Marco's Pizza

We came here with our family the other day, and surprisingly, we had never even heard of Marco’s Pizza before! The restaurant itself is simple—nothing fancy or over the top—but that actually made it perfect for us. It wasn’t crowded, so we had a quiet and relaxing meal. The pizza was phenomenal! The dough, in particular, was soft, flavorful, and perfectly baked. This might just become our new go-to pizza spot!

So I placed an order and they didn’t cut the pizza just was delivered pies . I called and the guys acts like I am lying saying I am gonna send the driver to get them and bring them back and we will send you the new ones . Wont be ordering from here again . Maybe they can be nicer and apologize for the misktake

I love Marcos Pizza. This is our second time ordering from this location and the food is always Hot and Fresh! Today Vanessa helped me with my Order over the phone and she was fantastic and sweet. The delivery driver was sweet and came on time! The Pizza is soo delicious we will defiantly be ordering from here again!

Good pizza and generally friendly, but don't accidentally go on a school fundraiser night. My wife was out of town so the kids (8, 5, 1) and I decided to pick up some pizza. We ordered, went to pickup, arrived at the expected pickup time, walked in with 15 people crammed in waiting, waited another 30 min, then found out our order wasn't even started, heard staff telling callers it was a 1.5-2 hour wait, asked to cancel and picked up schlotzkys pizza down the street within the next 5 min. If nothing else, I'd wish they'd prioritize those picking up and present. We'll definitely be hesitant when ordering in the future.

I got into Austin late on a Friday, with most restaurants in the locale closed and open spots not walkable. I did a delivery order from this location at about 11:35 pm. I went with a couple specials - the 10 piece Garlic Parmesan "boneless" wing at $7.99 and the large Sausage Magnifico pizza at $10.99. I also did a half gallon unsweet tea at $3.99 and the delivery fee was $4.99. I felt like the prices were fair and there was enough food for 2-3 people (three meals for me). It took about 35 minutes to get the food, a bit sooner than estimated. The driver contacted me and drop off at the hotel was easy. When I opened the chicken I was a bit disappointed with the look, but the texture and flavor were redemptive. I'd probably pass on that in the future. The pizza was great though. It was very cheesy with generous toppings and a balanced flavor. The crust was good, but a bit much for me so I'd probably get a thinner style. I would order again, especially when I get into town after 10 pm.

Best pizza ever! The crust was perfectly crunchy (if you like your pizza crunchy then there ya go!) the cheese pull was INSANE. The flavors were melting in my tounge

There was no wait to order. The pizza came out in a timely manner. It was extremely hot in the sense that when I lifted a slice everything slid off. Not a big deal, I put everything back on and ate away. It was delicious. Three of us (females) did not finish an extra large pizza. There are high chairs, restrooms, and a small sitting area.

Quoted 90 minutes for delivery, after 120 minutes called to check on it and make sure I wasn't getting an old pizza. It finally showed up after 160 minutes, cold, from a driver who seemed annoyed. Just order from somewhere else. Would be less irritated if I hadn't called, hadn't been told it was a fresh OR it was on time.

Great customer service- so polite, quick and easy pick up! Great pizza- heard several people rave about this place so I thought I'd give it a try- no regrets

On our way to the hotel we wanted to get a quick bite to eat as a take out. We saw this pizza place that was still open and stopped there. It was quite busy considering it was late. The employees were friendly. We got a large pizza and it was ready in about 15 minutes. They provided plates, napkins, red peppers and cheese. We took it back to the hotel and dug in. Pizza was really good. The only issue I had was that the cheese was a bit skimpy with the outer edges only having the red sauce. I'm always confused why, whenever we get pizza like this, the employee doesn't spread it out so the cheese covers the whole pizza except the crust. This place would have been a 5 star if there was more cheese and it covered the whole area.

I've ordered carry-out from this location several times and I've only had good experiences! The pizza is delicious, with better quality cheese and crust than other restaurant chains for the same price. Plus, they often have specials (listed on the website, online ordering portal, or on a flyer attached to their pizza boxes) that I often use to get more bang for my buck. The staff is always friendly, especially the lady who works in the evenings. The interior is pretty small, so it's definitely not a spot for large groups. Also, the wait to pick up an order can be a few minutes longer than expected, since the staff are often busy making other orders. However, they are good about communicating when they'll be available, so I've never had an issue with the wait! There is usually no shortage of parking, since this spot is located in a plaza with only three other small storefronts.

