Marco's Pizza

Today's walk-in for take out was at the Fairmont location. I would have used their drive through window but the sign said something about pickup orders (placed ahead) so I didn't wish to be told to park out front to wait 20 minutes under their shade tree. My attention gravitated to the window sign for the large fiery sausage and green pepper pizza near the entrance. It was a good choice for $11.90 total. Five stars, and three stars for inside counter service, because of the malfunctioning card reader declined my debit card, and that was after several attempts by the cashier. So I just paid the bill with cash to avoid the hassle again. Pizza was good as usual.

I had a problem ordering online. I called and spoke with Blake. He was very helpful and polite and corrected the situation. The pizza at this location is very good!!!

This place is the best fast food option for me so far, since it has Keto friendly options. (Pizza bowls) My kids are picky eaters and they love the cauliflower pizza. So many choices to pick from. It is a bit over priced and I've noticed they seem to not respect the codes(coupons), but for me it's still worth it. My entire family loves this place, will deff be back soon. ❤️

First time coming here.Staff was real patient with us. We waited about 25 min for our pizza but WOW! was it delicious!! The cashier informed us on how we can order simpler next time. I would reccomend ordering ahead of time or delivery.

Just what the doctor ordered! A large All Meat pizza with extra cheese and a side of buffalo wings with extra buffalo! I like Marco's because of the toppings. They're always fresh and good size portions. If you ask for extra cheese you really can tell, not like Pizza Hut. You pay extra and it looks the same as a regular pizza not here. Also they take care of their customers. People have their own preference, but I prefer Marco's.

I got take out yesterday night and there was three hairs on my pizzas! please watch the Hygiene! 🫤

Under new management. Seeing positive results and an obvious increase in revenue 1 month in. Way-to-go Fairmont Marcos staff. Y’all are killin’ it!

We ordered online and as soon we placed the order I was sent a notification that the store was closed. I called the store, and the man that answered (right away too) was very polite. He checked to see if my order went through and it did. I told him I looked up the hours online and the closing time was a different time so I thought I had plenty of time. We drove up and used the drive through when I tell you so nice, great attitude, and very professional. Once we got home the pizza was still hot and delicious. Every time we order Marco’s you will get an amazing tasting pizza. We didn’t order bread sticks this night but we tasted them before and are equal as good.

Pizza is always good. Wings flavor is perfect for me. Quick delivery and drivers always nice.

A lot has changed within the last 3 years when I did this review. Food is still good but Service is piss poor. It was pitch dark in the lot like they were closed. We sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and one of the delivery workers walked passed us like we didn't exist. Thought maybe it was a floke. Then 2 minutes later another walked passed us. Not being acknowledged in a place MADE for car acknowledgeable. There's 3 workers behind counter: one standing around, another on phone (girl) taking an order and one gathering stuff to deliver an order(girl). Then after being ignored by that worker, I told my husband to call them. (I left my phone at home.) The other guy picked up, he was like are you guys open? We've sitting here in the drive thru. But instead of owning up to their faux pas. The slacker, he comes to the window and lies like he was just on the phone. We told him no you weren't we just saw him and he tried to change the subject. No wonder why this place always looks like a ghost town @6:30. There's other places to eat with better food & service.

Best pizza in town hands down!! Their pizza is full of flavors. My tastebuds are in heaven when I eat here. I've ordered here before for pick up and when I went to go pick it up, I had a flat tire. I called them and they put my order on hold for me until I called them back and they then they started cooking it. They were so nice. Tonight my friend & I went inside and ate. We had a medium pizza. Again, it's delicious! Best pizza in town. Several of the workers came over and asked how is the pizza and how are we doing. The restaurant was clean. I'm sorry. I didn't take pictures. We were hungry.

