One of the best pizzas in Las Vegas! Must try this for sure, we go there at least once a week. Tasty Dow and cheese. Highly recommended. They are always busy

We have become fans of this location and are always beyond happy and satisfied with our order. The food arrives as ordered is hot and the flavors of everything, the Old World Pepperoni, the green peppers, olives, everything is aromatic and fresh. Just amazing food and delivery. Love this Marcos.

I am absolutely appalled at the supposed management of this location. Never have I once pulled a race card but Justin definitely has some issues that need addressed. The pizza devoid of extra cheese I paid for coupled with his treatment of my daughter who I sent to pick up my order and the sheer disrespect shown both when I called and drove to the location tells me about the Marcos culture. Definitely contacting corporate over principle alone...

Welcoming, friendly, fast service. I overheard the woman in front of me ask for special handling of her order, and the person helping her was patient and accommodating. I didn’t wait long at all; someone else jumped in to help me.

Let’s start by saying I ordered a bunch of times at this place for takeout and delivery, the first few orders were great but for the last couple of times it changed, today I called trying to get the special I got on my email and they said it’s only online which is fine, then I was forced to order an extra item otherwise the coupon it didn’t work, I choose calzone which ended up being ninety plus percent dough and a couple of pepperoni’s with a little cheese, then my favorite which is the thin crust pizza magnifico was cold, hopefully, it gets back to be great how it used to from last year

1st time I ordered it was mediocre. We decided to give it another try. 🤦 $65 later this is what we get. Asked for our wings XTRA saucy and this is what they brought. Had to add a bit of my own on the side as u can see in pics. Repeated to the guy that took my order as he repeated it back to me that I wanted them saucy. The wings were not that good and pizza wasn't good. Won't order from here again. I'll take my business elsewhere. ✌

First time having pizza here and they were so good. The delivery driver was very nice too.

Great quality always very They always open the box. To show you how great the pizza is they have something is wrong they redo it no problem . It's takeout. But the restaurant always looks clean and amazing.

Completely unprofessional and terrible service. Stopped by for a pizza on a whim and could hear the staff making fun of my girlfriend's ethnic name while we were waiting for our order. It's not a big restaurant nor is there much of a separation between the dining area and kitchen. Staff should take a look around before talking about the customers buying from them. Pizza was terrible anyway, waste of money.

The pick up service was AMAZING! Very convenient and fast and the pizza was good. It reminds me of just your typical all around home town pizza. It's better than a chain without being anything overly specialized. It also just felt like your typical pizza place inside. Love it.

Service was good. Restaurant was clean. Food was horrible. Half the pizza had nothing but burnt cheese. Way over cooked (didn't ask for well done) this is the 3rd time in a row. This location has gone way down hill. People work way too hard for this kind of product. Doubt I'll be going back anytime so

I like the old world pepperoni pizza and buffalo chicken pizzoli. We usually add hot honey to our pizza and they began carrying it if you don't already have it at home. The pizzoli was very good and creamy. It came free with a large pizza order so it was nice to try it that way and now I'm hooked. They offer great discounts so check for current specials.

March 25,2025 at app 4pm. I received amazing service from the crew working! answered quickly and although I was messing up the order I wanted, he was able to be patient and helpful!! When the food was delivered it was soooo hot ! I love that they didn't wait for extra orders before they delivered! and can't forget how YUMMMMY IT WAS !

Spontaneous decision to eat pizza tonight and Marco's Pizza was highly recommended. The customer service was great, place was a little small but was also clean. This place did not disappoint us!! The pizza was soooo delicious I couldn't take a picture of the entire pizza because we ate it, well we inhaled the other half, lol. It was cooked to perfection and very tasty!! A must try when you're in Vegas!

Everytime we come into Vegas we stop and get a quick pizza. It is always great and much better than the other quick take out pizza places

Normally pizza was good here . Recently ordered pepperoni pizza and it was so salty & greasy . what the heck happened? Time to switch pizza place I guess. Nothing like a disappointing dinner . smh

Pizza is always amazing here and they are always very sweet. They are always quick and help with whatever we need.

