the equation just last spring." - Clair Lorell, Missy Frederick
"Manolito is a Havana-inspired bar and cafe from a trio of top New Orleans restaurant and bar proprietors, and the vibe and drinks reflect the expertise behind it. Though the main attraction at Manolito would have to be its cocktails, the Cuban-inspired menu is absolutely worth your attention. One of Manolito’s best signature cocktails is the Jazz Daiquiri — made with Jamaican rum, lime, agave nectar, Creme de Cacao, and coffee beans, but all the drinks are fantastic. This spot is not to be missed, and now has more seating thanks to a newly-introduced courtyard." - Clair Lorell
"Manolito became an instant New Orleans classic after opening in the French Quarter in 2018. The petite Havana-inspired bar is a delight in every way, from the quirky interior, gruff but friendly bartenders, and outstanding, expertly crafted drinks. The stellar cocktail menu gets extra festive between Thanksgiving and Christmas with hot drinks like a hot toddy, mulled wine, hot buttered rum, and a cold New Orleans classic, the eggnog daiquiri." - Clair Lorell