Today I stopped by to try their buffet. I walked in and the place was 3/4 full. And the bar was full of food. Also the associates were really nice, friendly and helpful. Despite the crowd the resturant was rather clean. The Buffet price was $7.99 all you can eat-which included a drink. I guess because the bar was small the associate who rung me up asked me if there was thing I wanted in particular and they would make. I was like daaaannnng!!! Really. But at this time I hadn't seen the bar. The pizza at the bar was ok... There was meat lovers, pepperoni and two-three other meat pizzas. I thought hmmmn. All meat pizzas' ... Then it dawned on me there were nothing but big burley men in here... and even though I consider myself big - I was no way able to be placed into their category. I will say-just make it clear I'm not bougie- but I do use paper towels or napkins when I pick up the tongs at all you can eat restaurants. Why?? I am glad you asked because I see too many people sneezing in their hands, playing with their face--I just don't need those kind of germs... Holla if you feel me!!!! Marco's is our go-to pizza place, and big plus! It's right down the street. Huzzah! My girls wanted pizza yesterday, but things didn't work out and tonight was pizza night. I ordered a veggie sandwich with double mushrooms, double olives, tomatoes, triple lettuce and spinach for me, a cheese pizza for the girls, and a pepperoni and pepper for the hubby. Dude. I thought they totally ruined the sandwich, and I was going to be upset. It no. Where homeboy chef messed up he created a masterpiece I say. A. Master. Piece. Was there lettuce? No Was there spinach? No. It was all mushroom. All olives. With tomatoes. By God. It was the best sandwich in my life I think. My husband stayed the pizza shall be had again this weekend. Yes. And so will that horribly messed up sandwich, sir. Marco's, thank you for messing up and showing me the light of my ways. Oh. And everyone liked their pizza, too.

We ordered 55 pizzas several days in advance. 15 minutes before they were supposed to be delivered, they call and say they do not have a delivery driver they cannot deliver the pizzas. I offer to come get them, and they had not started my order. They said it would take at least an hour to make the pizzas. We will not use them again.

Pretty good pizzas. Not too greasy. I like that you can add stuff to the crust, like garlic butter or cheese. A little pricey but not outrageous. Close to my house, so I never have long to wait on a delivery. My only complaint is when I order extra toppings, they never get added. Like on my last pizza, I asked for chicken to be included on it and hold the tomatoes, but both requests were ignored. Luckily, I don't think I was charged for the non-existent chicken.

BOMB BOMB BOMB!!! Love the pizza from here! I always call my order in and it's always ready on time! Very nice and helpful and they are never rude! Not gonna lie at first glance I was skeptical and my first order was completely on accident. When I drove up I was expecting to be disappointed but i was wrong AF! Now this is my favorite spot for pizza! I order an XL Grilled chicken and Italian sausage pizza, extra cheese and a garlic crust! DUDE IT COMES OUT LIKE THE CARTOONS! Y'all ever watch ninja turtles and crave a pizza? SAME! And the delivery is ALWAYS on time when I do get it delivered. They're always so nice and even with the pandemic their quality and total awesomeness has not changed one bit! I will ALWAYS recommend this place! And that's on PERIODT!

So I paid top dollar pizza just to get home and find hair in my pizza so there goes 50$ it was the one on Faimont

The Deluxe pizza was perfect!! It arrived hot, perfectly cooked, with a fabulous cheese pull. The cheesy bread was meh. It felt more burnt than anything else I prefer okey gooey cheese and this bread just didn't deliver. The marinara snd ranch were very yummy. The delivery driver was very nice and extremely professional.

I placed an order online to be picked up at 615. I get there at 645 sat in the drive through for 5 minutes while the two young ladies inside LOOKED but never came over to the window. I go in and give the young lady my order number...long story short the pizza was never made... there was no apology offered just terrible customer service. They werent busy at all so I don't understand how it happened. If you want a decent pizza with terrible service heres your spot.

Had Marco's Pizza delivered through a 3rd party vendor and I will say, it was tasty. Not too expensive for pizza and wings. Egg allergy in the family and they were very accommodating. Will definitely order again.

I'm not a fan of buffets in general, especially pizza buffets. I've ordered delivery from Marco's in Pearland and was happy with it. I had a little free time between appointments, so a friend and I checked out the buffet here. The pizza was nice and fresh, but for sure, take out is the way to go. Buffet was just ok with not much of variety.

I'm not a fan of supreme pizza, but my wife ordered us one and this was our first time trying Marcos and I was blown away. It was the best pizza my wife or I had ever had.

OMG because of Covid birthdays pretty much have been cancelled. Well with in a couple of months my son and his family had birthday. Two kids back to back then him and his wife. We decided to try this place because my manager kept raving about it. I am a picky eater but she said I would love the pizza. It was so good. We will definitely be back to try another menu item. I must say the staff was very nice. I have to give credit to the guy taking my order. Since we had never been he was patient and answered all my questions. Favorite new pizza place.