The food was great, Clean place, and front desk has a great customer Service... Try them out!

I almost passed on trying Marcos because of some nasty reviews but I'm glad I didn't. The pizza was really good, cooked perfectly, tons of pepperoni, and considerably less expensive than the other places nearby. And a lot of the other reviews seem to be about the people rather than the product they sell. I honestly don't care if someone is overly friendly or not if the pizza is good. This is good pizza and I'll order from them again.

The pizza was delicious. I will definitely go back soon. They also have gluten free. Service was also good.

General Manager has awful customer service. I don't know how the Marcos Pizza company hired him as GM when he doesnt give amazing customer service for the consumers deserve. Higher up management needs to do something to this guy. And to the team. I give this place a thumbs down.

Their social media game led us back to this spot. It's been years since we first tried Marco's. SO glad we gave them a second chance because WOW this was a great choice! Called for a pick up order. The guy who answered the phone was pleasant. Didn't try to up-sell us on anything (but I wish he had reminded me I wanted chicken wings ) Our kiddo picked up on her way home from work. The pizza was ready when she got there. It was still piping hot when she got home. Wish there was one a little closer to home, so the temperature wouldn't be a worry. The pizza itself was WONDERFUL! XL 2 topping, light sauce, pepperoni and breakfast bacon. Very generous with toppings! We will give them another try for sure!

It's a darn shame that Jennifer doesn't follow the company's beliefs. A total disregard to being friendly, neighborly and kind. In addition to her lack of friendliness, she fails at exceeding guests' expectations. I hope she no longer is in charge of running this store. In order to not tarnish the company's philosophy/brand.

Great pizza for a great price !! Really delicious and very nice staff! I highly recommend them. We go to the one near our house but I think they are all great.

Don't order the Pizza Bowl. It's a box of toppings. Literally. This looks and taste unappealing. Waste of $10. Can't believe this bs is on the menu

Don't ever go to Marcos pizza on Hualapai. I ordered $47 worth of food there and they wouldn't take a $50 bill. They said for Me to go next door to get change. Company policy!!! The order was $47!! Not $4!!!l Left food there. Went somewhere else

Can you believe with COVID and Health issues their employees are NOT WEARING PLASTIC GLOVES!!! Adding pepperoni and other meats on pizzas. GET THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT OUT THERE!! 3400 South Hualapai Way 89117. Handling food without gloves is a big violation of health codes. Two girls their hair was dangling, almost touching the pizza, disgusting!! I walked out after I witnessed this. Referring to MARCO'S PIZZA.

Terrible service, GM is unprofessional and doesn't serve their customers for mistakes they make.

Best Marcos in town by far, foods always good and costumer service is top tier if you compare it to any other fast food franchise here in Vegas

Love their deluxe pizza! Especially with garlic butter crust!! So delicious;) And my friend recommended with a garlic butter crust and Parmesan cheese crust is so delicious too! I'll try next time!

Do not purchase pizza from this place. I called in an order for delivery. The lady who took the order quoted me the price. When it was delivered the receipt showed a higher total. I already paid on a credit card. I call them and spoke to the same person who took my order. She admitted she made an error. I asked her to simply refund that overage back to my card. She refused How's that for customer service

Marcos I don't know what we would do without you!! We just can't get enough. The quality of their pizza and service makes you want them far more often than you would normally want pizza delivery. Yes, at least a few days a week through this whole Covid! The wait time is always reasonable and they never let me down! I this my favorite location as I feel it has the best customer service. My dogs even love the delivery guys! Pizza bowl? Yes please! Their dough/crust is exceptional the cheese is a dream! Our favorite is white sauce with bacon and chicken! Don't forget the amazing cinnasticks! Which are far better than any you've had from other pizza places. Again quality above the rest. They have higher quality topings and even Pizza combinations I've never seen before. That's the Primo in Marcos Pizza! Experience it for yourself and let me know your favorite pizza you've order from them!! I might need to try it!

