Consulting about our event went smoothly, with Melissa offering smart suggestions. Menus were planned, fine-tuned and put together efficiently. Instructions were clear and the team who worked at our event was friendly, professional and kind. Stacey and team built the centerpiece of our open house beautifully and the table was stunning. They didn’t miss a detail or beat throughout the day and evening. Our food was delicious; we were very well taken care of! Many guests complimented the caterer. We can’t even begin to describe how amazing and magical our wedding weekend turned out with the help of the amazing Marcia Selden team! From our first conversation, to the tasting, planning meetings, and the actual wedding day, we could tell how important it was to Jeffrey and the team to help make our wedding vision come to life! Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious and unique the presentation of the food was- especially the stunning mozzarella station! My niece got married and used Marcia Selden Catering for all of it. There were three days of events where catering was needed. It seemed as if it was all of the same staff that worked all of them. They were all friendly, accommodating, and very professional. By the end of it all, I felt as if we had known all of them forever. That was really cool. The plethora of passed apps, dinner buffet, cocktails, and the the brunch buffet were THE best catered food I have ever had in my entire life and 30+ year career in the food and beverage industry. Me and my party that I came with (one of which owns a catering company in another state) were totally blown away. I live on the other side of the country now. But, the Selden's food made me feel completely at "home" again. Truly impressive. I highly recommend them for any of your occasions.

Marcia Selden's entire team Were exceptional all around. We worked with Jennifer and Melissa on the planning, the incredible creative and delicious menu plus staffing. They brought it- they exceeded our expectations allowing us to be guests at our own party. The chef's presentations were the talk of the evening- all night we had so many wow factors and the servers and bartenders were professional and caring-they went above and beyond. This was a large rehearsal dinner right before Christmas in NYC. Marcia Selden Catering is amazing. We hosted a party at our house and honestly it could not have been better. Jennifer and Melissa handled all the upfront planning seamlessly, our captain (Luis) was incredibly attentive and talented, the food was wonderful, and overall the team made our event exceptional. Will definitely come back for our next event.

My mother passed away recently and we decided to have a memorial service as well as a family dinner the same night. We had several relatives coming from all over the United States and Sweden. Marcia Selden Catering was able to handle both events for us. The memorial and the dinner overlapped little bit but with the catering company sent it two teams to cover. The sandwiches and mini cookie bar at the memorial were delicious. The team leader and her crews were professional and helpful. Melinda even went out of her way to make sure that all of us running the event were fed and watered; even when we were not able to make it to the buffet table. Family dinner was a much more formal affair with passed appetizers followed by a plated dinner for 21. Food was well-made and the staff was on the ball. They also manage to accommodate the family allergies and food choices. They Kept everything moving at a nice pace. Afterwards as a family engaged in conversation with the staff were quick and quiet while cleaning up. I definitely recommend this catering company for any future events.

Simply wow. I wanted to be able to not stress, sit back, relax and enjoy my 50th birthday. Marcia Selden Catering went above and beyond to make that happen. No minor detail was overlooked and their professionalism was unmatched. The food was amazing, the staff were phenomenal. Melinda was wonderful at orchestrating the entire event and Stacey was the star of the show. Flawless. I'm looking forward to booking them again.

These people were amazing! I was fortunate to meet some of your staff today at a 50th anniversary surprise party where I had to look after a lot of kids, but was so taken back with the staffs professionalism. They did an amazing job putting everything together setting up, attending to every guest, bringing out the food and drinks, cleaning everything up and putting back everything. The food was out of this world! The decor was beautiful and every appetizer and meal was so elegantly presented I didn't even want to eat it. I highly recommend these caterers to everybody, must try! If I ever get married, you're definitely my top choice for my food service! Phenomenal job!

We used Marcia Selden Catering for our daughter's baptism party. They were so easy to work with and helped me bring my vision for the party to life. All of the food was EXCELLENT (multiple guests commented on how good it was) and the servers were so professional. It was so wonderful to not have to worry about anything during the party.
