Mar-Lou Shoes

I recently purchased two pairs of shoes from Mar-Lou Shoes, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, Susan, my salesperson, was absolutely excellent. She was knowledgeable, patient, and had a great eye for style. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for—everything fit perfectly and looks fantastic. It’s rare to get such personal, attentive service these days, and Susan really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending Mar Lou Shoes to friends and family

I have shopped Mar-Lou many times over the past and ALWAYS have been very satisfied with all of the employees and purchases! On Black Friday my daughter and granddaughter were with me and Kia was the lucky one to assist us! AND, what a wonderful and knowledgeable person( beyond patient!) who was able to assist all 3 of us while chatting pleasantly! I’m sorry that I’ve not previously posted my “thanks, etc.”

I am never at a loss for assistance at Mar Lou's Shoe Store. Kia was very helpful in bringing me out no less than eight pairs of shoes to try. I needed a pair of walking shoes for my trip to Paris. I finally settled on two pair. A pair of Brooks and a pair of Ziera's. She was patient and helpful and gave me her recommendations.

I went to Mar-Lou shoes to look for a shoe that would accommodate my custom orthotic and ankle brace! I receive good help from Mary! I bought a pair of shoes, and she extended the return period for me until I pick up the othotics and brace. She suggested I return with the new shoes and the othotics and brace so she could make sure I was getting the best fit to accommodate the added equipment! Thank you, Mary for all your help and expertise!

I’ve always been happy with my shopping experience at Mar-Lou and this last time did not disappoint. Kia was very helpful in educating me on the pros and cons of various winter shoes and boots. I never felt rushed and found Kia to be very kind and personable.

I went to Mar-Lou Shoes to find casual leather shoes/boots. My Aunt was a long-time customer and spoke highly of her experience and the extensive inventory. I was quickly greeted by a wonderful salesperson, Rachel, who helped me select great shoes! I will definitely go back as the need arises.

I had an amazing experience. I didn't really know what would be the best option for me but Linda was amazing. She asked me questions about my activities and preferences and got me the perfect shoes. I was working with Mindy she was EXTREMELY helpful. I bought a couple pairs of shoes and some great socks ! She really spent time with me . I was not rushed . I hope turn to Marlo shoes I hope she’s there and will wait on me again great experience. She’s a great asset to that company.