We ordered Marco's for delivery- it was buy one get one free small pizzas! The cool thing is, is that they let you upgrade the pie size just for an add one price. So we got a medium and a small for the price of a small plus $3. My pizza had a thick crust with white sauce and cheese and pineapple (don't judge). The crust was sooo pillowy and thick and cooked perfect and tons of cheese and toppings, plus the white sauce wasn't too salty! My boyfriend got a pepperoni pizza and said it was good! We also ordered the cheesy bread which was a disappointment- hence one star down. It had a really thin layer of cheese that was hard and not a lot of flavor or sauce. Would definitely pass on that item next time!

The website somehow defaulted our Austin based address to an address in MCALLEN TEXAS after entering it TWICE correctly. It has taken us hours to get this fixed. We have been unable to get any support to reverse the charge and this has been nothing but stressful. Two hours later we still have no pizza. Extremely and deeply frustrating.

It'll be awesome beyond words!, The pizza is loaded with premium toppings and cheese and veggies that are not second rate. Especially the tomato sauce, which is absolutely sublime. Though they are a smaller market they get the majority of my money when I am having a craving for a Sicilian pie.

Although the food was good the delivery service wasn't and please be aware people with families. Delivery guy was given money plus tip for the order and he stated to my kid the "tip wasn't enough" and just stood there. Fortunately I work from home, so my child came to me and told me what he said to which I laughed because it sounded silly. He was still at my front door. I asked him if he needed anything else he said it's not enough, I said I couldn't help him anymore I provided the tip. I called the store and talked to the store manager for him to say he will talk to the driver. Please don't deliver from here, that was a dangerous experience. We actually didn't even eat all the food, my children were worried he was going to come back I'm sick to my stomach

the food was soo good, hot when we got it! we decided to eat some in the car and the kind man cleaning the windows came out to us to give us plates and napkins without us asking! definitely give this place a try :-)

This pizza is delicious! We got into town late at night and discovered most pizza places were closed. I called and they said if I could get there by 11 they could make it. I made it with 2 minutes to spare and the staff were friendly. The pepperoni was better than the cheese and we wished we had gotten a bigger size (we got 2 mediums for 4 people).

Awesome service and pizza! Got hooked on it last month. I really love the supreme and meat lovers pizzas.

Cold hard pizza delivered to our hotel 30 plus minutes after it was listed as 'on the way'. Mind you, the hotel is ONE mile from them.

I love Marco's pizza bowl. My body does not tolerate the carbs associated with pizza crust but I can still enjoy the pizza toppings. (With anchovies). One star off for this visit because I got stuck behind an order for 100 pizzas. Seems as if they could have slipped my bowl somewhere in the middle. But overall thrilled with their service

I ordered a gluten free pizza, but the pizza I got was questionable as gluten free. I called them to confirm it was the gluten free, which is cauliflower crust. They said yes it was, the gluten free was only in a small size. However i do not believe that it was, as i have had a reaction to the pizza. The crust resembled too quickly to regular crust unlike other pizzas that are gluten free.

Sadly this place isn't efficient or as quick as other locations. Ordered on door dash and the poor delivery driver had to wait over thirty minutes after arriving before the food was ready for her to deliver. Her livelihood depends on you guys getting things done on time. But, the food is really pretty good. Thin crust pizza is awesome. They're consistent with how they make the products. Chicken r wings (boneless) are also really good. Overall it's a decent value and something we keep going back to.

Based on a random recommendation (I heard it's good) I decided to look at Marco's website, look over the menu. More than enough menu options + liked the "Hot Deals" I saw. Order: -Deluxe, sub'd red onions (for white onions) + jalapeños on half the pizza -Ham & pineapple I went with original crust because I didn't want too thin or thick, but ... WOW! I was surprised the crust was thicker than expected + it was soft, springy (not soggy). Nice! I don't eat pizza often. Definitely impressed with a hot, freshly made pizza, toppings with solid taste too! Definitely ordering Marco's again!

Marco's pizza has got to be the G.O.A.T. seriously!! I personally enjoy the all meat pizza, the cheese alone will have you drooling combined with the sauce and your fav toppings; ooouuuuuueee talk about perfection! Def my new pizza spot! I've been a Gatti's Girl for years now.. guess I'm a Marco's Mamma now hahaha Great vibes, awesome service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I am reviewing the Parmer Lane location in Cedar Park, TX. Criticisms include way too much crust at the edges of the pizza, probably 2" border. Not enough pizza sauce. So basically, not up to Marco's standards.

I ordered a large no meat, thin crust pizza tonight. The store did not text me good sense messages. My instructions were for pizza sauce, which I didn't get and very few vegetables. The driver was instructed to ring the doorbell. They didn't. The pizza.was 3/4 cold, wilted toppings and crackers like dry. I've been eating pizza for more years than I would admit. I've lived in Austin for 38 years and I've never gotten such bad service or bad pizza. Incidentally, it was a large and it cost more than $25.00.

