I had a mixed experience at this restaurant, but there were definitely some standout highlights. To start, the tuna tartare was absolutely amazing--fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ceviche was also very good, with a nice balance of citrus and spice that really brought out the freshness of the seafood.
The service was immaculate. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the entire meal. That level of hospitality really elevated the overall experience.
Now, while the appetizers were excellent, the entrées unfortunately didn't live up to the same standard. The pork belly, which I was really looking forward to, was very bland and lacked the rich, savory depth you'd expect from that cut of meat. The branzino also fell flat--it was nicely cooked but didn't have much flavor, and felt underseasoned overall.
One unexpected delight was the mint lemonade--it was honestly the best I've ever had. Refreshing, perfectly balanced, and incredibly satisfying.
In summary, if you're stopping in for appetizers like the tuna tartare or ceviche, you're in for a treat. But if you're looking for bold, flavorful entrées, this might not be the place. That said, the service and certain standout items still make it worth a visit depending on what you're in the mood for
