"Take a seat in the dining room, with its arched windows and hand-painted ceilings, at Marchand’s Bar & Grill and enjoy a mix of classic and comfort fare, prepared with local ingredients. Don’t miss the lobster grilled cheese on brioche at lunch time, or the scallops with butternut grits and maple pork belly come dinner. A sushi and sashimi bar is also available on Tuesday through Saturday evenings, and the Sunday brunch buffet—with its made-to-order omelets, carved meat station, assorted desserts, DIY Bloody Mary bar, and unlimited mimosas—is a worthy indulgence." - Susan B. Barnes

Poor Service, Expensive, Sub-par Food- As a member of the club this place I've tried many times hoping for a good result to offset all the previous visits. My most recent attempt was for lunch taking some family visiting from out of town. I was boasting Vinoy as having the best of the best service and it blew up in my face. The hostess was rude, wouldn't seat us in a spot we desired despite the place being empty. After spending over $100 on lunch for 3 people nobody was impressed with the food. The only saving grace is the atmosphere but you're far better off to go anywhere else on beach drive.

Beautiful place! Excellent brunch. The omlette station was great. Excellent service. Bloody Mary bar was great, too! Sych a variety of choices of ingredients for both! Friendky and comfortable!

Excellent service. Relaxing yet sophisticated atmosphere. The live music was well done. Food was well priced for the quality we received. Will eat there again.

Fabulous food, attentive and friendly service and chic cocktails, along with a Wine Spectator-award winning wine list, all in a gloriously lavish setting adds up to a most memorable night out! We will make a point of coming back to Marchand's whenever visiting St. Pete.

Enjoyed a great breakfast. Tried the cuban benedict....very good, but not as good as the regular benedict.

This restaurant was top notch! The breakfast buffet was delish and well priced...service by Wes was outstanding - he even gave us a congratulatory dessert as a wedding gift...

Gorgeous dining room: My wife and I had 3 meals here in December 2017 while staying at the Hotel Vinoy, where Marchand's serves as the main dining room. This very large, classic, historic room is truly beautiful. It's so nice-looking that I prefer a table without a window view ... because I just want to gaze at this lovely interior. Prices are very high. The very impressive Sunday brunch costs $70 per person including all the Mimosas you can drink. On other mornings, the breakfast buffet costs $23 pp. and is a real treat. The highly professional staff is everywhere, seeming to outnumber the customers. The food is terrific here. I will certainly go back to Marchand's in the future.

The true stars of this place are the management and the kitchen. The kitchen cranks out food reliably and with perfect preparation. I have been to significantly more expensive restaurants that don’t know the grill the way this kitchen does. Management does a wonderful job organizing and managing event space. Servers for various meals were very friendly, there was a small amount of order error, but nothing that they were not able to correct. Host station was terrific to work with as well.