Placed a delivery order using the Marco's app back in April. Email confirmation said 30 min for delivery. 2 hours later I have a lost DoorDash driver trying to find my place. He finally arrives with my order and it's the wrong order. I order a large pizza and cheese sticks and all he had to deliver was two cheese sticks. Spent 20 min on the phone trying to call the store and no one ever answered. At that point I went to the store with the wrong order. Upon arrival I found chaos. Store was filled with DoorDash drivers and angry customers. I told the cashier I got the wrong order and wanted a refund. He pressed some buttons on the register and said it would take a few days for me to get my refund. Two weeks later, no refund. I called the store over a couple days as when I would call it would just ring and ring or be put on hold for 20-30 min and no one would ever answer. Finally go someone who said he was a manager. Said he would look into why the refund was not processed and would call back. Never heard from them again. Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible management and employees are clueless. If I could give no stars I would.

I placed an order at 10:20am for a pick up at 11:05am. I arrived at the store at 11:10 and I was not acknowledged by a worker for 5 mins. When I was finally acknowledged by a worker I asked about my order that was a pick up at 11:05. I was told that my order was not ready as they got a bigger order after I placed mine and decided to prioritize that order over mine but I had placed mine before theirs. I was then told it would be at least 30 min before my pizzas would be in the oven and I could wait if I wanted to but my lunch is only 30 min so that does me no good. If I could give no stars I would but 1 star will do.

Manager provided excellent customer during a rush. Food 10/10, thanks Marcos! I decided to go with the cheese pizza this time, I think their cheese and sauce blends perfectly. The pizza was fresh, and the crust was great as well. There was a quite a few people ahead of me and the team ensured I was taken care of throughout the wait. All of the staff was pleasant and welcoming, the location was Research blvd. Very clean, polite staff. I go to this location whenever I order from Marcos.

This pizza was good my family liked it a lot the pepperoni was juicy and it had a lot of cheese five stars must recommend Service was amazing they treat you well

This pizza is underrated. I've seen it on the drive up 183 a few times but never would have stopped to come in for a pizza pie given all the other options I know. But for board game night, our friend ordered from here and I was very pleasantly surprised. The dough is on the thick crust side, but its not gummy or undercooked at all. The sauce is not too sweet and fresh tasting tomato burst of flavor. Not too much cheese either but enough to make you food coma after if you eat enough. Pepperoni and bacon is a good baseline pie, but the chicken fresco is really where it's at. I love grilled chicken on pizza and this one is really good. It hits the flavor profile I really like and is unique compared to many other places I normally order pizza from. Would definitely order again.

Richie took our order and was very friendly. The pizza arrived quickly, was piping hot, and tasted delicious.

Ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza with the romesan seasoning and a side order of banana peppers- it was all so delicious I convinced other friends to order more within a week. The crust is well cooked but soft, the cheese was melted but not runny, and feet didn't skimp on the sauce. Even the banana peppers were super fresh (altho I would've liked more). Highly recommend!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MARCOs. We decided to give them a 2nd chance after a bad experience a few months ago. Bad choice on our part. They still have the same problems they had before. We ordered curbside, pulled in on time, responded on the app that we were here, then waited, and waited, and waited, and waited. Ten minutes after it said our pizza was ready we finally went in. It had been sitting under the heat lamp the whole time while the staff was making pizza boxes and talking to a friend on the phone. No apology or anything. We had even put a really good tip on the payment. I really wish there was a way to revoke tips.

My pizza was delivered looking like dog & GABE was magnificent on taking care of the issue and had my pizza remade in time before closing!

We stayed at a hotel last night in northwest Austin and they suggested Marco's pizza, so we ordered from them last night. Food for 5 adults and 4 young children, so we had a variety of items. Pizza, crust less pizza, and a sandwich. The crust less pizza bowls were amazing the sandwich was warm and tasty and the pizza was perfect. We had everything delivered to the pool and all was perfect. We've never had a crust less pizza bowl but loved them. Everything thing on a pizza but without crust. Excellent. I would recommend this restaurant because of the great only experience I've had with this restaurant. I would buy again for sure.

Pizza has no tomato sauce at all. There was only cheese and toppings ñ, eventhough tomato sauce is part of pizza. It totally ruined it for me.

When it good it's good A but... what a PITA to place an order. Menu items missing so coupons cannot be applied correctly. Vert in consistent with pizza quality. Shame

Pizza was totally hammered, just baked until it was dead. Same story on the cheesy bread, whatever they call it. They send me coupons all the time saying like "Marco's loves you" but you wouldn't know it by the food.

