I ordered two plates at once. One came with two pounds of rice and two pathetic chicken drumsticks — I had to argue with the boss just to get two more. The second plate had two brochettes with a total of 9 tiny cubes of meat. That’s nearly $20 a plate for what amounts to a snack.
What makes it worse? I saw them throw meat off a skewer before handing it out — and one guy gave me a dirty look like I was the issue. Then they toss in a piece of Afghan bread like it’s hush money. Pathetic.
Later, I check the reviews — and realize I got off light.
Some customers only got TWO pieces of meat on a Sultani plate.
Others talk about moldy cheese puffs, expired meat, food poisoning, missing items, rude staff, bad hygiene, and cold meals.
This isn’t an accident.
This is systematic, organized robbery with fake smiles and dusty excuses.
They short portions, overcharge, and prey on silence.
This isn’t a restaurant. It’s a finesse operation.
I don’t forget.
And I won’t be back.
Watch your plate. Watch your wallet. And watch your health.