The pizza has NO SAUCE!!! Anyone can throw bell peppers, onions, pepperoni or whatever on a piece of bread. Without a reasonable amount of sauce the pizza is just a circle cheese bread with veggies. It's trash. I would never eat this again unless that add much more sauce and market it on tv so I know they now add sauce. This pizza sucks

You better get the old word pepperonis I'm telling you - they're the best pepperonis I've ever had in my LIFE. Wait is it pepperonis or pepperonies

Well this was our first visit... ordered a SMALL pizza at 6:40pm and almost an hour later still no pizza. But that employees family members didn't have to wait... so asked for a refund.

The pizza is way too good! One of my favorite places and they deliver you can pick up through a drive through really work it, they're open late and the food is delicious!

This is our most favorite place to get pizza to go from. Most of the time we order it to pick up. They have a drive through where you pick your order up from. We prefer this place over pizza hut and dominos. When its Christmas time and they have the lighted parade, we pick up a pizza and find a place to park to watch the parade.

Hungry for a good pizza. I paid extra for curbside pickup, and had to drive thru and get my food at their window. The person at the window was not wearing a mask or gloves. The pizza had a good sauce and fresh toppings, however my small pizza had a crust border of about 3 inches! Pretty skimpy on the toppings, it was suppose to be a deluxe. I also order a greek salad that according to their website would feed 2. The salad looked fresh, but the container was only half full. I won't be back.

First visit & we'll definitely be back! In love with the White Cheesy pizza. I'll add more feta next time but that's just because I love me some feta. Crust is great and the sauce is not overwhelming. Try the cheesy bread too. Now just deliver to my neighborhood and we're in business!!

still this pizza is so good i order some for a party i had at the house when i opened the box my friends said wow it looks like a pizza you see in a commercial its so pretty Marco's pizza is delicious and the delivery is always super fast!

I ADORE this place. I get their sub sandwiches and pizzas delivered to my apartment all the time. The ingredients are so fresh, and the food is SOOOOO good. And half the time when I order delivery, they show up 20 minutes earlier than the time that they said they would on the receipt.. (this is a good thing.) The delivery people are always friendly too.

So the sign on the window says they're open until 11pm and so does their website. HOWEVER, when I went by on a Monday evening around 9pm, they had already put the chairs up on the tables and appeared to be closing up shop. Yeah no thanks. If you don't keep your posted hours, you're not getting my business. Employees don't dictate when a restaurant gets to close, the management does.

I had never eaten at a Marco's Pizza before, until a couple of weeks ago - not a clue as to what their pizza tasted like. I just ordered from the same pizza place consistently. Fox news was on, and I saw a Marco's Pizza commercial that said "America's favorite pizza." I thought to myself I would need to try it. The next day, my order from Marco's Pizza was the 2 medium special hand tossed. When I tasted the pizza, I was stunned about how delicious it was - wow! How can a pizza taste this good, and all these years I've been missing it. I surely regret not trying the pizza sooner. I mean, I really regret it! Thanks Marco's Pizza for your incredible pizza - love it!

I prefer Marco's to Domino's or Papa John's. About the same level of quality, but the people at Marco's are what makes it a better place. Not a bunch of high school kids. I've never gotten a bad pizza there. They're adults and they're not playing around.

I love their pizza but the staff is just too rude so I boycotted them a couple years ago. My son was craving their cinnamon squares so I thought, ok let's do it. It's been long enough. They rewarded me by sending 4 expired ranches with my order.

This place has amazingly cheesy pizza and great service! It's made right as you order it. We got the pepperoni magnifico pizza it came out hot and gooey!

My boyfriend and discover this place . Let me tell you they have great pizza here abs the wings are good . The experience was horrible. The website said open to 12 midnight. But they were locking up at 10pm . Lock all the doors but one side door with things blocked the only unlocked side door. REALLY!!! Why Bad customer experience

We order this pizzs for the medical office and everybody seems to like it. Great pizza. Great service We will continue to to order marcos every now and then

So I'm somewhat of a self-proclaimed connoisseur of pizza. This is one of the best I have had in the Houston area. Service was great, prices were reasonable and these food was delicious.

The three stars are for the quality and taste of the food. It's not as extensive as CiCi's, but it's also a lot better. At anytime I'd say they had five or six different pizza options. What's good about this is that the turnover is fast so it's usually still pretty fresh. I took away two stars for the service and function of the salad bar and pizza station. The girl that was working the register was very distracted/disinterested. She barely said anything to us and I don't think she once looked me in the eyes. My other issue was that there weren't enough serving utensils. The salad bar didn't have enough ladles for the dressings so they were getting mixed up from people switching them around. The pizza bar also didn't have enough, so you'd have to switch them back and forth also. It was a pain when it was crowded and you just wanted a piece of pizza but had to wait like a vulture to get the utensil. The lunch buffet is only M-From 11-2. We had two buffets and drinks for $15. Aside from those times, it's only delivery or carry out which kinda sucks. The buffet is a much better value, if you can make it during the three hour window. I would go back again, just based on the pizza and cost. Hopefully they were just having an off day with the other stuff.

