Disappointing experience despite good service from the sales staff
I’ve been an Apple customer for over 10 years. Everything in my home is Apple — I’ve always appreciated the quality and, above all, the customer service. That’s why I was so disappointed by my experience at this store.
While the salesperson was kind, helpful, and professional during our visit, we had to endure the security guard shadowing us the entire hour and a half we were there. It was uncomfortable, excessive, and honestly offensive. I can’t understand what the issue was. Was it because we came with a child? Because we have an accent? Because we’re Latin American? Meanwhile, other customers with dogs were being treated perfectly calmly.
This kind of behavior creates a very poor image for the brand. Since living in France, I’ve found myself preferring to shop online to avoid experiences like this in Apple physical stores. Sadly, this visit only confirmed why.