Friendly and fast service. -Deep pan veggie - bland -Pepperoni Magnifico with mushrooms, original crust - very good -CheezyBread - so good with the pizza sauce. Need to order an extra sauce for next time

For a chain pizza place, Marco's delivers delicious pizza at a good price! I usually do not eat the crust, but Marco's pizza crust is cooked perfectly, not burned or hard, and tasty with garlic too. I suggest trying the Hawaiian Chicken pizza - delicious!

I've been a fan of Marco's Pizza since I lived near one in Texas. The management at this particular location has been great about reaching out and cultivating relationships with local schools- fundraisers, discounts for school orders, etc. and they've been easy to work with. Their pizza isn't as greasy as other spots, which I really appreciate. Of course, you can cancel that out by asking for their garlic butter crust dip, which I will probably have to use hypnotism in order to avoid in the future. They also offer more than just 'za, with sandwiches, wings, and surprisingly fresh salads. We'll be using Marco's for a department lunch again soon!

My wife and I stopped by Marcos pizza to try it out for our first time and we were very impressed with outstanding service. We were greeted with a smile And overall 100% customer service. We ordered two small pizzas and they were outstanding and fresh we will be back. Thank you to the staff at Marco's Pizza and to the gentleman GEORGIO L for his outstanding customer service.

We had delivery pizza and they were on time. The pizza is delicious and better than the other commercial pizza deliveries. Great service and great pizzas!

I do on-and-off keto. This is primarily caused by the lack of good options while eating out on a low-carb diet. Marco's Pizza is one of my go-to places when I'm on a diet, which is probably shocking for people that go traditional low calorie. Pizza on a diet!? Are you crazy!? Yes. Marco's has a delicious crust-free pizza bowl. It's definitely "dirty-keto" so don't expect a miracle. Getting rid of the bread is enough for me when I'm craving a pizza! They basically put everything that tops a pizza into a bowl. It's delicious!

Monday May 13th 2019 5:38pm They were advertising on our TV the 2 Medium 1 topping pizzas $6.99 each. Nicole was working said they weren't supposed to be selling them yet but it was already on their menu slide show at the store and gave it to us anyhow. The gentlemen in the kitchen were nice enough to speak with, taller muscular guy with dark hair asked if we'd like to try the free Romano and parm on the crust it was delicious! We had a medium meatball and medium OLD world pepperoni both with light red sauce and Cheezybread to go. We were dying of thirst so we bought a 20 Oz root beer to split while we wait. The taller muscular guy with dark hair offered us water while we waited super thoughtful!!! We come here every once in awhile but the service has always been good or Perfect! They care how the toppings are placed and it's always burn your hand fresh out the oven hot. I asked for Parmesan packets & asked for Black pepper for everyone. Great party cheap pizzas. Meatball tasted so close to a lasagna pizza! Very good meatball mix. They have a better selection of toppings. The lady that called ahead had a DELUXE pizza and you could smell the delicious green peppers. They're very fast here we get take out in under 12 min. Walk IN 5:35 #883

The manager brandon was very rude when my husband and i asked to speak to him due to an intensely long wait. We tried calling and no one picked up, it just kept playing the answering promo stuff. I really do like marcos pizza, the pepperoni is great but i don't know if it's worth poor service from management, because if higher ups can act this way towards theirs guests i can only fear what they allow the employees to get away with.

I've had frozen pizza that is better. Didn't have a choice, was served at FLIPnOUT for a birthday party. For $18 each, extremely disappointing. Next time we'll definitely bring our own.

I ordered here last Sunday for the sixth time I think & I have to say Marco's is becoming my "go-to" pizza spot. First, I am impressed with the excellent customer service. I have called for two separate orders and the staff is quite helpful and PLEASANT... (which is rare these days). For my birthday they sent me a 40% off coupon which I thought was Classy & SOLID...( i mean it could have been 20% which is not worth the effort). I like the unique cheese blend and love the wings... my new pizza favorite :)

This review is for the store at 3200 S. Hualapai. We have never ordered delivery from this location. The last experiece we had with the "D" Pizza place was not good. We decided to try Marcos delivery. I dont think we will ever use the P or D places again. This pizza was so much better and delivery was super fast. Not much else to day except it was excellent.