My boyfriend and I went here for the first time and we BOTH loved it! The pizza was AWESOME! We ordered the White Cheezy on one side and Pepperoni/Sausage on the other half. We also got the Garlic Butter flavoring on the crust. OH YEAH! The White Cheezy pizza was really good. If you love bacon, you will love this. It was A LOT of bacon. And it also had Feta cheese on it which isn't a typical cheese you see on pizza. I personally love Feta so it was a hit with me! He LOVED his side too. We ordered 1 large (14") plus 2 drinks and the total was between $20-$21. It's not cheap but it was definitely worth it. We went on a Sunday night so it was not busy at all. In fact, we were the only table in there for awhile. My only complaint was that both of our sodas were flat. The manager supposedly fixed it but it didn't taste much better when we got refills. We both ordered different kinds of soda (root beer and Dr. Pepper) and they were both flat. Weird. Other than that, it was a great experience. We will DEFINITELY be back! I think it's the best pizza in Pasadena!

I'm not a big fan of pizza, but I have to say that I was pretty impressed with this place. My wife and I split a medium original crust pizza, with different toppings for each of us. Very affordable and tasted great. Also had the garden salad, which was great too. When my wife wants pizza we will definitely be headed back to Marco's Pizza!

Marcos pizza is the best! Fresh toppings, and excellent customer service! Marcos is way better than your commercial pizza parlor! Bye, bye pappa johns... hello Marco's!

We enjoy Marco's Pizza with the Garden pizza and Greek Salad top on my list. We order on line, use their deals, and pick up from the drive thru. I do enjoy other pizzas in the area but this is my go to spot

We decided to come into Marcos a could of months ago and the pizza is outstanding. We ordered a large thin crust half meat and half supreme. The crust is what a thin crust should be cracker crisp , well done and they aren't shy with toppings. Tonight we went in and ordered the same but they got the order wrong. It happens all the time. Customer service is above board at this location. Not only did the rep take ownership of the situation and replaced the pizza promptly, he gave us the incorrect pizza but free desert. If you want a friendly dining experience along with great food then stop by Marcos pizza and enjoy. Keep up the good work.

We are new in town and didn't know where to get good pizza, local joints had low ratings and we almost settled for a big chain like dominos or Pizza Hut but I'm SOOO glad we opted for Marcos Pizza. I called and they were nice and friendly on the phone while I asked a bunch of questions about prices and specials. The food was hot and delicious everyone was happy. And a plus, there's a drive up window to get ur order. 5 stars.

Absolutely love everything about their pizzas! And delivery is always super fast. Ever since I started ordering from them, no other pizza chain compares. They're definitely my favorite pizza now except for Spanky's before the original location burned down.

Tried their buffet. Only had 2 pizzas up on the food bar to choose from... cinnamon sticks were super hard i couldn't chew them... salad bar was really small...it was really clean thought but wouldn't try again.

I have had the worst experience with this location. Ordered online about a month ago. Never received my order, so I called the store and the manager was very rude and said the computers were down so they never got my order, but my online payment went thru as soon as I put the information in. Today 10/26/2016 I ordered again, I got a meatball sub and it is ice cold. I ordered online at 10:45, said my order would be to me at 11:37. at 12 I called the store and was told it was leaving the store in 2 minutes. When I got my foot it was ice cold like it was never warmed up. This is ridiculous. Hope someone else has better luck with better manager service and getting hot/not ice cold/ food

The pizza was great and they have a menu with a wide variety. However, some of their menu items are not worth trying. Their wings are bland and don't pack any heat or flavor. We recently tried their cheeseburger pizza and it was a bust. It was just the regular ground beef on pizza. When my dad was ordering, they even asked him if we wanted beef on it. WHAT THE!?! When we tried their lunch hour buffet line, there was hardly anything out. Pizzas went by fast, only ONE of their desserts was served and new pizzas were slowly being brought out to the buffet table. The lunch hour wasn't even that busy, so it was a kinda pathetic. Marco's is an OK place, but try sticking to the pizza and other food you know.