Yo I'm not a pizza connoisseur or Dave portnoy but this place slapppped, the philly cheese pie was incredibly rich and tasty and the meat tasted fresh with a bite unlike some competitors philly cheese pie. Really well done will be ordering again 100% although going to try and not eat an entire large pizza to myself this time heh

I have had the privilege of living in a couple of places. In NYC, the Italian food is Boss. Made mostly by Italians who know how to make a pizza crust and sauce (we call it gravy in NY) maybe not everyone. Anyway, when I moved to DC, the Italian/Pizza was a real disappointment. DC has amazing food too, but you to Baltimore for good authentic Italian, which I did. I was afraid when I moved to Austin that Pizza would have to be a give away. Well, I am pleased to report, I don't have to give up Italian food or Pizza. Marco's Pizza was delicious...aces. The sauce was good, crust was nearly perfect. The right amount of Mozzarella, anchovies and mushrooms...I was in heaven. Can't wait for my next pie from them...thanks you'all

What kind of idiotic pizza joint doesn't deliver 3 and a half fucking miles away. What's the point in offering pizza delivery if you're not even willing to deliver less than 5 minutes away. What a waste of a pizza joint.

Sooo bland. The blandest pizza I've ever bitten into. Crust was good but do they even use a sauce? Zero flavor. Blah.

Your order is almost guaranteed to be late, super late. They won't call you to let you know they're running way behind. You have to call to see how far behind they are, which is frequently an hour. Did you select crust toppers, oh well you get what they feel like giving you. Half the time it looks like someone was playing frisbee and the toppings are slid off. They'll offer to remake but then you have to get back in line. Did I mention that cutting the pizza slices is a luxury??? Marcos has delicious pizza (only reason for 2 stars)but this location has been poorly run for at least a year.

Wow. What a delight. Ordered for my moving crew from East Texas. They were so impressed. 4 different pizzas and crazzybread! Will delicately order from every time! Thank you for being awesome.

I really enjoy the customer service the staff provided. The employees were very attentive to our needs. The staff were very welcoming, and displayed professionalism. I enjoy the pizza they make. The pizza is still hot, the dough is cooked through, and the salad is just as good!

I made an order at 8:46 pm. I called at 9:46pm they said something was wrong in their system...I called again at 11pm because the pizza never arrived..."well sorry we are going to make a refund" I will never buy a pizza from this place again. If you are reading this post, please help yourself and never buy again from Marco's pizza.!!!!

The location looks a bit sketch but it's super worth it because the pizza is amazing. Super fluffy crust and yummy little pepperonis. I got half Hawaiian chicken and half pepperoni, and an order of cheesy bread. Will definitely be coming back.

0 star. Worst service. Pizza was never delivered even after it was paid for. 10/10 do notrecommend ordering from this location.

Seem this chain around town but as I'm way out of there delivery range I've never tried it. Thanks to a door dash deal I finally pulled the trigger and now I'm glad I did. The pizza was top shelf excellent. Gooey cheese, spicy sauce, plenty of toppings and a pillowy crust. The wings were better than average for a pizza chain, good spice in the sauce. And the price was extremely competitive compared to other chains. Of course I'm still outside their delivery range, so it will be a while before I get them again. But I look forward to it.

Marco's Pizza used to be good but it's gone way down hill now. They go cheap on the toppings and the dough is not as good as it used to be. They're obviously doing the post Covid scale down on ingredients and quality. Bye bye . . .

Since the old Burnet Road location closed, looks like I'll have to stick with this newish Research location (opened like in 2013). Folks in my office get Marco's quite frequently for work meetings. I've never been in love with the pizza. I'd rather get Gatti's or for god's sake Little Caesar's for pizza (on the cheap) (well, tbh, I'd rather get Little Deli or House Pizza, but those are a bit of a commute). Buuuuuut....... CheezyBread. Five bucks. Mix the dipping marinara sauce and ranch dressing. Probably made to feed 2 1/5 (I for some reason never have leftovers). They are almost always super fast, usually able to have it ready for me by the time I drive over from the nearby gym after I call during my "cooldown lap". *hangs head in shame* Four stars, but based on the CheezyBread alone.

I don't know if it is because of inflation but I've noticed this Marco's location has been steadily increasing the size of the crust on their pizzas. I recently ordered a couple of extra large pizzas, and on both of them the crust makes up 2/5 of each slice, if not more This is made worse by the fact they had already increased the price of their items as well as the delivery fee The owner should be ashamed for their greed and no one should give their hard earned money to this kind of slimy business