This Jennifer chick has an attitude problem. You threw my Parmesan cheese and peppers at me. Because I asked for a couple more. I don't have to spend my money at this place. It's tons of pizza spot out here. So with that being said you lost a customer. She's an attitude having piece of you know what. You don't greet customers mad and Unprofessional. So I will also report this to corp. They need better customer service training

I usually go to the pizza place next door , but I decided to try something new . I got the all meat pizza and hot chicken wings . The pizza is I would say , New York Style . I liked it and so did my son . The sauce is very good and not overly sweet like some places . The prices are pretty reasonable too . The chicken wings were just okay , but they seem fresh and not dried out like other places . I will definitely come back . The other pizza place next door is Chicago Style and very good too .

Horrible customer service. They get your order wrong and won't fix it or refund your money. Never go there.

My car battery died so while it was charging I ordered a pizza at 5:58pm and was told the estimate delivery time would be 6:22. At 6:52 I called them and asked where was my pizza and the guy told me it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I live less than a mile from the store and the pizza was delivered at 7:06. The delivery guy rang my doorbell and left my pizza on the ground and walked away. I asked him if this is how he delivers pizzas and he said "sometimes". The pizza was warm at best and I will never order another pizza from Marco's again and will go back to Papa John. They ruined my pizza experience and I would give them minus stars if I could.

Ordered a gluten free pizza tonight. Just found my NEW go-to for GF. Dominos crust is way to hard, pizza hut is in select areas. Tell ya what, you can't taste the difference plus their (Marcos) crust is SOFTER!!! Ordered a sub looked so much bigger online. Brought it home and it's itsy-bitsy Can't wait to order from here again.

$68 for 2 pizzas?? How in the world do you justify this??? The only thing more insane is the fact that people actually pay that much and are ok with it. #SMH

Have ordered from here a couple times and glad usually the pizza is still hot/warm when it's delivered. I've tried regular cut up in squares and thin crust. As long as it's hot it's good. I'd love more pepperonis but who wouldn't?! It said the driver would arrive at 7:20pm and...they were right on time. Impressive. I don't do delivery pizza often but if I do, I'll go here again. Wish they had mozzarella sticks. But glad they've got salad options too.

I am currently writing this review and have been on hold over 30 minutes trying to get ahold of someone after they delivered a wrong pizza to us that had a different name and address on it. We love marcos pizza, but when faced with this and realize you cannot get an erroneous delivery corrected, I will never order from this pizza chain ever again. Terrible customer service. Steve

I watched as this new building was being built and wondered what it was going to be. So far two food places with a third to come. I received a flier in the mail with coupons for Marco's and decided to use one of them tonight. I called and ordered a White Cheezy which is listed under their Specialty Pizza section. It's topped with 4 kinds of cheese including feta and has onions, bacon, and garlic butter sauce on top. I ordered the large which is a 14" pizza. The person who took my ordered said it would be about 13 to 15 minutes and I drove the mile and a half to pick up the pie. It was almost done. I paid and then brought the pie home. It was large enough to serve two (cut into 6 slices), and there's one slice left for morning. This will be my "hearty meal" before going to give platelets. The pizza was good. It had a taste from the feta that made it different from other pizzas I've gotten. There was a fair amount of oil on the cardboard box but the pizza itself didn't taste oily. The restaurant serves other things and they make pizzas that you build the way you want. This is a national franchise with several locations in Las Vegas. Not the best pizza I've had but not bad either.

Deep dish is delicious! would recommend to anyone who is s tired or regular commercial pizza spots.

Pretty nice pizza, quick delivery, not a bad option to feed your tummy during these difficult times.
